Hammer Time

Hammer Time has nothing to do with MC Hammer… or does it?

By: Dr. Anna Biela 07.04.2025 Wroclaw 8:22 am

While working on my Tree Flow installation in the View Room, sweating it out half-naked (because climbing ladders and hanging paintings and setting lights is no joke!), I casually looked up “Hammer Time” and guess what popped up? The second part of the jingle: “you can’t touch this.”

Call it coincidence or synchronicity, but that hit me deep.

“You can’t touch this” perfectly summed up my choice of abstinence since Christmas 2023. A sacred pause in honor of something far greater—preparing for my Twin Flame Union in the 3D.

After years of love, loss, and learning, I know now that I’m not here for casual connection. I’m here for Cosmic Union.

Sex with anyone but my Twin Flame? Never again.

This body, this energy—it’s sacred, and it’s waiting for that one true resonance.

So yeah… Hammer Time isn’t about the song.

But “you can’t touch this”? That’s my truth.

PURPLE CANDLE

A Candle for Liberation: A True Story, a Soul Mission, and the Rising Wave

By: Dr. Anna Biela 05.04.3025 Wroclaw 8:38 am

Let me tell you a true story of a dream my friend had. When she woke from it, she realized her aunt, who had recently passed, was still here among the living in a ghost form. She asked her for help. My friend asked me what I thought the aunt needed, and it was obvious to me that she needed to be guided out of the system—she didn’t have the strength to break out on her own. Souls that lose all their energy while still in the body enter the reincarnation system and always return to the same level—it’s a trap. If they manage to break out of the system, they can return home and come back as conscious souls.

Yesterday I bought a candle to cleanse myself and release the limiting beliefs that are preventing me from fulfilling my soul mission, which is to start an art movement called HeartGLO. The idea for the name came to me after I exchanged several emails with my Twin Flame in 2024. Back in 2005, my consciousness expanded and I became one with everything—I was in GOD consciousness. And when my consciousness retracted and I became contained again in my temple, I came back with the vision of the art movement as a massive wave of energy that will sweep the world of all that needs to go, so that we can move forward in harmony as a collective—Earth and its inhabitants.

It is clear to me that this is not something I can do alone. At least one has tried before me—my Twin Flame. This is something we must do together in order to generate the energy needed to get the ball rolling. When we meet in person, our energy will merge in a way that will elevate us into the aquamarine heart center—as one. Others will join, of course, and my idea is to start to organize MADOA in the Holy Land. The bigger the crowd, the wider and faster the energy will spread and cleanse the aura of the Holy Land.

That being said, I don’t need my Twin Flame to help me—as I will do this regardless—but it just might take me a little longer to get organized for the Multicultural Art and Design Open Air. This is also not my invention; it was a gift I received in 2012, when I woke up and then found my Twin Flame. It has been clear to me from the very start who he is, and that I would love his insight, and I am determined to continue on my journey.

I am never alone, as God is my Father, and I know this. Just like Jesus is my brother—and I know this. We can all be like Jesus. It is an awareness that we are all children of God, regardless of race or gender. We are all children of our Mother Earth. May we come together as children of the Earth and of God—as conscious people, artists, and designers, creative beings. Our energy united is by far greater than the will of a few dictators who try to take over the world and make slaves of our souls.

We are free people, free souls, and we rise like a tide and start a massive wave. This is the true meaning behind Massive Attack.

That being said, I light my third candle—a purple one—with the intention of my friend’s aunt, who asked for help after I visited her home. But this candle is not only a light to guide her soul—it is for all souls that are trapped in the system and cannot get out.

All these souls are free.

Free.

Free.

Go home to Dad—and come back with a conscious mission to help us here on Earth to transform and clear the aura of our world.

MADOA HeartGLO: Bulvary Wrocław

BULVARY: MADOA HeartGLO Art Residency, FLOW Exhibition, WYPŁYW Preview & Collective Painting at Gastro Miasto (April 25–27, 2025)

By Dr. Anna Biela 1.04.2025 Wroclaw 13:23

I invite you to the preview of the FLOW exhibition, featuring my painting Spirit Flow, never displayed before since its creation in Debrad, Slovakia—Wypływ. This special event will take place at Bulvary Food & Design, near Wrocław’s Town Square (Rynek), during the Gastro Miasto festival from April 25–27. More than just an exhibition, it will be a space for shared creation and energetic harmony.

As part of the event, we will create a collective painting on a 1.6 x 10 m paper roll that has traveled with me to Debrad three times but was never used. This roll has absorbed the energy of that sacred place where Wypływ was born. Now, it’s ready to carry the movement and expression of all of us. Everyone is invited to leave their own “wypływ”—a sweeping motion of the arm across 10 meters with spray paint, capturing pure energy and free expression.

The FLOW exhibition installation will begin on May 5, 2025, as the painting moves from Gallery 3.4 to Gallery 1.0, a spacious 800m² venue. But I invite you now to mark your calendars for Museum Night on May 17, 2025, where you can fully experience the FLOW exhibition and become part of this unfolding journey.

