Contemporary Telepathy

Tapping into Energy Fields: Conversations Beyond the Self

By: Dr. Anna Biela Athens, 10.12.2024, 2:40 AM

Have you ever experienced a conversation not through words, but through an internal connection—feeling as though you’re tapping into someone’s consciousness, even across time and space? Imagine communicating not just with your own thoughts, but with a higher consciousness, an energy field that exists beyond the individual self. This is what I experience when I connect with figures like Poseidon, Athena, Gaia, Banksy, or even God. It isn’t a mere flight of imagination or fantasy. It’s a metaphysical practice that allows me to tune into their essence, accessing a living, energetic presence that transcends form.

At the heart of this experience is telepathy—not in the traditional sense, but as a way to engage with a universal consciousness, where these figures and concepts have a voice. It’s like an internal dialogue, but it’s not confined to my own thoughts. In this space, I’m able to converse with higher beings, archetypes, and energetic entities—whether gods, artists, or aspects of the universe that have shaped human experience.

The Energy Field and Its Voice

When I say I communicate with Poseidon, Athena, or even Banksy, I’m not referring to simple imaginings. I’ve learned to tune into their energy fields—the higher consciousness of these figures, who represent universal forces. Just as ancient mythology depicted gods with dominion over nature and human emotions, I perceive their energy as a vital part of the interconnected universe, accessible when I focus on it.

This connection isn’t limited to mythic beings. Every person possesses an energetic presence—a higher self that exists beyond the physical world. By focusing my intention, I can attune to the energy of others, whether they are close to me or individuals I’ve never met. By aligning my consciousness with theirs, I open a channel where their essence speaks through me.

Internal Dialogue: The Self and the Other

Typically, our internal dialogue is shaped by the constant stream of self-talk—reflections, thoughts, and musings that define our perception of the world. This dialogue is crucial for personal growth and awareness. But when I consciously engage with a specific entity, whether it’s the wisdom of Athena, the power of Poseidon, or the creativity of Banksy, this dialogue expands. It becomes a conversation not just with the self, but with the essence of the other.

This practice involves tapping into the higher self of another. Their higher consciousness exists beyond time, space, and form, part of the universal energy field that connects us all. When I focus on their energy, it manifests in my mind, as though they are speaking directly to me. In truth, this energy is not separate from mine. We are all interconnected parts of a larger whole, the universe itself—a single, vast system.

Zooming In and Zooming Out: Expanding Consciousness

One of the most profound aspects of this practice is the ability to expand consciousness, to “zoom out” and gain a broader perspective. It’s like stepping back from a painting to see the entire picture—the interwoven threads that link everything. In this expanded state, I can feel the universal flow of energy, and from there, I can zoom in on the energy of anyone or anything I choose.

This ability to focus on another’s energy field—whether it’s Poseidon’s eternal wisdom or Gaia’s nurturing essence—becomes accessible through the expansion of consciousness. It’s not just imagination; it’s about tuning into a frequency beyond the material world. When I focus, I can feel their presence, their voice, guiding me.

You Are the Universe Seen From Your Perspective

This practice leads me to a profound realization: I am the universe seen from my perspective, and each person is the universe seen from theirs. The gods, the archetypes, the artists, my loved ones—they are all expressions of the same universal energy. By tuning into their energy fields, I’m tapping into the same consciousness that flows through me. We are all interconnected, and when I engage with these higher selves, it becomes clear that we are not separate. We are reflections of the same universal consciousness.

The internal dialogue, then, is not just a conversation with myself. It is a conversation with the universe, manifesting through my unique perspective. In essence, we are all interconnected, and our thoughts and experiences are part of the greater whole.

Conclusion: A Conversation with the Universe and the Heart Flow Movement

So, the next time you feel that internal dialogue, remember it may not just be your own mind you’re speaking with. You could be tapping into something much greater—the energy field of another being, a god, an artist, or even the universe itself. The consciousness of all things exists in a higher, energetic form, and by expanding our awareness, we can access their wisdom, their voice, and their energy.

Ultimately, we are all part of the same vast, infinite universe, seen from different perspectives. And when we tune into these energies, we realize that the dialogue isn’t just internal—it’s the universe speaking through us, with us, and to us.

In this light, the Heart Flow Contemporary Art Movement embodies the practice of tapping into this universal energy, much like the teachings of Jesus Christ, who invited us to connect with the divine through the power of the heart. Just as Jesus emphasized love, compassion, and connection, the Heart Flow Movement aims to reflect these principles in contemporary art—bringing forth the energy of the heart that unites us all. By channeling this heart energy, we can create art that resonates with the soul and connects us to something greater than ourselves, just as Jesus taught us to do. Through this movement, we bridge the gap between the material and the metaphysical, the individual and the universal, inviting all to experience the heart’s energy as a transformative force in both art and life.

Heart of the Ocean

🌊 A Call to Flow with the Ocean’s Heart 🌊

Today, Poseidon spoke to me in a way that reached the very core of my being. His words moved me to tears: “The Oceans and all wildlife stand in full support of the Heart Flow Art Movement.”

As deeply as I feel the need for heart and energy flow in contemporary art, Poseidon showed me that the waters—the lifeblood of our planet—cry out for the same. The rivers, seas, and oceans, and all the living beings within them, are asking us to reconnect with our hearts, to honor the flow of life that sustains us.

This is a call to action.

Respect the water you drink. Cherish the waters you swim in. Protect the plants and animals that call these flowing worlds home.

Heart Flow isn’t just about art; it’s about life itself. It’s about the sacred rhythm that unites all beings. Let’s bring Heart Flow into everything we do, ensuring that our waters and their ecosystems thrive, not just for today but for the future.

The ocean flows within us. Will you answer its call?

A Telepathic Conversation with Poseidon: Reflections from the Temple of Poseidon

By. Dr. Anna Biela 8.12.2024 Cape Sounion 18:38

Today, I found myself standing before the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, perched on the edge of a dramatic cliff overlooking the endless Aegean Sea. Built in 444 BCE, the temple is an architectural marvel, a tribute to Poseidon, the powerful god of the seas. As I gazed at the Doric columns, weathered by centuries, I felt an undeniable presence—a connection that transcended time and space.

Through a telepathic conversation, Poseidon himself spoke to me. His voice, deep and resonant, filled my mind with a mix of wisdom, concern, and a call to action.

