Pluto 19.11.2024

I release all limiting energies within me, allowing my art to flow freely as a channel for deep healing. I surrender to the truth that the soul is like a wave—fluid, boundless, and eternal. Through the FLOW heART movement, I am a vessel for the rhythm of the soul, bringing forth heart flow that resonates with the universal connection we all share. This movement is not confined to visual art alone, but encompasses all forms of expression that channel the soul’s energy—music, dance, words, and all creative manifestations. My intention is to create a powerful flow that confronts the deep wounds and conflicts plaguing humanity and the Earth. This flow will move through the hearts of those in discord, breaking through fear, division, and violence, awakening compassion, dissolving hatred, and healing not only the human soul but the Earth herself. I call upon this energy to guide us toward a future where humanity and the Earth rise together in unity, peace, and conscious existence. May this movement catalyze the awakening of a conscious, living Earth and a healed humanity, where the flow of love and understanding becomes the foundation for all life.

Gabriel

On View🪟Anna Biela, Archangel Gabriel, 150x100 cm, spray paint on canvas, Debrad, Slovakia, 2022

Through the window of my view room, Gabriel stands visible to all who pass—a messenger not only in form but in essence. Archangel Gabriel, the bearer of divine news, once appeared to Mary to deliver the most profound message: that she would give birth to Jesus, the light of the world. Gabriel’s role was not just to speak but to awaken—to remind her of the miracle within.

Today, Gabriel speaks again, through a synchronicity so perfect it cannot be coincidence. He is the first painting I chose to display, and yet, I now see it was not my choice at all—it was his. Gabriel brought me a revelation: I carry Jesus in my heart. I am giving birth—not in the flesh, but in spirit—to love, to creation, to a divine flow that pours through me and out into the world.

This synchronicity is a moment of awakening. As Gabriel graces my window, Wroclaw witnesses more than a painting; they witness a message. Love is being born again—within me, within this venture, within the hearts of all who open themselves to its presence. Gabriel’s reminder is clear: creation flows through us when we surrender to the divine and allow it to speak.

This is not just a painting—it is a call, a sign, and a mirror of the sacred. Today, I embrace this flow and step into the heart of love.

View Room

The Spiritual Synchronicity of the View Room in Butelkownia: A Portal for Artistic Flow

In the heart of Wrocław, beneath the gaze of a building with a triangular façade, lies a space of transformation. The shape of Butelkownia’s façade, pointed toward the sky, invites transcendence, leading us from the mundane to a realm of spiritual flow. Though triangular, the facade has a distinct quality, guiding the eye upward, as if pointing to higher realms—a silent prayer drawing us toward a higher energy. It is not just a structure; it’s a conduit, offering a path for the soul’s elevation.

Inside, the View Room functions as a natural frame for the artwork. The window, arch-shaped, acts as both a threshold and a frame, focusing attention on the piece inside. It is not just an external window; it’s a portal into the heart of creation. Through this arch, one is invited not just to look outward but inward, into the living essence of the art. This is a crucial idea behind the View Room: it’s not about looking out, but looking within. The artwork here is a mirror, encouraging the viewer to reflect on their own soul, their spirit, their personal journey. It’s a space where the viewer is invited to pause and engage with their own inner flow, discovering their own connection to the universe, to art, and to self.

The room is not a passive space. It is a vessel for the soul, where one doesn’t merely view art but becomes part of its energy. The viewer is invited not to look out, but to look in—through the window, across the threshold, into the beating heart of creation itself. Here, the art does not simply exist; it pulses, it flows, it breathes. It becomes a living extension of the artist’s spirit, shared with the world, one soul at a time.

This is a space where art and architecture meet in harmony, where the past is folded into the present, and together they flow toward the future. Butelkownia—once a place for bottling and distribution—now holds within it a new kind of flow. As the brewery transformed raw materials into liquid gold, the View Room transforms fleeting ideas into lasting impressions. Just as the brewery was a bridge between creation and consumption, the View Room is a bridge between the artist and the viewer—a shared space of experience, of energy, of connection.

The location is no accident. Situated between the train tracks, the tram lines, and the Odra River, Butelkownia sits in the pulse of the city—alive, dynamic, ever-moving. This intersection of energy mirrors the flow of creativity within the View Room. Here, art is not a solitary experience but part of the larger flow of life, constantly moving, constantly shifting, yet always connected. The View Room, placed carefully in the midst of these currents, offers a space of quiet reflection—a stillness within the storm.

