Catching the Wave: Heart as the Sun

The heart is like the sun at the center of our being. Around it, energy expands in concentric rings—spheres of vibration that radiate outward, connecting with other heart chakras and shaping how we feel and move in the world. The first ring around the sun includes the throat and solar plexus chakras—the centers where we express ourselves and hold personal power. The second ring embraces the sacral and indigo chakras, the realms of creativity, intuition, and emotional depth. The final visible ring links the crown and root chakras, grounding us while opening us to higher consciousness. Beyond these, the unseen chakras—above the head and below the root—continue the spiral of energy. This is how we expand consciousness while remaining grounded.

The heart expands in rings, in spheres, like a spiral of light.

Each open heart contributes to this wave. Every person who opens their heart becomes part of it. The movement grows: the more hearts shine, the larger the wave becomes, and this wave can transform the world.