Throughout the MADOA HeartGLO Art Residency at Bulvary, I will also be creating HeartGLO paintings—100 canvases (70x140 cm), available without a set price for anyone who feels called to them. A zrzutka (crowdfunding platform) will be set up, with all proceeds supporting the MADOA HeartGLO project in the Holy Land, based in Bethlehem.

And one more thing—I’m preparing a surprise concert during the event! Stay tuned for more details.

BALANCED HEART

Creating Heaven on Earth Through Art: The Energy of Cosmos and Earth Emerges from the Heart

By Dr. Anna Biela

29.03.2025, Wrocław, 8:26 AM

For a long time, I’ve believed that our mission as spiritual beings is to create heaven on Earth. What once seemed like a dream is now becoming a reality through art. For twenty years, I’ve been searching for a way to express this idea, and now I see that art can be the key to transforming our reality.

In my vision, art is a bridge that connects the energy of Earth with that of the Cosmos. It is in the heart, the place where these two powerful forces meet, that true magic is born. From here, creativity arises with the power to heal, inspire, and change the world for the better.

Art that transcends both material and spiritual boundaries creates a space for harmony. When the life-filled energy of Earth—full of water, plants, and vitality—meets the subtle, light-filled cosmic energy, they unite to create balance. This energy, blending in our hearts, is passed on through our works.

When I create, I strive to convey this balance and connection. My paintings don’t just depict the world; they become a bridge that allows others to feel this energy and connect with the greater order of the universe.

Each piece serves as a reminder that what truly matters is right here on Earth, yet its roots lie in the cosmos. My goal is to invite others to co-create this space full of love, harmony, and peace.

Together, we create—building heaven on Earth through art, through our connection with what surrounds us, and through the heart that beats in rhythm with the universe.

Join me in this venture from April 25-27 at Bulvary Wrocław for ‘WYPŁYW.’

Let’s co-create together!

Weight

Releasing the Weight That Isn’t Mine – My Journey with Bioenergy Therapy

By Dr. Anna Biela 28.03..2025 Wrocław 7:37 am

A few weeks ago, I began bioenergy therapy with Henryk Prusakowski (@dobre.bycie), and it has already transformed the way I understand my body, my energy, and the weight I carry—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.

For years, I felt a heaviness in my body that I couldn’t quite explain. It wasn’t just about flesh; it was something deeper. My posture had started to collapse inward, my back rounding ever so slightly, as if I was unconsciously curling around the burdens I carried. I see now that this wasn’t just a physical issue—it was an accumulation of energy, emotions, and experiences that weren’t even mine to hold.

In our sessions, Henryk helps me clear and release this energetic weight. Through his work, I’m actively sending back all the emotions that have been weighing me down. Some of these emotions belong to past experiences, some to other people, and some to patterns I unknowingly adopted. But they don’t belong in my body anymore.

And the most incredible thing? It works.

As I shed this unseen weight, I feel lighter—physically and energetically. My back naturally straightens without force. It’s not about “trying to stand up straight” anymore; it’s about no longer carrying what was bending me down in the first place.

This is part of a regular bioenergy practice, one that reminds me: the real weight we carry is not in our flesh, but in our energy. When we release what doesn’t serve us, our bodies respond. Mine is already shifting, unfolding, standing taller.

I’m on a journey to reclaim my own energy, and I feel stronger with every step. If you’ve ever felt a weight you couldn’t explain, maybe it’s not yours to hold either.

„Thank you „ name of person” for the energy you sent. I am returning the emotions within it—may they harm no one on their way back to you, and when they reach you, may they transform into the energy of love.”

Genocide

Reflections on Humanity, Memory, and Genocide

By Dr. Anna Biela 25.03.2025 Berlin

Visiting the Berlin Bunker Story Museum left me shaken. Seeing the images and reading the stories of how Hitler came to power and orchestrated mass genocide made me reflect deeply on the way history is remembered. The Holocaust claimed the lives of 12 million people—6 million of whom were Jewish. But what about the other 6 million? Poles, Russians, Romani, people with disabilities, LGBTQ individuals—why do their stories seem to fade into the background? Aren’t all human lives of equal value?

It makes me question why, when we speak of the Holocaust, we predominantly remember Jewish victims while so many others remain unspoken. The Holocaust was a crime against humanity, not just against one people. Every victim deserves to be remembered, every story deserves to be told.

This reflection extends beyond history into the present. When I think about genocide, I cannot ignore what is happening in Gaza today. The irony is painful—the people who once suffered so greatly are now inflicting suffering on others. Starvation, bombings, displacement—these are not just headlines, they are lived realities for men, women, and children. Human life should never be devalued, no matter who the victims or the aggressors are.

History has shown us the darkest depths of what we are capable of as a species. If we do not acknowledge all victims of past genocides, we risk repeating the same horrors. We cannot pick and choose whose suffering is worth remembering and whose is not.

Today, I take a moment of silence for all who have been killed—past and present. May we learn, may we do better, may we never turn away from the truth.