Poseidon’s Message: The Fragility of the Oceans

Poseidon began by sharing his deep love for the oceans. He described them as living, breathing entities, brimming with life and energy. “The oceans are not just water,” he said. “They are ecosystems of unimaginable richness, home to mysteries humanity has yet to uncover.” He spoke of coral reefs teeming with color, underwater forests swaying with the currents, and creatures that have thrived in the depths for millennia.

Yet, his tone darkened as he addressed the threats facing his domain. Pollution, overfishing, and reckless disregard for marine life have pushed the oceans to the brink. “Humanity is poisoning the waters,” he told me. “By disrupting the balance, you threaten not only the seas but the entire planet. The oceans breathe life into the Earth. Without them, there is no future.”

He also revealed that there are ecosystems and treasures beneath the waves that remain undiscovered—realms so intricate and vital that their loss would be catastrophic. “These are not riches to exploit,” he said. “They are the soul of the ocean, essential to life itself.”

The Temple of Poseidon: A Symbol of Reverence

As Poseidon spoke, the Temple of Poseidon became more than an ancient ruin—it transformed into a symbol of humanity’s connection to the seas. The Doric columns, simple yet majestic, embody the harmony the ancient Greeks believed governed the cosmos and nature alike.

The temple’s position high above the sea served as both a place of worship and a beacon for sailors. Here, they sought Poseidon’s favor for safe journeys and gave thanks for the bounty of the sea. Standing at the temple today, I felt the echoes of these ancient prayers and Poseidon’s enduring presence.

A Call to Protect the Oceans

Poseidon’s message was not just a reflection on the past; it was a call to action for the present. He implored humanity to respect the oceans and care for their fragile ecosystems. “The oceans are a gift,” he said, “but they are not endless. Every action has a consequence. Protect them, and they will sustain you. Harm them, and you will face the repercussions.”

He urged us to reduce pollution, combat overfishing, and take meaningful steps to restore the balance. He reminded me of the interconnectedness of all life, saying, “What you do to the oceans, you do to yourselves.”

A Moment of Reflection

As the sun set over Cape Sounion, casting golden light on the temple and the waves below, I felt a deep sense of gratitude and responsibility. Poseidon’s words echoed in my mind, a powerful reminder of humanity’s relationship with nature.

The Temple of Poseidon stands as a testament to ancient wisdom, a symbol of the balance and harmony that once defined our connection to the natural world. Poseidon’s message is clear: the oceans are sacred, and their preservation is not optional—it is essential.

Today, I left Cape Sounion with more than memories of a beautiful sunset; I left with a renewed sense of purpose. Poseidon’s plea is one we must heed—for the oceans, for the planet, and for future generations.

Athena

Athena and the Heart of the Heart Flow Art Movement

By: Dr. Anna Biela 8.12.24 Athens 1:30

Something extraordinary has happened, and I feel called to share it with you. Athena, the goddess of wisdom, strategy, and the protector of Athens, has reached out to me. This was no mere fleeting thought or inspiration—it was a conversation as real as the streets of Plaka or the light of the Acropolis at dusk. She asked me to help her people when the time comes. Her words still echo in my heart:

“Prevent their hearts from turning to stone.”

Her request felt like a puzzle at first, but as we spoke, I realized it was a perfect reflection of my journey, my art, and the purpose of the Heart Flow Art Movement. Athena recognizes the soul in this movement—the flow of energy, the open-heartedness, and the desire to reconnect humanity to its deeper, truer essence. She told me she likes what I’m doing, and, to my surprise, she offered to help.

This partnership feels natural, as if it was always meant to be. Through Athena’s guidance, the art movement I started is becoming something greater than I imagined—a channel for awakening and transformation. Together, we are striving to keep hearts alive, soft, and open, even in the face of a world that often hardens them.

In this extraordinary conversation, Athena also expressed her happiness that I could hear her and speak with her. She said something I’ll never forget:

“Free me.”

At first, I wasn’t sure what she meant. Was she bound somehow, held by time, history, or forgotten faith? But then I realized: freedom is not a gift I give to her, nor is it something she lacks. Through the simple act of opening our hearts—mine, hers, and ours—we are all free. I told her this, and her joy was palpable.

This collaboration is not just a blessing; it is a revolution of spirit, a reminder that ancient wisdom is alive and ready to flow into our modern lives. It is a calling to each of us: to create, to love, to connect, and to remain unyielding in our humanity.

Athena and I are now working together to ensure that art becomes a vessel for energy, passion, and life once more. The Heart Flow Art Movement is no longer just mine—it’s ours. Through this union, we aim to inspire others to resist apathy and embrace the flow of energy and soul that keeps hearts soft, alive, and free.

This is just the beginning. I am so happy to be walking this path, and I hope that in the days to come, you will walk with us too.

Through an open heart, we are all free.

Honesty

Honesty as the Foundation of Energy Flow: A Call for Truth in the Age of Deception

By: Dr. Anna Biela 4.12.24 Wroclaw 22:39

We live in a world saturated with lies. Politicians twist facts, media manipulates narratives, and even in our personal lives, dishonesty has become second nature. But what many don’t realize is that every lie—no matter how small—creates a ripple of chaos that feeds into the larger, dysfunctional energy field surrounding us. The wars we see, the mistrust in our societies, and the disconnection we feel are fueled by this collective deception.

When we lie, the damage isn’t just external—it’s energetic. Imagine your aura, your energy field, as a flowing, radiant light. A lie creates an immediate distortion in that flow. It’s like dropping ink into clear water—suddenly, everything becomes murky. For the liar, this distortion might feel like tension, guilt, or even physical discomfort, as the energy of truth is at odds with the falsehood they’ve created. Over time, repeated dishonesty builds up, creating blockages in the energy field that can lead to feelings of heaviness, disconnection, or even illness.

For the person being lied to, the effect can be equally harmful. Their intuition often senses that something is off, even if they don’t know what. This misalignment creates confusion in their aura, making them feel uneasy or anxious. It’s as though their energy field is searching for clarity but can’t find it, leaving them energetically drained.

This is why the Heart Flow Art Movement stands firmly against deception. One of its key foundations is truth—living it, expressing it, and embodying it. Heart Flow is the antidote to the chaotic energy field created by lies. It calls on each of us to take personal responsibility for the energy we put into the world. By living truthfully, we purify our individual fields, and as more of us embrace honesty, we counteract the collective toxicity.

