Bethlehem marks the symbolic beginning — the birthplace of Jesus Christ. But even before calendars and traditions, humanity recognized the sacred pulse of the winter solstice: the longest night giving way to longer days, darkness surrendering to light. In this moment, the universe whispers: it is time for rebirth.
I feel this pulse deeply, in the rhythm of my own heart. Energy flows through me, connecting me to places, people, and moments beyond what the eyes can see. Around the world, hearts are aligned, intentions are held, prayers are whispered. Light is gathering. And I follow it.
Which Christmas is the “right” one? Catholic, Orthodox, Armenian — all celebrate the same energy in different ways. Because of my Slavic roots, my heart aligns with Catholic Christmas, not out of doctrine, but because it resonates with the returning light, with the sacred timing of the solstice.
This year, 2025, carries a special intensity. I sensed in July that I had to go, that I needed to witness this portal, to feel it fully, to open myself to its energy. Athens, at the same latitude as Bethlehem, resonates on the same plane, a subtle echo of alignment. I move not as a controller, not as a savior, but as a scout, a witness, a channel for the flow of energy.
When I engage with this energy, walls — both internal and external — soften. Heart waves ripple. Possibilities appear where none seemed possible. Light flows into spaces where it had been blocked. This is the power of embodiment: being present in my body, feeling the energy, allowing it to move through me and into the world.
I go to prepare spaces for like-hearted people, to create the possibility for connection, communion, and shared intention. I move in flow, aligned with the rhythm of the cosmos, attuned to the subtle currents of energy that bind us all.
