Remembering Light: Healing Through Art

Lately I’ve been exploring the language of Starseeds and Lightworkers — souls said to incarnate on Earth to help raise the planet’s vibration. Whether one takes this literally or as a metaphor, the idea touches something deep in me. It speaks to the sense that we come here with purpose: to heal, to awaken, to restore light where it has dimmed.
Many Starseed stories mention lives in Atlantis, a civilization that once thrived on knowledge of energy, frequency, and harmony before it fell into imbalance. I’ve always felt a resonance with that myth — as if the memory of flow, art, and beauty as living energy is still encoded within me.
As an energy healer, I experience this flow most clearly through touch and through art. My hands read vibration the way a musician hears tone. Recently, as I’ve been recovering and practicing self-healing after a health scare, that connection has become even more tangible. Rest, sleep, and stillness have turned into quiet ceremonies of regeneration.
For years I’ve been drawn to Banksy without fully understanding why. His art moves through the heart before it reaches the mind. I now recognize that it carries a heart‑chakra frequency — compassion disguised as rebellion.
Each stencil feels like a pulse of light on a city wall: a reminder of love, justice, and human dignity in places where darkness or indifference often prevail. That, to me, is the work of a light-bearing artist. He exposes shadow not to glorify it, but to transform it.
When I see Banksy’s figures — a girl releasing a balloon, a soldier with a smiley face, a dove wearing a bulletproof vest — I sense the same current I feel in healing work: truth through tenderness. Art becomes energy medicine for the collective field.
Perhaps that is what Starseeds and Lightworkers do: they turn awareness into art, compassion into action, spirit into matter. Whether one believes in cosmic origins or not, the essence is the same — to bring more light into the world.
The world is full of suffering; we don’t need to look far to see it. Yet every creative act, every gesture of kindness, every moment of rest that allows the body to heal is a spark of resistance against despair. Art like Banksy’s reminds us that light and truth can appear anywhere — even on a cracked wall.
As I prepare for my next hospital visit, I hold that thought close: healing is not only physical, it’s energetic and creative. Maybe that’s what the Starseed story has been trying to tell me all along — that remembering who we are is the first act of healing.