Balance

HeartGLO: The Balance of Giving and Receiving

For so long, I was giving but not receiving. My energy flowed outward—always considering others, how they felt, what they needed—while I kept my own emotions locked inside. I didn’t want to hurt anyone, so I suppressed my feelings, my needs. I put myself last, believing that was the right thing to do.

But energy doesn’t work like that. Life doesn’t work like that. If we only give and never receive, we become unbalanced. And imbalance has consequences. For me, it manifested in my body—the extra weight I carried, the lump in my breast, the blocked energy keeping me from fully connecting with the Earth. I could feel the flow from the Cosmos into my heart, but the grounding energy of the Earth was missing. I didn’t even realize it. Without that connection, I wasn’t fully present. I wasn’t fully me.

Yesterday, that changed.

During my first session with @dobre.bycie Henryk, he unblocked my lower chakras, allowing the Earth’s energy to rise into my heart and meet the Cosmic energy already present. For the first time in a long time, I feel whole—balanced between above and below, fully present in myself. And in that moment, I understood something profound: I must allow myself to receive. Not just energy, but love, support, and abundance. I have to be the most important person in my own life.

With this realization, a new chapter begins.

I’ve decided to create a series of 100 paintings—each 70x140 cm—infused with this newfound balance. These paintings will not have a set price. Instead, they will be available to anyone who feels called to them, with the value determined by what the person sees in the piece. This is my way of letting energy flow freely—of giving and receiving in harmony.

I remember a man I met in Venice in November 2024 who told me, “You are a witch with an open mind.” Now I understand what he saw. He saw my open chakras, my ability to channel energy from the Cosmos. But he did not tell me what was missing. I was not grounded.

Now, I see myself clearly. Now, I am in flow.

This is my HeartGLO. This is my art. This is my path forward.

BALANCE.

I declare to the whole world and to myself that I break and revoke all oaths and commitments, all contracts and promises that I have taken upon myself. To you, witnesses of my acceptance of these commitments, I give my thanks. I release you from the entrusted duty. I declare to myself and to the whole world that from this moment on, I take full responsibility for myself, upon myself. I am free, free, free.

GAUDI

Gaudí’s Call Towards the White Light

By Dr. Anna Biela

07.03.2025, Barcelona

02:34 AM, Day 66, 2025

Yesterday, I stepped into the Sagrada Família, and in that moment, I knew—I had found my Artist Soul Brother in Gaudí. His vision, his devotion to light, his understanding of vibration—it all aligns with my own. Stepping into his architecture was a profound confirmation of the power of shared frequency, the same vibration I search for in the artists I work with and approach to work with.

Some artists may not even realize that their work is vibrationally aligned. But I am here to point this out. This is my gift—to recognize, to feel, to know, to mediate.

I invite all contemporary artists to share in Gaudí’s vision, God’s vision, my vision.

I hope we all meet in the fifth chakra frequency, the turquoise heart, where we can connect through the World Soul so that we may begin the journey towards the white light as one wave. I invite you to join me so that we may continue forward together, united by the synergy of our talents and frequency.

Each of us has a special gift. Mine is the ability to spot and feel our connection. We are at Day 66, MADOA HeartGlo 2025. My heart is glowing, even though I am moving through cancer-related vibrations. What we carry in our hearts has the power to elevate and heal—not just ourselves, but the cancer of the world through art and common vibration.

⸻

From Darkness Into Light: The Language of Color

In the Sagrada Família, light is everything. Gaudí understood that from darkness, we experience color, and from color, we find our way to the white light. The blue and green stained-glass windows in the basilica represent the journey of healing, renewal, and peace.

Blue, the color of the Virgin Mary, is the vibration of wisdom, truth, and the infinite sky above. Green, the pulse of life itself, reminds us that divinity is embedded in the natural world. As sunlight pours through these windows, their colors shift and move like waves of energy—just as we do on our spiritual journey.

Artist, I invite you—you know who you are.

Gaudí’s Call Towards the White Light.

Ki

Energy Is the True Currency—Where You Focus, You Create

By Dr. Anna Biela 20.02.2025 Wrocław 11:53

Lately, I’ve realized how much the constant flood of information was messing with my energy. The more I engaged, the worse I felt—like my Ki was being drained without me even noticing. I had to step back. All of it—endless content, constant noise—it’s not an escape. It’s a trap. The more I consumed, the heavier everything became. I could feel it shifting my reality, pulling me down.

So I’m making a change. I’m choosing to share only what comes through me—direct from source, unfiltered, without interference. Because here’s the thing: just seeing, hearing, and talking about negativity doesn’t just “raise awareness”—it feeds it.

Energy is everything. Every time we react, every time we give our attention to something, we’re investing in it. And if we keep focusing on the world they want us to see, we keep creating it. But if we shift our focus to the world we want—to love, healing, creation—that’s what will grow.

So I’m guarding my energy. Being intentional. Tuning into what feels right. Because the reality we choose to focus on is the one that becomes real.

