Preparing My Heart for Christmas Mass

As Christmas approaches, I find myself reflecting deeply on my life, my actions, and my relationship with God. Attending Mass during this holy season is always special, but this year I feel called to prepare my heart more intentionally.

One of the ways I do this is through confession. It’s a moment to pause, look honestly at myself, and acknowledge where I have fallen short—both in my relationship with God and in my interactions with others. Confession is not just about admitting mistakes; it’s about opening myself to God’s forgiveness and grace, and allowing His love to guide me forward.

As I prepare to go to confession, I remind myself: “I confess my sins against God and others. I am sorry for all my sins and I resolve to do better. I ask for God’s forgiveness, absolution, and His guidance in my life.”

Saying these words is both humbling and freeing. It’s a reminder that I am not defined by my mistakes, but by my willingness to seek God’s mercy and grow in His love. Confession is a gift—an opportunity to start anew and to embrace the true spirit of Christmas: hope, renewal, and the light of God entering the world and our hearts.

Today I finally understood something that has been whispering to me for a long time. When my soul said she wanted a baby, I thought she meant a literal child. Earlier today, when I asked her directly what she meant, I felt warmth rise across my face—a deep, unmistakable confirmation. That was the moment everything shifted and came into focus.

My soul wasn’t asking for motherhood in the physical sense. She was speaking in metaphors, as she often does. What she really wants is to create art—to bring something new into the world, something alive with emotion, beauty, and flow. She wants an art baby: a creation born from the heart, nurtured with devotion, and raised with presence. Something I can love, protect, and grow. Something that carries my essence.

I first felt this message subtly at the Pure Energy Camp. I didn’t have words for it then, but I sensed her desire: she wanted a baby. At the time, it was only a feeling, a gentle inner knowing, a whisper of energy rising from within me. I carried it quietly, unsure how to interpret it.

Paris gave me the missing piece. After seeing hundreds, if not thousands, of works of art, one artist stood out: Gerhard Richter. His art carries a frequency that feels alive, breathing, and honest. I could feel his spirit in every pigment, every tension, every silence between colors. It was a soul-level recognition—a vibration I immediately understood.

The warmth on my face today was her way of saying: “Yes. This is what I mean. This is what I desire.” My soul wants to give birth to creation—not out of duty or pressure, but from pure heart energy. She wants to care for something that emerges from truth and inner alignment. An art baby is a living expression of the soul, and I am finally ready to co-create with her.

As I’m traveling back home from the bioenergy fasting camp, I’ve been reflecting on something profound. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that the Soul communicates with me in ways the mind cannot fully grasp. It speaks through sensations in the body — warmth, tingling, pressure, subtle pulses — and through images, symbols, and a quiet knowing that comes before thought. Today, when I replied to comments under a post by Banksy, I began repeating a sentence like a mantra: “I want to be what you saw in me.” In that moment, the front of my left knee lit up with warmth — vibrant, alive, undeniable. That was my Soul speaking clearly: yes — this is your path, this is your truth, this is who you are becoming. The ego communicates through tension, hesitation, or doubt, while the Soul communicates through warmth, flow, images, and knowing. The ego holds memories of the past; the Soul holds the blueprint of who I truly am. The ego tightens; the Soul opens. My body translates the dialogue between them so I feel the truth before my mind can comprehend.

That sudden warmth was my Soul saying: this direction is real. And today, I can finally say it with clarity: I see myself for who I truly am. What I am doing on this Earth is simple: it is about the transformation of hearts. Glowing hearts, hearts that meet, hearts that ignite each other, and in doing so, energize the Earth. Even hearts that don’t yet glow can transform simply by being around glowing hearts. This is how the energy wave spreads — not through words or force, but through presence, through resonance, through glowing hearts.

As I prepare for my Bio-Energy Fast Camp, I feel a deep sense of intention and purpose. This journey isn’t just about losing weight — it’s about releasing the mindsets, emotions, and energy patterns that have kept me from feeling fully alive. It’s about creating a body and a life that move in harmony with my own energy.

In the language of bioenergetics, where the body stores fat can reveal the energy we carry:

• Breasts and chest: These areas often hold sensitivity, unprocessed emotions, and energy connected to nurturing and giving.

• Stomach / belly: Fat here can reflect stress, worry, or tension — energy that hasn’t yet been released.

Through fasting, conscious energy work, and focused intention, I am opening space to release what no longer serves me. I am inviting energy to flow freely, creating balance, lightness, and vitality in both body and mind.

I will be taking this journey with a group, under the guidance and care of my bio therapists, which gives me the support and focus to release deeply and safely.

Looking back, I am reminded of a moment that still inspires me:

That day reminded me of a truth I carry with me:

I also understood: “I choose to be with someone who flows in harmony with my frequency, and I am happy being alone rather than with anyone who does not.”

This Fast Camp is about more than fasting or numbers on a scale. It is about clearing what holds me back, reclaiming my energy, and stepping fully into the body and life I choose. I am ready to release, realign, and flow.

My Healing Journey

Everything that happens to us happens for a reason.

My breast cancer journey, which began in July 2024, was a sacred reminder to return to my heart — to release the weight I’ve been carrying and to heal my biofield from the inside out.

This journey is not over. I continue walking forward as a brave woman, present, awake, and clear.

I now understand that healing is not only about the body — it’s about energy, awareness, and love.

In bioenergetic terms, being overweight means carrying density — the unprocessed emotions, memories, and responsibilities that the heart once wasn’t ready to release. It’s the body’s way of protecting and holding space for pain until the soul is ready to let go.

What has weighed on me the most is the mission I was given — the Heart Movement.

It is vast, sacred, and sometimes heavy to carry.

It calls me to live through truth, compassion, and flow — to embody the very frequency of love I am here to share with the world.