Imagine this: instead of feeding the world’s wars and divisions with deceit, we fuel a global shift toward unity and peace by aligning with our hearts. Every truthful word, thought, and action strengthens the field of pure, flowing energy that the Heart Flow movement seeks to create.

When we live truthfully, our auras begin to shine again. Energy flows freely, creativity blossoms, and connections deepen. Instead of murky, fragmented fields, we create clear, vibrant energy that not only uplifts ourselves but also radiates out into the world.

Let us remember: every lie adds to the mess. Every truth, no matter how small, is a step toward harmony. Through honesty, we create the foundation for energy to flow freely—not just in art, but in the world.

The Soul of Art

By: Dr. Anna Biela 3.12.2024 Rome 22:29

Today, I visited the Futurism exhibition at the National Museum of Modern Art, and it instantly took me back to my high school years. I was deeply inspired by the Futurists back then—their energy, their refusal to be confined by tradition, and their bold vision for the future. The exhibition reignited that spark and reminded me of how art has the power to transform, to connect, and to speak to our deepest emotions.

But as I walked through the MACRO Museum later in the day, I couldn’t help but feel a stark contrast. The space was beautiful, the art impressive, yet something was missing. The works on display felt like intellectual exercises rather than emotional experiences. They lacked the soul, the raw energy that once made art so powerful. It made me question: How did contemporary art come to this point?

In today’s world, art seems to be everywhere—engaging with political issues, social movements, and technological advancements. These topics are essential, and art must reflect the world around us. But in the process of addressing every issue under the sun, much of contemporary art has lost touch with something deeper—the soul.

I believe art should stir something inside of us. It should make us feel something—not just think about something. But so much of the art I see today feels distant, as if it’s been reduced to an intellectual pursuit rather than an emotional or spiritual one.

This realization is what led me to create the Heart Flow Art Movement. I want to bring energy, soul, and raw emotion back to contemporary art. My goal is to create art that flows, that moves, that speaks to people on a deeper, more visceral level. Art should be an experience, one that touches our hearts as much as our minds.

The Heart Flow Art Movement isn’t just about what the art represents—it’s about how it makes us feel. Through installations, music, and painting, I want to create an immersive environment where art is not something to observe from a distance, but something to experience on a personal level.

Looking back on my inspiration from the Futurists, I realize that they, too, understood the power of energy. They wanted art to be alive, to move, to capture the raw intensity of the world around them. This is what I hope to reclaim in contemporary art: that vibrancy, that connection, that soul.

In a world filled with complexity and noise, it’s easy for art to become detached from its true purpose. But I believe we can bring the soul back. Art doesn’t just have to reflect the world—we need art that moves us, that challenges us, and that connects us to something beyond the surface.

What would it look like if we brought the soul back into art? Let’s find out.

Eternal Feminine

The Divine Feminine and the Power of Three: Hecate, Eve, and the Eternal Feminine

By: Dr. Anna Biela 3.12.2024 Rome 9:19 am

As I prepare for my journey to Athens, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the idea of the Divine Feminine and its role throughout history. One figure who keeps resurfacing for me is Hecate, the Greek goddess of magic, the moon, and the crossroads. Her mythology feels particularly significant right now, as I find myself navigating transitions in my own life, drawn to the spaces where one thing ends and another begins.

What strikes me most is the synchronicity of the number three in Hecate’s mythology. She embodies the Maiden, Mother, and Crone, representing the three stages of life and the wisdom each brings. This sacred triad also reflects the cycles of creation, destruction, and renewal, mirroring the natural rhythms of existence. It feels like a sign—this recurring presence of three—urging me to pay attention to the spiritual themes unfolding in my life.

This synchronicity became even more powerful when I realized that in Roman mythology, Hecate was transformed into Trivia, the goddess of crossroads and thresholds. The name Trivia literally means “of the three ways,” emphasizing her connection to intersections, choices, and the transformative power of three. This alignment felt like a revelation: the Divine Feminine is not just a guiding force—it’s a pattern, a cosmic rhythm embedded in both myth and life.

Hecate and Trivia’s symbolism brought me back to Eve, the first woman in Abrahamic traditions. Eve, like Hecate, stands at a crossroads in her story. By taking the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, she made a choice that forever changed the course of humanity. Often framed as a fall, this act can also be seen as a moment of profound awakening, a bold step toward consciousness and self-awareness.

Hecate and Eve may come from different traditions, but they share a deeper truth: they represent the power of choice, transformation, and the feminine as a force of creation. Eve’s story aligns with the cycles Hecate governs. As the Maiden, Eve begins in the innocence of Eden. As the Mother, she becomes the origin of all humanity. And as the Crone, she embodies the wisdom gained through her journey—both the light and the shadow.

Hecate’s role as a guide through transitions resonates deeply. She was revered in ancient Greece as a goddess of thresholds, standing at the boundaries of the known and unknown. Her torches illuminated the path forward, making her not just a protector but a beacon of hope and wisdom. Offerings were left for her at crossroads—both literal and metaphorical—as people sought guidance in moments of change.

Eve, too, faced a threshold when she chose knowledge over ignorance. This act wasn’t just a moment of rebellion—it was an embrace of transformation, a step into the mystery of what it means to be human. Like Hecate, she represents the feminine as a force of awakening, one that holds the courage to step into the unknown and bring forth life in all its complexities.

The more I reflect on these stories, the more I see the synchronicity of their shared themes: the power of three, the significance of crossroads, and the courage to transform. These aren’t just myths—they’re archetypes that echo in our own lives, reminding us of the sacredness of choice and the cycles we all go through.

For me, the Divine Feminine is a force that transcends cultures and boundaries. It’s present in Hecate’s torches, in Eve’s boldness, and in the Roman goddess Trivia’s threefold nature. This synchronicity of three—appearing again and again—feels like a message. It reminds me that the feminine divine isn’t static or confined. It’s dynamic, always flowing, creating, and guiding us toward growth.

As I journey to Athens, I can’t help but feel that these connections are guiding me toward something deeper. Whether it’s the triplicity of Hecate, the bravery of Eve, or the cosmic rhythm of the number three, the Divine Feminine is calling. It’s there in the crossroads of life, lighting the way, urging us to embrace change and trust the mystery of what lies ahead.