ILLNESS

Illness as a Teacher, Not an Enemy

By Dr. Anna Biela 18.06.2025 Wrocław 10:05am

When I first found the lump in my breast, everything in me tensed. The fear, the uncertainty—it was all there. And when they told me it wasn’t cancer, I felt relief. But then came the but. It’s still ugly. They still want to remove it. Just in case.

That’s when it hit me. Illness—whether big or small, whether a passing thing or something life-altering—isn’t just something to fight. It’s something to learn from. A teacher. A guide. A mirror reflecting back everything I’ve neglected, everything asking for my attention.

Instead of asking, How do I beat this? I started asking, What is this trying to show me? What have I been avoiding? What needs to change?

And slowly, I understood. My body isn’t betraying me—it’s speaking to me. The tightness in my chest, the fatigue, the heaviness in my heart… they aren’t random. They are messages. They are asking me to realign, to release, to heal—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually too.

This shift in perspective has been everything. Seeing illness as a teacher rather than an enemy transforms the entire healing process. It invites curiosity instead of fear, presence instead of resistance.

Through Reiki, I’ve been reconnecting with my own energy. Through Shaolin breathwork, I’ve felt the tides of life moving through me, showing me where I’ve been blocked and where I can open again. It’s not always easy. But every time I surrender to the process, I hear my body more clearly. I feel its wisdom.

This is also part of the HeartGlo mentality. Illness exists at a much lower vibration, but through the vibration of love, we can rise above it. Love is the highest frequency, the force that realigns us with health, with balance, with life itself. When we tap into that frequency, healing becomes possible.

Your body is always speaking. When illness arises, it’s like a message written in a language that asks to be understood—not silenced or suppressed.

So now, I ask myself: What is my body teaching me today?

Angelic Soul

Discovering My Angelic Soul: A Journey of Light and Healing

By Dr. Anna Biela 16.02.2025 Wrocław 12:08 pm

Lately, I’ve been diving deep into the nature of the soul—my soul, in particular—and what it means to be truly connected to something greater than myself. Through a mix of personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and healing, I’ve come to realize something profound: I am, in many ways, an Angelic Soul.

This discovery wasn’t something I expected, but it feels incredibly right. Today, I came across a video that completely resonated with me. It explained the idea that souls can be divided into three types: planetary, earthly, and angelic. And as I listened, it hit me—this is what I’ve been feeling all along. I resonate deeply with the angelic soul. It felt like a missing puzzle piece, clicking into place.

A Connection to the Divine

Angelic Souls are said to come from a higher, divine realm, and while I’ve never been one to fully identify with earthly boundaries, this resonates with me deeply. I’ve often felt out of place, like my energy doesn’t quite match the world around me. And yet, there’s always been this unwavering sense of purpose driving me forward. I’ve always known that I’m here to guide, heal, and spread love in whatever way I can.

As I reflected on my own spiritual path, particularly in light of my recent illness scare, I realized just how much my purpose centers around healing. The cancer scare—while deeply unsettling—has become a turning point in my journey. It’s forcing me to focus on my heart, my energy, and my connection to the divine. It’s reminding me to heal myself, to cleanse, and to reconnect with the love that lies at the center of my being.

The Gifts of an Angelic Soul

I’ve always been drawn to energy work—Reiki, meditation, and other healing practices. These tools are not just hobbies or interests for me; they’re an extension of my soul’s purpose. There’s something about tapping into the divine energy and channeling it through me that feels completely natural. It’s a gift I’ve carried with me my entire life, even if I didn’t fully understand it at the time.

I feel deeply connected to the world around me, but it’s not always easy. As an Angelic Soul, I’ve realized that I’m incredibly sensitive to the energy of others. I absorb emotions, both positive and negative, and this can leave me feeling drained or overwhelmed. But the more I learn about myself, the more I understand that this sensitivity is both a gift and a challenge. It’s a part of my healing process—healing myself so I can heal others.

The Challenges of Being an Angelic Soul

Being an Angelic Soul isn’t always smooth sailing. I’ve often struggled with feeling like I don’t belong, like I’m too different from those around me. And the weight of the world’s suffering can sometimes be overwhelming. But over time, I’ve come to understand that my sensitivity isn’t something to fear. It’s a tool for growth, for deeper connection, and for more effective healing.

One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is learning to maintain healthy boundaries. As someone who is naturally drawn to helping and healing others, it’s easy to forget about myself. I tend to pour my energy into others, often at the expense of my own well-being. But through self-reflection, I’ve learned that I need to care for myself first, to ensure I have the energy to continue sharing my light with the world.

Healing and Moving Forward

My journey of healing, especially in light of recent health concerns, is ongoing. But through this process, I’ve come to realize that my purpose is clear: to embrace my gifts as an Angelic Soul, to heal myself, and to help others heal. This journey is one of light, love, and compassion.

I know now that healing is a continuous process. It’s not just about fixing something that’s broken—it’s about restoring balance, aligning with the divine, and tapping into that endless well of love that connects us all. As I move forward, I am focused on nurturing my body, mind, and spirit, staying grounded in my purpose, and continuing to share the healing energy that flows through me and makes my HeartGlo.