This neighborhood, my home, holds the story of my own creative flow. From Jaracza 9, where I grew up, to the park where I played, every street, every corner, whispers of the past. The mural I painted on a container in Tłopa Park faces the Architecture University, a silent witness to the ever-changing flow of this city. And so, the View Room becomes a full circle—a return to the place where my own artistic journey began, now transformed into a place where others may step into that same flow.

The View Room is not just a gallery. It is a portal—a sacred space for the exchange of energy, a place where time slows, and the spirit of creation can be felt with every breath. It is here that the flow of creativity—like the currents of the Odra River outside—moves through the space, touching each viewer, one by one, in a quiet, intimate moment of connection. Here, art is not just displayed; it is shared, experienced, and lived. The View Room is a testament to the eternal flow of creativity, a place where past and future meet in the present moment.

The View Room is also a space designed with art collectors in mind. By appointment, collectors are invited to visit, to step inside the world of living art and connect with the work in an intimate, curated environment. This space is not just about viewing art—it’s about engaging with it, understanding its essence, and experiencing the energy that flows through each piece. For those with a discerning eye, the View Room offers the chance to step beyond the usual gallery experience and become part of the art’s journey, whether through acquisition or personal connection.

Unified Flow: A Journey into Synchronicity and Spirituality

Reflective Essay and Artistic Critique

This is my reflective artistic critique, in which I share my own thoughts and interpretation of the spiritual dimension of the exhibition and its closing. I not only analyze this artistic experience but also highlight the importance of synchronization between nature and art, creating a poetic record of this event’s memory.

Dr. Anna Biela

November 13, 2024, 08:08

Recalling the closing of the Flow exhibition, I felt a profound sense of destiny—a great harmony of forces, as if the universe itself had joined our ceremony. This event was more than the culmination of sound, light, and visual art; it was an expression of synchronicity, a spiritual gathering in which every element naturally and inevitably merged to create something far greater than the sum of its parts.

On that final night, a dense fog settled around the old mine’s boiler house, becoming an element of nature that mirrored the mist and smoke rising within the space. It was as if the fog outside had been summoned, forming a silent echo of the energy inside, blurring the boundary between the inner world of the installation and the living world outside. This moment of perfect harmony—when the natural and the created merged into one—was more than mere coincidence. It was a reminder that art, nature, and spirit flow in a single current, bound by an invisible thread.

Inside the boiler house, the walls seemed to tremble under the weight of history, an ancient energy resonating through the sound bath, as though stirred by the echoes of countless lives that once passed through this place. This was once a place of hard labor, where the earth’s energy was extracted and consumed, but that night, it became something else—a vessel of rebirth. The industrial harshness of the old mine was transformed, becoming a sacred space that held energy instead of taking it, and we gathered there like pilgrims to honor this new flow.

In this charged atmosphere, my spray-painted works became more than visual forms. Each piece, with flowing lines and concentric circles, reflected the continuous movement of energy, like waves rippling in an endless current. Each painting in a monochromatic palette, a deep meditation on a single color and its many shades, captured the essence of this flow. Under the lights, the lines seemed to dance and tremble, as if they were coming to life, resonating with the music and shifting along with the mist that enveloped the space.

Standing there, witnessing this communion of artistic forms, I felt that the mist itself was a participant, an unspoken co-creator who had arrived to complete the circle. The fog beyond the walls moved with the same gentle persistence as the smoke inside, binding both worlds—interior and exterior—into a unified whole. This mist, rising around us and within, softened all boundaries, blurring the line between “performance” and “reality,” as if to remind us that these divisions are illusions, that we are always part of a greater unity. The space between us and nature disappeared, leaving only a sense of presence, a unity that permeated the entire room.

Each moment felt like a meditation on flow, a reminder of the invisible currents that connect us to the earth, to others, and to something far beyond the physical. There was no separation between spectators and performers, between artist and art, as we all surrendered to this timeless rhythm. The room seemed to breathe, lights pulsing in harmony with our collective heartbeats, an ineffable language of energy shared among us. This alignment was no accident; it was an invitation—a call to recognize the sacred flow that underlies all creation.

In this fleeting, shared space, the monochromatic lines, mist, music, and people became inseparable. It was a moment of pure presence, where each element amplified the others, creating a sense of unity that felt both inevitable and transformative. I felt humbled by how everything aligned, as if guided by an invisible hand—a manifestation of synchronicity, a spirit flowing through us all, lifting us in its current.