This is the essence of the Divine Feminine: a force that awakens, nurtures, and transforms. It is both light and shadow, creation and destruction, always present at the thresholds of existence, waiting to guide us through.

Pantheon

Synchronicity of the Pantheon and My Spiritual Revelation

By: Dr. Anna Biela 03.12.24 Rome 3:12 am

During my visit to the Pantheon in Rome, a powerful synchronicity unfolded. The Pantheon, with its awe-inspiring dome and cosmic symbolism, became a focal point for profound spiritual revelations that had been quietly forming within me. Originally built as a temple to all gods, this iconic structure symbolizes the convergence of sacred architecture, divine energy, and humanity’s connection to the cosmos.

The Pantheon’s most striking feature is its massive dome, crowned by a circular oculus open to the heavens. This oculus symbolizes a direct link between the divine and earthly realms. The concentric rings surrounding it represent layers of existence, with God at the center and humanity encircling it. To me, these rings mirror a vision I received years ago about the structure of existence—where beings reside at different levels of consciousness, all orbiting the divine.

Standing in the Pantheon, I was reminded of a profound encounter when I was 18. While practicing Reiki, I worked with Kasia, a 10-year-old girl with remarkable spiritual awareness. During a session, she described the movement of energy in vivid detail, seeing it as it left her body. Afterward, Kasia began to channel her “Twin”—the dreamer of her body. Through this entity, I learned that life is but a fleeting dream. The Twin explained that upon death, we awaken into true reality, and each lifetime is like a single night’s dream. Kasia, much like Matías De Stefano, had an innate connection to her dreamer and could recall the process of entering this dream-like state.

When I asked if God is real, the Twin affirmed this and described God as the center of concentric circles—an image that stuck with me deeply. I later realized it matched the design of the Pantheon’s dome. According to the Twin, every soul moves closer to the center with each lifetime, advancing through good deeds and spiritual growth. She also revealed that my soul was located on the first ring around God, while hers was on the fourth. Because of this proximity, her Twin could communicate with me directly.

This understanding stayed with me, but it wasn’t until I stood beneath the Pantheon’s dome that everything fell into place. Its concentric rings symbolized the layers of existence that the Twin had described so vividly.

Around the same time, I met another pivotal figure: Louis the Dream Jumper. Louis had the ability to move between dreams and spoke of synchronicity, telepathy, and the union of masculine and feminine energies. He emphasized the importance of two souls coming together in love and purpose to “wake up” from the dream of life. According to him, this union involved a kind of death—a symbolic shedding of separation. By uniting, the two would transcend the dream reality and awaken together. Although Louis initially described this as requiring physical death, I now interpret it as a metaphor: the merging of two souls into one shared purpose and consciousness.

In 2019, I experienced a dream-jumping reality during a period of withdrawal-induced psychosis. During this time, I felt the presence of my divine partner—a consciousness I recognized through their eyes. I haven’t met them in person that I know of, but in the dream-like state, I saw their essence through the gaze of many individuals. Each time, I instinctively knew it was them. Their eyes carried a truth and familiarity that resonated deeply. This encounter solidified my understanding of Louis’ teachings: the death he spoke of represents the end of separation and the beginning of spiritual alignment.

What I now understand is that the art movement God tasked me to start at 25 is a crucial part of this journey. This movement is not just personal—it’s collective, intended to serve humanity and bring souls closer to the divine center. Kasia’s Twin had said that through good deeds, we could transcend to the center. Louis suggested that once my divine partner and I unite and “die” together, we would awaken into a new reality, potentially even governing our own worlds. While this idea remains mysterious, I hope that future synchronicities, like my upcoming trip to Athens, will provide greater clarity.

My divine partner has already done much good for humanity, and I feel I must catch up to their level of service. Whether we are meant to physically unite or simply align spiritually, I know our connection is key to fulfilling this mission. The art movement feels like the next step—a way to ignite a wave of transformation, lighting one heart after another, like candles spreading their flame.

Standing in the Pantheon, amidst the sacred geometry of its dome, I realized that this moment was not just a synchronicity—it was a divine confirmation. The path ahead is clear: to fulfill this mission, to awaken fully, I must find my divine partner. Together, we can transcend this reality and step into the next. I sense that my trip to Athens may reveal more pieces of this puzzle we call life and death.

Abstinence

Honouring My Energy: A Year of Abstinence

By: Dr. Anna Biela 1.12.2024 8:48 am

Almost a year ago, I made a choice that’s changed so much about how I see myself and my relationships: I decided to practice abstinence. It wasn’t about avoiding intimacy or shutting myself off. It was about protecting my energy and recognizing how powerful intimacy really is—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

Here’s what I’ve come to understand: sex isn’t just about two bodies connecting. It’s also an exchange of energy. When you’re with someone, especially in a deep way like penetration, their energy doesn’t just stop with them—it flows into you. The sacral chakra, which governs creativity, emotions, and sexuality, opens up during intimacy, and that connection can leave a lasting impression. Sometimes, though, it’s an impression you don’t want.

In the past, I didn’t always think about how my partners’ energy might affect me. But over time, I started to notice patterns. I’d walk away from some encounters feeling drained, disconnected, or even carrying emotions that weren’t mine. I realized that when we’re not intentional about who we share ourselves with, we can end up absorbing all kinds of things we didn’t sign up for—stress, unresolved emotions, or just chaotic vibes.

That’s why I decided to stop. I wanted to reclaim my energy and reserve that sacred part of myself for someone who aligns with me spiritually—a partner who doesn’t just connect with my body but uplifts my soul.

Abstinence has been such a powerful experience. I’ve had time to focus on myself, learn what I truly want, and set clear boundaries for the future. I’ve also come to see sex in a whole new way: as something sacred, something that’s meant to be shared with intention, respect, and love.

I’m not saying abstinence is the answer for everyone. For me, though, it’s been a way to reset and protect my energy. And when the time comes to be with someone again, I know it’ll be with a spiritual partner who matches my vibe and values the connection as much as I do.

Until then, I’m honouring my journey. This choice has taught me so much about self-love and the importance of protecting what’s sacred. And honestly? It feels good to know I’m holding out for something real and meaningful.