Spirit Wave

Personal Study of Kabbalah: Tikkun Olam and the HeartGlo Global Art Movement

By: Anna Biela 13.02.2025 Wrocław 8:53 am

As I explore Kabbalistic teachings, I am drawn to the concept of Tikkun Olam — the idea of repairing the world. This concept feels deeply aligned with the vision of my HeartGlo Global Art Movement, where conscious art, created by artists with intention, becomes a transformative force. It is a wave that ripples through the world, an energy that spreads, uplifting and healing. Through art, we can collectively participate in the process of Tikkun (spiritual repair), not just individually, but as a unified force capable of changing the fabric of existence itself.

Tikkun Olam: Collective and Personal Healing

In Kabbalistic thought, Tikkun Olam is not just about fixing external issues, but about repairing the very spiritual essence of the world. This is where I see the power of art. As creators, we shape the energy and consciousness around us. Art, when created with love, awareness, and intention, becomes a vehicle of transformation, allowing us to repair not only our own karma but also the collective energy of the world.

Each of us has our own unique journey of Tikkun — our own spiritual repair. Yet, as we work on ourselves, we contribute to the healing of the world. This idea resonates so deeply with me as I contemplate the role of HeartGlo, where every piece of art created with purpose and love, adds to the collective healing of the world. Just as our personal growth impacts the universe, every act of kindness, wisdom, or love — embodied in art — helps to repair the cosmic fabric.

The Interconnection: Personal Growth and Collective Healing

The more I delve into Kabbalah, the clearer it becomes: personal growth is inherently connected to the collective whole. Our actions, whether large or small, have a ripple effect on the world around us. In Tikkun Olam, every step we take toward healing and improving ourselves — whether through mindfulness, kindness, or creating conscious art — contributes to the greater repair of the universe. The HeartGlo Movement reflects this: as artists, we become conduits of healing energy, and through our conscious art, we spread waves of transformation to touch others and inspire them to heal.

This idea brings me back to the wave I saw — the one that represents the impact of conscious art. It’s a vision of healing that passes through the world, impacting all who encounter it. Each artist’s contribution, however personal it may seem, becomes part of the greater tapestry of the world’s soul. Our individual actions build into a powerful collective movement toward peace, justice, and unity.

How to Begin the Journey: Personal and Collective Healing

This is the journey of personal healing and collective repair — a journey we all have the ability to partake in. How can we begin?

1. Create with Intention: Every piece of art, every creation, can be a powerful act of healing. When you create with love, compassion, and mindfulness, you are actively participating in the cosmic repair process. Your art becomes a vehicle for change.

2. Be Conscious of Your Actions: Every small act of kindness, every effort to engage in acts of compassion, and every conscious choice to act with wisdom, plays a role in the greater cosmic repair.

3. Cultivate Inner Peace: As you work on healing your own wounds, confronting past trauma, and growing spiritually, remember that you are contributing to the healing of the collective soul. Every step toward spiritual alignment helps mend the world.

4. Spread Love and Wisdom: The energy of love and wisdom is transformative. Share it through your art, your words, your actions. As you awaken others to their own power to heal, the ripple effect expands — lifting not only your own spirit but also those around you.

Conclusion: The HeartGlo Movement and Tikkun Olam

What I have learned from Kabbalah and what I see unfolding through the HeartGlo Global Art Movement is the profound truth that our personal healing is not an isolated journey. It is intrinsically connected to the healing of the world. Through conscious art, we become participants in the great cosmic work of Tikkun Olam, contributing to the collective spiritual repair of humanity.

Each time we take action — whether through creative expression, acts of kindness, or conscious choices — we repair the fabric of existence. As we work on our own personal Tikkun (spiritual repair), we simultaneously contribute to the greater healing of the world’s soul. This journey, both individual and collective, is about spreading love, light, and healing in every aspect of our lives.

So, I ask: How will you begin your own journey of personal and collective healing today? Every step we take contributes to the restoration of the world’s soul, and together, we can make a profound difference. Through HeartGlo, and through the power of conscious art, we heal the world, one act at a time.

Breath

The Sacred Bridge Between Body, Spirit, and the Universe

By Dr. Anna Biela 12.02.2025 Wrocław 13:37

Breath has always been a part of my healing journey, but I never fully understood its power until I started my Shaolin self-mastery „Shaolin Online Training 歐洲少林寺 „ course. The first lesson was to learn how to breathe properly—to fill my belly, chest, and throat with air. I had no idea that this simple practice would unlock so much more than just physical relaxation. It was through the practice of conscious breath that I began to experience a deeper spiritual connection.

Yesterday, as I focused on my breath, I realized something profound: if I continue to inhale deeply into my belly, chest, and throat, I can feel the energy flowing in through my crown chakra, down into my belly, and up again. This connection between breath and energy allowed me to experience a meditative state unlike any other. The energy was flowing like tides—an effortless, rhythmic ebb and flow.

Today, during a meditation with Matthias DeStefano, I used the same breathing technique, and I felt the energy flow even deeper. It felt like the dissolution of my body, as if I became one with the energy itself. The synchronicity of doing my Shaolin lesson and this meditation on the same day was not lost on me. It was a reminder that breath is a tool to access a state of oneness, peace, and connection with the universe.