On that night, the closing of the Flow exhibition felt like the truest expression of what it means to be in harmony, to surrender to the force that guides and connects us. It was not simply an event to observe but a journey to experience—a reminder that we are all flowing, each of us part of something that transcends space, time, and the boundaries we impose. Looking back, I see that every sound, every movement of light, every line in the artworks was not merely present but part of an inevitable, greater whole. This was art as spirit, art as unity, a living testament to the existence of an energy that connects us.

Critique of FLOW

Critique of Flow at the Gallery of Contemporary Art WGS BWA by Dr. Anna Biela 12.11.2024 1:19

As the artist, curator, and critic of my own soul, exhibiting Flow in the Gallery of Contemporary Art—a former boiler house within an old mine—feels like an act of deep alignment. I didn’t initially choose this space with Flow in mind, but now, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect setting. This unplanned synchronicity embodies the very essence of Flow: the unseen forces that guide us, shaping circumstances to reflect our inner journey.

The old mine symbolizes depth, excavation, and discovery—a place where hidden resources are drawn out and transformed. In a spiritual sense, it mirrors my own process of creating Flow, where I delve into my soul, unearthing energy and vision from places buried within. The mine’s history of revealing what lies beneath speaks to the journey of making art itself: an exploration of the unknown and the bringing of light to the unseen.

As for the boiler house, now repurposed as a contemporary gallery, it once powered the entire complex, turning raw fuel into warmth and energy. This space, with its industrial past, feels like a fitting home for Flow, which itself channels raw, emotional energy into something purposeful. As the curator, I feel the space almost curating itself, merging with the pieces as if the walls still pulse with an energy that now fuels the exhibition. The boiler house’s legacy of transformation resonates with each piece in Flow, making the art feel like it’s in conversation with the very structure that contains it.

This synchronicity wasn’t something I planned, yet it feels spiritually inevitable. The choice of this venue has allowed me, as both the artist and the curator, to experience Flow in its truest form—a convergence of place, purpose, and spirit. In curating this show, I’ve realized that the flow I seek in my art extends far beyond the canvas. It shapes the spaces around us, brings us to unexpected places, and aligns paths we couldn’t foresee.

In the end, Flow didn’t just occupy a gallery—it transformed it, and the gallery, in turn, brought new depth to my work. This former boiler house became more than a venue; it became a collaborator in the story of Flow, where history, art, and spirit merged into a unified, living experience. Through this space, I’m reminded that art finds its true home, guided by forces greater than ourselves, connecting the energy within with the world outside.

View Room

The VIEW ROOM is a space born from my deep connection to this loft’s defining feature—a grand, arched window that frames the world outside with grace and intention. When I first saw this space, I was captivated by the window’s quiet power, the way it captured light and held the view like a work of art. This window was more than glass and frame; it was the reason I bought this loft, a promise of inspiration, a canvas waiting to come alive.

In the VIEW ROOM, this window isn’t merely a physical boundary between inside and outside; it is a portal, a living piece of art that reflects both the external landscape and the internal landscape of my mind. I approach it as my canvas, layering it with installations, textures, light, and shadow to transform it with each season and each day. By working directly on the glass, I blur the line between where the outside world ends and my inner world begins, allowing them to coexist and intertwine.

The window serves as a metaphor, too—a window into my soul. Just as it offers a view outward, it also reflects my own process, my growth, and the ongoing journey of self-discovery. The VIEW ROOM isn’t just about the scenery outside but about how that view, and the act of viewing, mirrors the landscape within. In creating this space, I invite others to pause, look through this window, and find something of themselves reflected back. It’s an exploration of openness, vulnerability, and the beauty that comes when we allow ourselves to truly see and be seen.

Dear Global Community,

I invite you today to join me in celebrating my life and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. As I start the countdown to the end of my 44th journey around the sun, I reflect on this past year, which has been the most transformative of my life—filled with change, confidence, and unwavering faith in myself and my purpose. I stand before you as an Artist, fully aligned with my calling, and I am here to create.

I feel a deep urge to return to my studio and begin painting, preparing my View Room for everyone to experience my art from the street level. It is an open invitation for the world to witness my creative expression. More than ever, I feel that my life is just beginning, and I am ready to embrace the journey ahead.