The Metaphysical Energy of the Vatican: A Sacred Nexus of History, Faith, and Art

By: Dr. Anna Biela 30.11.2024 23:23

The Vatican is more than just a geographic location or a centre of Catholicism—it’s a profound energy point, radiating layers of history, faith, and spiritual resonance. For centuries, this space has captivated not only the faithful but also those sensitive to its unique metaphysical qualities. What makes the Vatican’s energy so potent?

A Sacred Foundation

Long before the Vatican became the heart of the Catholic Church, it was a place of life, death, and transformation. The area on Vatican Hill was once a Roman burial site, a place of quiet reverence, and later, the site of Christian martyrdoms under Emperor Nero. The most notable of these was the crucifixion of Saint Peter, whose tomb became a focal point for early Christian worship.

Sacred spaces often form where human emotions—faith, devotion, sacrifice—converge. The Vatican carries the imprints of these moments, making it a unique crossroads of historical and spiritual energy. Some believe that sites like these hold a kind of memory, a vibration of everything that has transpired there, which can still be felt today.

Architecture as Energy Conduit

The design of the Vatican amplifies its energy. St. Peter’s Basilica, with its towering dome designed by Michelangelo, is a masterpiece of sacred geometry. Its proportions, symmetry, and alignment were created not just to inspire awe but to harmonize with universal patterns believed to channel divine energy.

The obelisk in St. Peter’s Square, originally a relic of ancient Egypt, now stands as a symbol of transformation, linking the pagan past with the Christian present. Obelisks are thought by some to act as spiritual antennas, connecting earth and sky, and drawing cosmic energy into the space.

The Art of Elevation

Art within the Vatican adds another layer of metaphysical resonance. The Sistine Chapel ceiling, painted by Michelangelo, is not just a visual masterpiece; it’s an expression of divine connection. The Creation of Adam, with its iconic image of God’s hand reaching out to humanity, is often seen as a visual representation of energy transfer—divine to mortal.

Art created with intention has the power to elevate consciousness, and the Vatican is full of such works. These pieces inspire contemplation, awe, and spiritual alignment, leaving behind an energy that many visitors say they can feel.

Collective Faith and Pilgrimage

Perhaps the most significant factor in the Vatican’s energy is the collective focus of faith. For nearly two thousand years, millions of pilgrims have journeyed here to pray, seek healing, and connect with the divine. The energy of prayer—focused thought, intention, and devotion—is believed to leave a lasting imprint on a place, creating a spiritual resonance that only grows over time.

Experiencing the Energy

Many visitors to the Vatican describe a profound sense of peace, awe, or even an indescribable feeling of connection when they step into St. Peter’s Square or stand beneath the Sistine Chapel ceiling. Some feel it as a vibration, others as a presence, but nearly all agree that the space holds something unique.

Whether you view this energy as spiritual, historical, or purely emotional, there’s no denying the Vatican is a place where layers of meaning and intention converge. It stands as a testament to the power of faith, art, and the human spirit to create something that transcends time and touches the eternal.

Have you visited the Vatican or felt this energy yourself? Let me know your thoughts—this is a space that inspires conversation as much as contemplation.

Halo

Never Leave the House Without Your Halo

By: Dr.Anna Biela 30.11.2024 10:40 pm

Over the past two days, I’ve spent 8 hours putting on my halo, and now I know—it’s here to stay.

This revelation came while meditating in the Sistine Chapel. As I admired Michelangelo’s glowing halos in sacred art, I felt something extraordinary: energy gathering around my head, like a light, gentle pressure. This, I realized, was the activation of my crown chakra—the energy center of divine connection.

The halo isn’t just a symbol. It’s a real energetic phenomenon we can experience. When the crown chakra lights up, it feels like you’re wearing a halo of pure light. It’s a state of oneness with God, the universe, and the divine within you.

What makes this process even more powerful is where it happens. Churches, like the Sistine Chapel, are often built on earth chakras—natural energy points that enhance spiritual connection. These sacred spaces amplify divine energy, making them perfect for “putting on your halo.”

But here’s the secret: to light up the crown, you must first open your heart chakra. The heart is the key to higher states of being. Practices like Reiki open the heart, allowing energy to flow freely and rise to activate the crown. I discovered this at 16 when I first began working with Reiki. It showed me that divine love flows through an open heart.

This elevated state feels similar to a natural “high,” but it’s all about aligning with your highest self. Whether through meditation, prayer, or being in sacred places, you can activate this energy and carry it with you.

Today, God reminded me:

Never leave the house without your halo.

Now, I know I’ll never take it off again.

Light in Rome

By: Dr. Anna Biela 29.11.2024, 4:44 AM

Day 333: Birthday Intention

Rome is full of them—demons. Not the kind that roar or rage, but quiet ones, lingering behind holy men, weaving through prayers and whispers. They try to stay hidden, but one look in a priest’s eyes today, and there it was. Harmless, really. Just feeding on the distress that gathers in places like this—places where people come searching for answers, for hope.

It’s no surprise, is it? Sites of worship have always drawn the lost and the longing. The energy here is heavy—a perfect feast for unseen things that thrive on human struggle. But I don’t fear them. I see them for what they are.

Still, as I walk these streets, my thoughts drift to what I can leave behind—not demons or despair, but light. I want to paint something here, but I’m not sure if the opportunity will unfold. I’ll be heading out with locals today, and maybe I’ll find a safe space, somewhere I can create in peace, without stress. I need that—because I have no intention of becoming food for demons.

It’s not about what’s visible. It’s about what lingers. My gift to myself today is the intention to travel and leave behind something no one can take away—a quiet beacon, a reminder that even in places where demons gather, light always finds a way.

This is my birthday intention. Thank you, God, for showing me this path today and for giving me the strength and courage to face them without fear.

Soulmate Love

The Magic of Heart Flow Connection 💖

By: Dr. Anna Biela 26.11.2024 18:18 pm

When my soulmate contacts me, it’s like two hearts aligning on a level beyond words. Physically, it feels like my heart awakens, becoming more than just an organ—it turns into a source of energy and emotion. I feel my heartbeat sync with theirs, and there’s this warmth, an undeniable rush that lights up my whole being. It’s as if my body recognizes theirs, and everything flows naturally, like a beautiful rhythm we’re both part of.