Breathing is far more than an involuntary action. It’s the thread that connects us to the divine, to the Earth, and to everyone around us. Across cultures, spiritual traditions, and wisdom teachings, breath has been recognized as a sacred force—a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms.

In Indigenous Australian Aboriginal cultures, breath is seen as a sacred connection to the land and ancestors, vital for maintaining balance in the physical and spiritual realms. Similarly, the Māori view breath (hau) as a life force that links individuals to the Earth and their ancestors.

For the Andean people, breath connects to Pachamama, the Earth, and the cosmos, sustaining balance through rituals. In Native Hawaiian culture, ha refers to the sacred breath that links all beings, used in spiritual practices like chants and hula.

Ancient Egyptians believed breath was tied to the ka, the life force, and was essential for maintaining divine connection. For the Greeks, breath (pneuma) was seen as the vital spirit that animated the body and connected it to the soul.

In Mayan spirituality, breath was considered a link between the physical and spiritual realms, essential in honoring the gods. Tibetan Buddhism teaches that controlled breathing awakens wisdom and compassion, while Sufism uses breath as a means to commune with the divine.

For Zoroastrians, breath represents the divine spirit that sustains life, while in Shinto and Zen Buddhism (Japan), breath is a way to connect to nature and align oneself with the cosmos.

In Christianity, breath symbolizes the Holy Spirit, the divine force that gives life. Judaism sees breath as the divine spirit, with God breathing life into Adam. Islam views breath as a divine gift, reminding practitioners of their dependence on God.

In Hinduism, breathing practices like pranayama control the life force (prana) and deepen spiritual connection. In Buddhism, breath is central to meditation, guiding practitioners towards enlightenment. The Baha’i Faith teaches that breath can be a moment of alignment with God, turning each inhale into a prayer of connection.

Breath is far more than an involuntary action. It’s the thread that connects me to the divine, to the Earth, and to everyone around me. Across cultures, spiritual traditions, and wisdom teachings, breath has been recognized as a sacred force—a bridge between the physical and spiritual realms.

As I experienced firsthand through my Shaolin practice and meditation with Matthias DeStefano, I realized that breath holds the power to align me with the energy of the universe. It helps dissolve boundaries between my body and spirit. By consciously connecting with my breath, I not only nourish my body but also awaken to a deeper sense of oneness and peace.

My realization is that meditation became so much easier when I started to focus only on my breath. By simplifying the process and allowing my breath to be my guide, I’ve found a deeper, more effortless connection to the present moment.

This practice is available to all of us. It’s a simple yet profound tool that can transform our lives. With each breath, I have the opportunity to reconnect with the source of life and tap into the sacred rhythm of the cosmos. When I breathe with intention and awareness, I’m reminded that through each inhale and exhale, I am part of something far greater than myself.

The Oneness of All: A Journey Through Spiritual Traditions

By Dr. Anna Biela 11.02.2025 Wrocław 18:10

That final realization—all is one, and one is all—is the essence of my spiritual journey across traditions. Each religion, in its unique language and symbols, describes the dissolution of the self into the infinite, whether that infinite is called God, Brahman, the Tao, Waheguru, or the Universe itself.

The fifth level of the soul in Kabbalah, Yechidah, is not an isolated concept; it reflects a universal truth that I, along with other mystics, sages, and seekers throughout history, have recognized. It speaks of the end of duality, where I no longer perceive a division between myself and the divine.

In Hinduism, this is Moksha, the liberation from the cycle of birth and death, where the soul merges with Brahman. In Buddhism, it is Nirvana, the state beyond suffering and illusion, where I see through the false self. Taoism describes it as becoming one with the Tao, flowing effortlessly with the natural order of existence.

For Sufis in Islam, it is Fana’, the annihilation of the self in the presence of God. In Christian mysticism, it is known as theosis, where the soul becomes divinized, sharing in God’s nature. In Jewish Kabbalah, Yechidah is the highest state, where I no longer perceive myself as separate from the Divine.

Even in Indigenous traditions, from Native American to Aboriginal Australian spirituality, the deep interconnectedness of all life, the great web that binds me, nature, and spirit, is present. Egyptian spirituality sought unity with the divine through Ma’at, the cosmic order, while Greek philosophy and mystery schools spoke of the soul’s journey back to the One.

Stonehenge people, too, carried a spiritual awareness deeply connected to the cycles of the Earth and cosmos, reflecting a union with the Divine through their practices and sacred sites. South American indigenous cultures, including the Mayans and Aztecs, saw the divine in the cycles of nature, particularly the sun and the stars, believing in a cosmic balance that mirrors the unity of all things. They sought connection with the Divine through rituals, ceremonies, and a deep understanding of the universe’s rhythm.

Some of us see this state as divine union, others as enlightenment, and some as a return to the source of all existence. But the message is always one of love, surrender, and transcendence—letting go of the illusion of separation and recognizing the oneness that has always been there.