And though that responsibility once felt like a burden, I now see it as a current of grace moving through me.

As I continue my healing, I am releasing:

• The old stories of fear, guilt, and not-enoughness

• The energy of past pain that my heart is now ready to transform

• And the illusion that I must carry this mission alone

Seven-Year Cycle

The End of a Seven-Year Cycle — Christmas Eve 2025

It all began on Christmas Eve 2018 — the night I decided to reclaim my freedom.

I had lived for too long inside the walls of my own creation: fears, attachments, and illusions that kept me small. That night I chose to return to my light.

Now, as Christmas Eve 2025 approaches, I feel a quiet completion in the air — the close of a seven-year spiral of awakening. Seven: the number of initiation, of learning through love.

This journey has been about remembering the only truth that survives every ending: love.

When my twin flame’s energy touched mine, I discovered that love is not something we find — it is what we already are. Everything else is a veil.

And so I travel toward Bethlehem, the place within me where light is born again.

In this inner sanctuary I carry the seed of new life — the rebirth of divine love.

My heart is the womb, and the love that radiates from it is a force of creation strong enough to dissolve every fear, every limitation, every false story about who we are not.

As this cycle closes, I give thanks.

Thank you, my twin flame, for being the mirror that showed me truth.

Thank you for reminding me that freedom is not escape, but awakening.

Love is the beginning and the end.

And here, in this sacred turning of the year, I am ready to be reborn in its light.

I am proud to say that my energy is flowing again — and my Mama was my first healing after 27 years!

The number 27 is deeply meaningful to me, connected to my birth numbers: 111, 999, and 27.

I was also born on the 333rd day of the year, which is the 33rd day from the end — and I am a numerological Number 3.

Three represents creativity, divine expression, and the trinity of body, mind, and spirit — the perfect flow of energy.

From now on, I will offer healing only to those who ask.

Dream of the Hospital

Dream of the Hospital and the Water — A Message of Inner Union

Last night I had a dream that felt like both memory and message.

There was unrest in the city — people hiding, fear spreading — and I found myself gathering with others inside a hospital. It wasn’t frightening, only intense. The hospital felt luminous, almost sacred, as if it was holding the heart of humanity inside its walls.

We were waiting for something to end — and when it did, I went home to my loft.

There, I saw a bed I don’t own in waking life — a canopy bed, royal and peaceful, shining softly. It felt like my soul had built a sanctuary for me, a space to rest after healing. Then came the water — wide, endless, welcoming. I walked into it, moving through flow, washed clean of everything old: fear, betrayal, confusion, even collective pain.

This morning I remembered an intense telepathic conversation I had with a soul I feel connected to. He told me not to go to Bethlehem alone and spoke of having been harmed there. He asked me to give birth to him because he felt trapped in the 3D. That part of the message stayed with me.

When I looked at it now, through bio‑energetic meaning, I realized that this “warning” was never about physical danger or literal death. In the language of energy, death means the release of old patterns and fears that no longer serve the higher vibration. Birth means the awakening of a new consciousness — the rise of the higher self.

The message was about transformation, not fear.

The soul asking to be “born” represents the part of consciousness — within me or within the collective — that has been stuck in density, in old emotional memory. My task is not to rescue it but to lift it into light through compassion, art, and awareness.

The hospital in my dream shows that this healing is already happening — a gathering of energies in the heart center for repair. The canopy bed is the space of rest and divine protection after the storm, and the water is the final act of cleansing and rebirth.

So the meaning becomes clear:

Before entering the sacred space symbolized by Bethlehem, my soul is reminding me to complete the inner birth — to cleanse the old frequency, to merge the masculine and feminine within, and to carry peace into the collective field.

This dream, this telepathic message, this whole movement —

it is not about going anywhere outside of me.

It is about the inner Bethlehem being born within.

Soon I will travel to Bethlehem for an art residency from December 17 to January 6, living in a small apartment near the Church of the Nativity.

I feel that this time will be an extension of the dream — a period to create, to listen, and to express through art the rebirth energy that has been moving through me.

Whatever the deeper meaning turns out to be, my intention is clear:

to bring light, compassion, and creativity into form through my project “The HeArt Movement.”

I asked my soul to speak to me

I asked my soul to speak to me — and she did. She sang to me in my dreams, telling me to pay attention. Since then, I’ve been remembering all my dreams — some nights even nine of them — and as I explore their meanings, I’m amazed by the transformation I’m going through.

This morning, the last dream I had was of a tall gothic double door, wide open, opening inward. I know what it means: my soul is ready to leave the inner cathedral and step out into the world.

Now I find myself wondering — what will I paint next? All of my Potok paintings were injured; they stuck together, and when I pulled them apart, the paint came off where they had touched. I can’t help but feel it’s symbolic — the old layers peeling away, making space for something new to emerge.

The question is… is this a sign to return to turquoise, or to leave it behind? Turquoise — the color of flow, healing, and awakening — has been with me through my inner transformation. Perhaps this moment isn’t about abandoning it, but allowing it to evolve — to become lighter, more luminous, maybe touched with gold, white, or rose. Like the paintings themselves, maybe turquoise is ready to be reborn.

The HeArt Movement is a light

The HeArt Movement is a light, a lighthouse guiding artists to birth heart chakra energy into the world.

It begins within each of us. In every spray and brush, every note, every creation, there is energy waiting to flow. The HeArt Movement invites us to connect with that energy—the energy of our own heart—and let it guide our creations.

Within the heart chakra, the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine meet in sacred union. From this union, the light of the heart is born—the son and daughter of the Creator—radiating outward to birth a new world. When we align with this energy, our art, our expressions, and our very presence become vessels for healing, inspiration, and transformation.