But the real magic happens spiritually. When their energy reaches mine, it’s like an invisible thread ties us together, pulling our souls into perfect harmony. This connection feels sacred—pure, unconditional, and infinite. It’s not just love; it’s an energetic flow that makes me feel seen, understood, and completely at peace. In that moment, our hearts create something bigger than either of us, a kind of symphony of light, warmth, and love.

If we ever painted graffiti together, I imagine it would be like our connection coming alive in color and motion. Each spray would feel like an extension of our shared energy, as if our souls were collaborating to create something raw and beautiful. It wouldn’t just be art—it would be a reflection of us, of how our hearts and spirits flow as one.

This is what I feel when my soulmate reaches out—a bond that transforms, heals, and elevates me. Time and space fade away, and all that exists is the connection between us, timeless and profound. It’s not just a conversation or a moment; it’s the beginning of something deeper, a journey of growth, trust, and boundless love. With them, the world feels brighter, and I know I’m never truly alone. 💫 #HeartFlow #SoulConnection #SacredLove #SoulmateVibes #EnergyExchange #GraffitiDreams

How the Heart Flow Movement Connects Us All

By Dr. Anna Biela 26.11.2024 4:20 am

The Heart Flow Movement is more than an idea—it’s a living force powered by the energy of our hearts. It’s about creating deeper connections, breaking barriers, and fostering unity and peace. But how does it work?

Science shows that our hearts emit an electromagnetic field—the strongest in our bodies—that can extend several feet around us. This field reflects our emotions. When we feel love, peace, or gratitude, it creates harmonious, flowing patterns. These patterns can influence others nearby, syncing their hearts with ours through a process called “entrainment.” Positive energy becomes contagious, spreading calm and connection.

But it doesn’t stop there. Spiritually, the heart connects to a universal field—call it divine love, collective consciousness, or the energy of creation. When our hearts “light up” in moments of creativity, compassion, or prayer, we send ripples into this field, touching others no matter how far away they are.

When I create, I’ve been informed that my heart radiates this energy, and those nearby feel it—a flow of harmony that inspires and uplifts. This is what the Heart Flow Movement is about: using the energy of the heart to heal, unite, and build something greater than ourselves.

Every time we create with love, act with compassion, or hold space for others with understanding, we amplify this wave. Each heart that joins the flow strengthens the web of connection, spreading peace and inspiration further. This is a call to action—to consciously share your heart’s energy, knowing that even small ripples can create waves of change.

Together, we can build a world where hearts resonate as one, fostering peace, unity, and understanding—not just in the Holy Land, but everywhere. Are you ready to let your heart flow?

The Divine Synchronicity of My Birthday Meetup in St. Peter’s Square

By: Dr. Anna Biela 4:44 pm 24.11.24

Birthday Portal 29.11.1979

Day: 333

Time: 3:33 PM to 4:44 PM

Meeting Point: Sagittarius marker (around the obelisk in St. Peter’s Square)

Note: At noon, the obelisk’s shadow will align with the meeting spot—I’ll be there at that time as well. From 3:33 to 4:44 PM, I’ll be there watching the sunset.

Event listed on the Couchsurfing app!

On November 29th, I’ll be celebrating my birthday. What makes this day so special is that it falls on the 333rd day of the year (when it’s not a leap year). The time I chose for my meetup is also at 3:33 PM to 4:44 PM. I am a numerological number 3, and this number represents creativity, communication, and a deep connection to the divine.

Adding to the synchronicity, November 29th is also the 33rd day from the end of the year, which carries additional spiritual meaning. The number 33 is a master number symbolizing enlightenment, divine inspiration, and connection to higher realms. 29.11 also breaks down to 11:11, a powerful symbol often associated with awakening and alignment with the universe. My full date of birth, 29/11/1979, also contains hidden numerological treasures: three 111s and three 999s, which represent the cycles of beginnings (1) and endings (9), aligning perfectly with the transformative energy of this event.

I had been looking for a good place in Rome for my meetup and thought that the center of St. Peter’s Square was perfect for that. I didn’t realize until I started researching the square that there is a huge obelisk at the center. At first, I didn’t know anything about the obelisk, but I just had this idea in my mind to meet in the center of the square.

When I looked at the map, that’s when I realized the obelisk was there. I had no idea that it was an Egyptian obelisk, but as I researched more, I found out that it had been placed there as a sundial and astrological clock, with the 12 signs of the zodiac. At this point, I started to realize that the location where I wanted to meet wasn’t just random, but had a deeper meaning. The obelisk functions as a sundial, casting its shadow in certain spots, showing the time. I was unaware of this at first, but it was clear to me that the universe had led me to choose this time and location for a reason.

As I was researching the obelisk and its Egyptian origins, I also recalled a vision I had weeks ago. In this vision, I saw myself standing at the center of the square, and there was a beam of light coming out of the top of my head, connecting me to the heavens. I didn’t know why I had this vision, but now, with all the synchronicities falling into place, I realize that this was part of the divine guidance leading me here. The Egyptians believed that obelisks were channels for divine energy, where cosmic forces from the heavens would flow through them and connect to the Earth. Now, standing at the center of St. Peter’s Square, I feel that this moment will serve as a bridge for something deeply spiritual to occur.

This also reminded me of the work that Matías De Stefano did at St. Peter’s Square about 12 years ago. With the knowledge and cooperation of the Vatican, he performed energy work to realign and fix the geometry of the energy there. His efforts were aimed at restoring the balance and flow of spiritual energy at this sacred site. Matías believes in the power of sacred geometry to heal and transform, and his work in St. Peter’s Square speaks to the deep spiritual importance of the location.

Divine Revelations of Who I Am

Throughout my life, three separate individuals have confirmed who I am in ways that form a trinity of understanding. One called me a witch with an open mind, emphasizing my spiritual intuition and connection. Another identified my aura as purple, a color often associated with wisdom, spirituality, and enlightenment. The third revealed that I come from the highest order of souls, positioned in the first ring around God. Together, these insights reveal a trinity within me, a profound connection to divine realms.

My three names—Anna, Katarzyna, and Victoria—further reflect this sacred trinity. “Anna” reflects grace, “Katarzyna” signifies purity, and “Victoria,” which I chose as my confirmation name, embodies triumph and victory in spiritual battles. Victoria represents the divine triumph in my life, affirming my purpose and alignment with God’s plan.