This understanding forms the foundation of HeartGlo Global Art Movement, which aligns deeply with the idea that unity is the key. Just as the fifth level of the soul, the Turquoise Chakra, represents the connection to the world soul, so does my art and vision—to bring myself and others into that awareness of divine interconnectedness. And in this state, I create my art in hope that you will join me. That is how one becomes the Spiritwave writer 🥫

Diving into Kabbalah

The Art of Divine Oneness

By Dr. Anna Biela 11.02.2025 Wrocław 1:05 pm

As I’ve been diving deep into Kabbalah and exploring its teachings, I came across something that struck me—the fifth level of the soul, known as Yechidah. This is where the soul becomes one with the Divine, where there is no separation, only unity. It was then that I realized the connection to the Turquoise Heart, the 5th Chakra, a chakra not often discussed, but one I’ve felt calling me for some time.

When I researched this more yesterday, I saw the synchronicity—this 5th level of the soul aligns perfectly with the energy of the Turquoise Heart. It’s the space where we tap into the world soul and become one with it. And it was then that I knew: I had to share this.

I invite you to meet me at for MADOA 2025, in the Turquoise Heart, the 5th Chakra, to experience the divine connection where time, form, and separation dissolve. This synchronicity, and the number five that keeps appearing in my life lately, is a sign. It’s all guiding me, affirming that this is the path we must walk.

The HeartGlo global art movement is built on this key principle: learning to reach this state of unity and tapping into the divine connection. Art can unlock this awareness, help us remember that we are all one, and guide us to live in this state of oneness every day.

Let’s open ourselves to this truth. We are all connected, and we are all one.

Side note: In 2005, while being in this state, the HeartGlo Global Art Movement was born.

The Questions That Shape My Truth

I know that what I am trying to teach you is abstract, so I paint abstraction to express it. I also know that once I truly believe in what I am saying, the shift will happen. I know that I planned this challenge for myself, that I chose to go through it. I know that if I convince myself that love is real, I will heal.

I may not be alive to spread my message, but my art will remain. It will tell the story of my life. I have to come to terms with the possibility that I may die soon, that I might be sick with cancer. These thoughts flood my mind:

Does Reiki really work? Can I truly heal myself? Is my art about nothing, or does it carry a message I have yet to fully understand? Does energy really exist? Is there really a God? Am I just a hologram, dreaming? Am I really supposed to start an art movement? How do I even do that? Is the world truly a reflection of my consciousness?

What is the meaning of life? Is it to have children, to pass a piece of myself forward? Is there really a force trying to destroy our world? Is my faith the issue—does it really matter what I feel and think? What is the lesson I am meant to learn?

When faced with the reality that I may die, instead of giving up, I have realized I have nothing to lose. I am finally being honest with everyone about my mission. But I don’t know how to do it. I don’t know what to write or say. It feels like no one is listening, like nobody cares. So why do I keep posting?

Photo: Grade 10 Communication and Design Class Age 14/15, 1993/1994 at Sacred Heart Catholic High School, Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.

I painted my first mural on the wall behind the Slik Screen 4-color press, made my first prints there, and created my first designs in CorelDRAW. One of my instructors was Bahá’í, and during their class, I received my first download: the realization that the 10th manifestation of God is each person unto themselves. My Ph.D. thesis, 10n3 “One”, explores this concept—once I become the 10th manifestation of God, I become one with God.

I AM a Healer and Art is my Medicine

I Am a Healer, and I Am Here to Heal the World

You know, I just recently remembered something about myself—something I had pushed away for years.

I am a Healer.

Back in 1997, when I first started healing people, I thought this would be my life’s path. Energy work felt natural, like something I had always known how to do. But when my Reiki Master offered me the chance to move to Jerusalem to study with them, I was too scared to leave my home and family. My environment didn’t support my gifts, and over time, I let them fade into the background.

So instead of healing people directly, I poured my energy into my art. I told myself, “I am an Artist.” But recently, when I said those words out loud, something deep inside me spoke back:

“No. You are a Healer.”

And that hit me hard.

I see it now—this isn’t just a part of me, it’s who I am. My healing, my art, my energy—they’re all connected. I’m not here just to create; I’m here to heal through what I create.

I also know this: I can’t heal the world without healing myself first. Everything happening in my body, every shift, every challenge, is a message from my soul. A call for deeper healing. And I’m listening now.

For years, I shut myself off from the pain of the world, avoiding the news, avoiding the chaos, pretending it wasn’t there. But ignoring it doesn’t make it disappear. There’s a lot that’s broken, but I believe that healing begins with us.

So, I’m here now. Fully present. Fully awake.

I accept my path. I embrace my purpose.

I am here to heal the world.

Let’s heal the world, starting with ourselves.

Rediscovering My Inner Healer

By Dr. Anna Biela Day 25 Year 2025 Wrocław Time 10:31

Reconnecting with my energy has been a journey—one that’s bringing me back to myself in ways I didn’t expect. In my youth, I was the “Rave Healer.” I’d go to raves, dance all night, get high on the music, and create energy balls to share with those around me. It was a magical time, filled with light, movement, and connection.

