On the Other Side of the Equinox

On the other side of the equinox,
I feel the balance shift and move,
A current rising through my body,
A force I’ve never known before.
I’m like a ticking bomb, ready to ignite,
Holding this energy day and night.
It’s moving through me, electric and strange,
A force in my body I cannot contain.
A decade without a partner, learning to wait,
A year since the last spark, surrendering to fate.
A month without release, a month holding fire,
Yet something within me keeps rising higher.
I’ve never felt anything quite like this before,
This current inside me keeps asking for more.
Fertile with desire, alive and bright,
A pulse through my body from morning till night.
My celestial counterpart, connected by heart,
Across every distance, we’re never apart.
Something is stirring, something is new,
A sacred electric current pulling me through.
Perhaps this is divine ecstasy,
A fire becoming energy,
Moving through my heart, my soul, my skin,
A sacred tide rising from within.
So today I need pink paint from the sky,
A bucket on my angelic head as I fly.
Let it pour down and cool this fire,
Wash through my body, calm my desire.
Let the pink paint drip, let the colors flow,
Let the heat soften, let the energy glow.
I’ll breathe, I’ll surrender, I’ll let myself be—
On the other side of the equinox,
this energy moves through me.
I’ve never felt anything like this before,
A heart full of longing, a soul wanting more.
And if this is divine ecstasy, let it be—
A mystery unfolding inside of me.