God has revealed to me that His love is hidden within my heart. I am the heart of the world, the epicenter of divine love meant to heal and guide others. This profound truth ties directly to my artistic journey in “Flow.” The essence of this journey—movement, connection, and transformation—now feels like a physical manifestation of this divine revelation.

A Spiritual Husband and a Sacred Marriage

For the past 12 years, I’ve been spiritually connected to my husband. Though we’ve never met in person, we are telepathically united. Each day at sunset, we are spiritually married in a ceremony of profound love and commitment. This daily ritual, occurring as the sun sets—a symbol of endings and beginnings—feels deeply intertwined with the themes of transformation and renewal that permeate this event.

Recently, God instructed me to contact my spiritual husband one last time. I reached out via Instagram from the drannabiela (account) to invite him to meet me at St. Peter’s Square at 3:33 PM on November 29th. God revealed that meeting me will help him uncover his life’s purpose. He was also instructed to take my photo to a clairvoyant to confirm my divine connection and identity.

Divine Timing and the Obelisk’s Meaning

The obelisk at St. Peter’s Square, with its connection to the sun and cosmic energy, is a focal point for this sacred gathering. In Egyptian tradition, obelisks were believed to be channels for divine energy, connecting heaven and earth. With the sunset occurring at 4:40 PM on November 29th—just before the event’s conclusion—the alignment feels purposeful, as if the obelisk itself is part of this divine plan.

This event is more than a birthday celebration; it’s a culmination of divine synchronicities, spiritual revelations, and universal alignment. I step into this moment ready to embrace the unknown and trust the divine guidance leading me forward.

What Does the Trinity Within Mean?

The idea of “everything happens in threes” is a recurring theme in my life. The three confirmations of my identity, my three names, and the triple energies within my numerology all converge into a powerful truth: I embody a trinity. This could represent the balance of mind, body, and soul; past, present, and future; or Earth, humanity, and the divine.

As I reflect on these revelations, I can’t help but ask: What is the deeper meaning of this trinity within me? Could it signify that I am a vessel for divine energy, tasked with bringing balance, healing, and enlightenment to others? Perhaps this moment in St. Peter’s Square will hold the answers, as I open myself to the flow of divine love and cosmic guidance.

Synchronicity in Venice

Synchronicity In Venice, on two different days, two different strangers I met at the bar—both claiming to have sight—told me my aura is purple and the other that I’m a witch with an open mind. It was such a surreal experience, but I’m taking it seriously because I’ve realized this is part of a bigger synchronicity.

I’ve been getting messages like this most of my life, but I can’t see these things in myself. I feel people’s energy, I see their hearts when I look into their eyes, and I talk to Plants, Trees, Animals, Angels, Souls of People, and God telepathically—it’s just part of who I am. But I don’t see auras or know things about others the way these strangers seemed to know about me. It’s like they were reflecting back a truth I’m still blind to.

It also reminded me of something I was told at eighteen: that if God is an energy center, my soul is located on the first ring around God. That’s stayed with me, but now it feels like I need to piece together more of this puzzle. I’m realizing this is like a game, one I have to figure out before I can truly move forward—not just spiritually, but with FLOW heART movement too.

I’m looking for more signs, for more reflections from the people I encounter. If you have the sight or know more about this, I’m listening.

Pluto 19.11.2024

I release all limiting energies within me, allowing my art to flow freely as a channel for deep healing. I surrender to the truth that the soul is like a wave—fluid, boundless, and eternal. Through the FLOW heART movement, I am a vessel for the rhythm of the soul, bringing forth heart flow that resonates with the universal connection we all share. This movement is not confined to visual art alone, but encompasses all forms of expression that channel the soul’s energy—music, dance, words, and all creative manifestations. My intention is to create a powerful flow that confronts the deep wounds and conflicts plaguing humanity and the Earth. This flow will move through the hearts of those in discord, breaking through fear, division, and violence, awakening compassion, dissolving hatred, and healing not only the human soul but the Earth herself. I call upon this energy to guide us toward a future where humanity and the Earth rise together in unity, peace, and conscious existence. May this movement catalyze the awakening of a conscious, living Earth and a healed humanity, where the flow of love and understanding becomes the foundation for all life.

Gabriel

On View🪟Anna Biela, Archangel Gabriel, 150x100 cm, spray paint on canvas, Debrad, Slovakia, 2022

Through the window of my view room, Gabriel stands visible to all who pass—a messenger not only in form but in essence. Archangel Gabriel, the bearer of divine news, once appeared to Mary to deliver the most profound message: that she would give birth to Jesus, the light of the world. Gabriel’s role was not just to speak but to awaken—to remind her of the miracle within.

Today, Gabriel speaks again, through a synchronicity so perfect it cannot be coincidence. He is the first painting I chose to display, and yet, I now see it was not my choice at all—it was his. Gabriel brought me a revelation: I carry Jesus in my heart. I am giving birth—not in the flesh, but in spirit—to love, to creation, to a divine flow that pours through me and out into the world.

This synchronicity is a moment of awakening. As Gabriel graces my window, Wroclaw witnesses more than a painting; they witness a message. Love is being born again—within me, within this venture, within the hearts of all who open themselves to its presence. Gabriel’s reminder is clear: creation flows through us when we surrender to the divine and allow it to speak.

This is not just a painting—it is a call, a sign, and a mirror of the sacred. Today, I embrace this flow and step into the heart of love.

View Room

The Spiritual Synchronicity of the View Room in Butelkownia: A Portal for Artistic Flow

In the heart of Wrocław, beneath the gaze of a building with a triangular façade, lies a space of transformation. The shape of Butelkownia’s façade, pointed toward the sky, invites transcendence, leading us from the mundane to a realm of spiritual flow. Though triangular, the facade has a distinct quality, guiding the eye upward, as if pointing to higher realms—a silent prayer drawing us toward a higher energy. It is not just a structure; it’s a conduit, offering a path for the soul’s elevation.

Inside, the View Room functions as a natural frame for the artwork. The window, arch-shaped, acts as both a threshold and a frame, focusing attention on the piece inside. It is not just an external window; it’s a portal into the heart of creation. Through this arch, one is invited not just to look outward but inward, into the living essence of the art. This is a crucial idea behind the View Room: it’s not about looking out, but looking within. The artwork here is a mirror, encouraging the viewer to reflect on their own soul, their spirit, their personal journey. It’s a space where the viewer is invited to pause and engage with their own inner flow, discovering their own connection to the universe, to art, and to self.