Many of you have asked about purchasing my paintings, and while I appreciate your interest, I believe in the power of exchange. As an artist who is just starting out commercially, I prefer to trade our talents. If you can do something for me, I will create a painting for you. This is my way of fostering collaboration and building a community that supports one another’s gifts. In this spirit, I invite you to help my art reach the people it is meant to touch—my soul cluster—those who are destined to resonate with its message.

My true focus is not on sales but on creating something much larger: reuniting my soul family so that we can share the love that bonds us. GOD has asked me to start an Art Movement, one that will help people flow through life in harmony. This movement, which I call Heart Flow, is not just about art; it’s about bringing Heaven on Earth through a vibration of peace and unity. This is my mission: to use my art to elevate consciousness and to bring in the new era through creativity.

To me, fame is not the goal but a means to spread this vibration. I hope that through the growing recognition of my work, we can create a ripple effect that touches lives globally.

Thank you for walking this path with me. Let’s build this together, as artists, creators, and members of a collective vision for a brighter, more harmonious world.

With love and creative flow,

Anna Biela

The Synergy of heART Flow

The power of synergy in the process of flow is something extraordinary. When people stand before art that resonates with their soul, something begins to happen—an internal reaction, indescribable, almost magical. It’s as if something deeply dormant awakens within them. Their soul starts to move, to rise, and they themselves begin to flow with the current of their own emotions and feelings.

At that moment, the artwork stops being just a painting, sculpture, or installation—it becomes a portal to deeper self-understanding. This is the true connection—the flow between the artist, the art, and the audience, transcending words. It’s a synergistic force that transforms and leads to awakening.

heART flow portal

Jesus in Bethlehem: heART flow portal

On January 12, 2019, I found myself painting on the separation barrier in Bethlehem—a moment that has stayed with me ever since. My journey began with a visit to the Walled Off Hotel by Banksy, followed by the Aida Refugee Camp tour, where I met my guide. As we bonded, I asked him to take me somewhere to paint. We drove into the camp, and he picked a gate, one I would later call the “Gate of Terror.” This was no ordinary gate—it was a symbol of fear, as Israeli soldiers would use it to enter the camp and infuse the people with terror.

On this gate, I painted a portrait of Jesus. The image was based on a piece I had created during my 2018 Domagk Atelier Art residency, a year that was intense, to say the least. That year, I had 10 solo shows, participated in MADOA, worked full-time, and was consumed by the whirlwind of life. Near the end of 2018, I made the decision to stop getting high on THC.

My higher soul stepped in and led me through what would become the darkest time of my life—a descent into madness as I lost my mind and started on my “dream jumping” reality.

It was during this time, or perhaps just after returning from my trip to Bristol and London in search of Banksy, that I felt an overwhelming pull to find him in Bethlehem. In many ways, this quest for Banksy became intertwined with my own battle through psychosis. Painting on the separation barrier in Bethlehem was more than just an act of artistic expression—it was a way for me to release my own torment, to project my inner search for peace onto something larger than myself.

This painting, which I now refer to as a heART flow portal, is so much more than a piece of art on a wall. Whether it still exists in its original form or has been covered by layers of paint, the energy it emanates remains. It carries the essence of that transformative time in my life, a moment where my higher soul was guiding me even through the darkest of shadows.

Today, the situation in this region remains tragic, and my heart aches for the ongoing suffering. Through my heART flow portal, I continue to send energy to this area, hoping to bring healing and peace to those enduring so much pain. Regardless of whether the mural remains visible, its essence is still alive, channeling hope through the heART flow portal I created on that gate.

The heART flow portal I created in Bethlehem symbolizes hope and fear, loss and recovery, but most of all, it serves as a testament to the power of art as a channel for healing and connection. Regardless of whether the art is visible or not, its energy remains, radiating from that gate, a reminder of the journey that brought me there. Today, I send love and light through that heART flow portal to a place that needs it more than ever.

heART flow for Palestine

In the streets of Wroclaw, something bigger is happening. It’s more than just signs, chants, and raised fists—it’s a pulse, a collective heartbeat. Every step we take together, every voice that breaks the silence, we’re generating energy from the heart. This is more than just protest; it’s a reminder that we are awake, alive, and connected. By gathering, we’re not just raising awareness. We’re raising consciousness. Every protest, every gathering, it’s a spark—each of us carrying the fire for change. We aren’t here to just tear down walls; we’re here to build something better, fueled by the energy of unity, love, and that beat you feel deep down when you know what’s right.