Now, years later, I’m rediscovering that same energy, but this time, it’s for me. The healer I was back then is still here, guiding me through what has become one of the most challenging times of my life.

As I work to cleanse my heart and unlock my energy flow, I’ve noticed so much rising to the surface—memories of relationships, moments where things went sour, and the emotional weight they left behind. These impressions linger in the heart, but I’m working through them, feeling the emotions, replacing the stress they caused with love and healing. It’s not easy, but it’s necessary.

I’ve realized how natural this feels, almost like riding a bike. Once you’ve found your balance, you never forget how it feels to let the energy flow. I keep my hands together, palms touching, and let the energy move through and around me. It’s a practice that feels as familiar as it is transformative.

This process is deeply personal, but it’s also a reminder of the magic I once shared with the world—and the magic I still carry within me. Healing myself is a way of reclaiming that power, of reminding myself that I am still whole, still capable of creating light and love, even in the midst of uncertainty.

I’m doing this because I refuse to let fear take over. But when it does, I feel it and recognize the emotion for what it is: fear. I don’t want illness to define me, and while I’m still waiting for answers, I know this energy work is helping me stay strong. It’s helping me focus on what I can control: nurturing my heart, clearing the pain, and allowing love to flow freely again.

The healer in me never left. They’ve just shifted their focus inward for a while and concentrated on art. Honestly, it feels like the most important thing I can do right now is create art. I can’t help but notice how this aligns with HeartGlo. I am cleaning my heart before creating Heart Glow Paintings. This makes a lot of sense now why I have been in a horizontal position meditating for the past few days since my visit to the doctor.

Healing from within

The Wounded Feminine:

A Reflection on Healing

By Dr. Anna Biela 22.01.2025 Wrocław 10:48 am

Recently, I found myself staring at an image of Mary breastfeeding Jesus. In this depiction, Mary bore a wound near the same spot as the lump in my left breast. This synchronicity stopped me in my tracks. It wasn’t just a coincidence—it felt like a message, a call to explore the deep connection between my personal experience and the archetype of the “wounded feminine.”

I asked myself: Did I manifest this?

The question lingered, not as an accusation but as an invitation to reflect on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I couldn’t shake the feeling that this moment, this physical challenge, was more than just a health concern. It felt like a wake-up call to heal not only myself but also the collective wounds carried by feminine energy.

The Archetype of the Wounded Feminine

Mary, as a symbol of divine feminine energy, embodies nurturing, compassion, and unconditional love. But the wound in the image brought a stark reminder: even the divine feminine is not immune to suffering. It echoed the pain of suppression, neglect, and imbalance that many women (and men) carry in their own lives.

The left side of the body, often associated with feminine energy, represents qualities like rest, receiving, intuition, and creation. A disruption in this area—be it physical, emotional, or spiritual—can signal an imbalance or neglect of these aspects. For me, the lump in my left breast became more than a physical reality; it became a symbol of something deeper, something that demanded my attention.

Manifestation or Message?

When facing illness, it’s easy to wonder, Did I manifest this? But this question isn’t about blame or guilt. Instead, it’s an opportunity to examine how our inner world—our emotions, thoughts, and spiritual energy—might be mirroring itself in our physical bodies.

Rather than focusing on whether I manifested this, I’ve chosen to focus on what this experience is teaching me. The lump is a message, a reflection of my journey, and an invitation to heal—not just physically but emotionally and spiritually.

Steps Toward Healing

1. Reconnecting with Reiki: After more than a decade, I’ve returned to the practice of Reiki. This self-healing technique has helped me channel energy into the areas of my body that need love and attention. It’s a reminder that healing starts within.

2. Exploring the Heart Chakra: The heart chakra, linked to love and compassion, is a focal point in this journey. Through meditation, affirmations, and intentional practices, I’ve been working to restore balance in how I give and receive love.

3. Honoring the Feminine: I’ve begun reflecting on how I embody feminine energy in my life. Am I allowing myself to rest? To nurture and be nurtured? To create and express freely? This process has been both humbling and liberating.

4. Letting Go of Judgment: Rather than overanalyzing the “why,” I’ve embraced the “what now.” What can I do to heal? What lessons can I take from this experience?

The Collective Call

The image of Mary and her wound wasn’t just about me—it was a mirror for the world. The wounded feminine is everywhere, in how society undervalues rest, intuition, and emotional expression. But just as the feminine can be wounded, it can also heal.

Healing starts with awareness, and awareness starts within. This journey has reaffirmed my belief that if I want to heal the world with love and art, I must begin by healing myself. The personal transformation we undergo ripples outward, creating the collective change we wish to see.

Where I Am Now

As I navigate this experience, I remind myself: this is not just about a lump. It’s about rediscovering balance, nurturing myself, and reconnecting with the divine feminine energy within me. It’s about learning to heal the wounds we all carry—both personal and collective.

And as for my face now? It’s the face of someone transforming, someone embracing vulnerability, and someone choosing love and growth over fear and stagnation.

Let’s heal the world, starting with ourselves.