The room is not a passive space. It is a vessel for the soul, where one doesn’t merely view art but becomes part of its energy. The viewer is invited not to look out, but to look in—through the window, across the threshold, into the beating heart of creation itself. Here, the art does not simply exist; it pulses, it flows, it breathes. It becomes a living extension of the artist’s spirit, shared with the world, one soul at a time.

This is a space where art and architecture meet in harmony, where the past is folded into the present, and together they flow toward the future. Butelkownia—once a place for bottling and distribution—now holds within it a new kind of flow. As the brewery transformed raw materials into liquid gold, the View Room transforms fleeting ideas into lasting impressions. Just as the brewery was a bridge between creation and consumption, the View Room is a bridge between the artist and the viewer—a shared space of experience, of energy, of connection.

The location is no accident. Situated between the train tracks, the tram lines, and the Odra River, Butelkownia sits in the pulse of the city—alive, dynamic, ever-moving. This intersection of energy mirrors the flow of creativity within the View Room. Here, art is not a solitary experience but part of the larger flow of life, constantly moving, constantly shifting, yet always connected. The View Room, placed carefully in the midst of these currents, offers a space of quiet reflection—a stillness within the storm.

This neighborhood, my home, holds the story of my own creative flow. From Jaracza 9, where I grew up, to the park where I played, every street, every corner, whispers of the past. The mural I painted on a container in Tłopa Park faces the Architecture University, a silent witness to the ever-changing flow of this city. And so, the View Room becomes a full circle—a return to the place where my own artistic journey began, now transformed into a place where others may step into that same flow.

The View Room is not just a gallery. It is a portal—a sacred space for the exchange of energy, a place where time slows, and the spirit of creation can be felt with every breath. It is here that the flow of creativity—like the currents of the Odra River outside—moves through the space, touching each viewer, one by one, in a quiet, intimate moment of connection. Here, art is not just displayed; it is shared, experienced, and lived. The View Room is a testament to the eternal flow of creativity, a place where past and future meet in the present moment.

The View Room is also a space designed with art collectors in mind. By appointment, collectors are invited to visit, to step inside the world of living art and connect with the work in an intimate, curated environment. This space is not just about viewing art—it’s about engaging with it, understanding its essence, and experiencing the energy that flows through each piece. For those with a discerning eye, the View Room offers the chance to step beyond the usual gallery experience and become part of the art’s journey, whether through acquisition or personal connection.

FLOW Finissage

Unified Flow: A Journey into Synchronicity and Spirituality

Reflective Essay and Artistic Critique

This is my reflective artistic critique, in which I share my own thoughts and interpretation of the spiritual dimension of the exhibition and its closing. I not only analyze this artistic experience but also highlight the importance of synchronization between nature and art, creating a poetic record of this event’s memory.

Dr. Anna Biela

November 13, 2024, 08:08

Recalling the closing of the Flow exhibition, I felt a profound sense of destiny—a great harmony of forces, as if the universe itself had joined our ceremony. This event was more than the culmination of sound, light, and visual art; it was an expression of synchronicity, a spiritual gathering in which every element naturally and inevitably merged to create something far greater than the sum of its parts.

On that final night, a dense fog settled around the old mine’s boiler house, becoming an element of nature that mirrored the mist and smoke rising within the space. It was as if the fog outside had been summoned, forming a silent echo of the energy inside, blurring the boundary between the inner world of the installation and the living world outside. This moment of perfect harmony—when the natural and the created merged into one—was more than mere coincidence. It was a reminder that art, nature, and spirit flow in a single current, bound by an invisible thread.

Inside the boiler house, the walls seemed to tremble under the weight of history, an ancient energy resonating through the sound bath, as though stirred by the echoes of countless lives that once passed through this place. This was once a place of hard labor, where the earth’s energy was extracted and consumed, but that night, it became something else—a vessel of rebirth. The industrial harshness of the old mine was transformed, becoming a sacred space that held energy instead of taking it, and we gathered there like pilgrims to honor this new flow.

In this charged atmosphere, my spray-painted works became more than visual forms. Each piece, with flowing lines and concentric circles, reflected the continuous movement of energy, like waves rippling in an endless current. Each painting in a monochromatic palette, a deep meditation on a single color and its many shades, captured the essence of this flow. Under the lights, the lines seemed to dance and tremble, as if they were coming to life, resonating with the music and shifting along with the mist that enveloped the space.

Standing there, witnessing this communion of artistic forms, I felt that the mist itself was a participant, an unspoken co-creator who had arrived to complete the circle. The fog beyond the walls moved with the same gentle persistence as the smoke inside, binding both worlds—interior and exterior—into a unified whole. This mist, rising around us and within, softened all boundaries, blurring the line between “performance” and “reality,” as if to remind us that these divisions are illusions, that we are always part of a greater unity. The space between us and nature disappeared, leaving only a sense of presence, a unity that permeated the entire room.

Each moment felt like a meditation on flow, a reminder of the invisible currents that connect us to the earth, to others, and to something far beyond the physical. There was no separation between spectators and performers, between artist and art, as we all surrendered to this timeless rhythm. The room seemed to breathe, lights pulsing in harmony with our collective heartbeats, an ineffable language of energy shared among us. This alignment was no accident; it was an invitation—a call to recognize the sacred flow that underlies all creation.

In this fleeting, shared space, the monochromatic lines, mist, music, and people became inseparable. It was a moment of pure presence, where each element amplified the others, creating a sense of unity that felt both inevitable and transformative. I felt humbled by how everything aligned, as if guided by an invisible hand—a manifestation of synchronicity, a spirit flowing through us all, lifting us in its current.

On that night, the closing of the Flow exhibition felt like the truest expression of what it means to be in harmony, to surrender to the force that guides and connects us. It was not simply an event to observe but a journey to experience—a reminder that we are all flowing, each of us part of something that transcends space, time, and the boundaries we impose. Looking back, I see that every sound, every movement of light, every line in the artworks was not merely present but part of an inevitable, greater whole. This was art as spirit, art as unity, a living testament to the existence of an energy that connects us.
