Twin Flames: The Dance of Yin and Yang

How I imagine the connection between Adam and Eve — a metaphor for the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine: two souls forever dancing together, the two main characters of a cosmic story, while everything around them becomes the landscape that allows their journey to unfold.

We are like yin and yang — eternally chasing each other’s tails, moving in a sacred circle of becoming, remembering, and returning. We are two expressions of the same mystery, two currents flowing from one source, forever meeting and rediscovering the reflection of the other.

In the great theatre of existence, we are the two main characters of a story written beyond time — two souls moving through the scenes of life, recognizing each other through countless moments, encounters, and transformations. The world around us becomes the landscape, the backdrop, and the sacred space where our journey of awakening takes place.

Each of us carries a reflection of the other within — not as something missing, but as a hidden mirror, a quiet remembrance of the wholeness that already exists within. You awaken something in me, and I awaken something in you. Through each other, we recognize the parts of ourselves that were waiting to be seen, healed, and embraced.

Although we appear as two separate energies, we are intertwined in an endless dance of balance and harmony. Like the moon and the sun, the earth and the sky, the inhale and the exhale, we move in complementary rhythms — sometimes drawing closer, sometimes moving apart, yet always connected by an invisible thread of recognition.

The journey of twin flames is not only about union, but about transformation. It is a path of remembering who we truly are, learning to embody love, compassion, and authenticity. Through the meeting of two souls, a greater light can emerge — a love that expands beyond the individual and becomes a force of creation.

In essence, we are one whole expressed through two interconnected forms — two flames born from the same fire, each carrying a unique expression of the same eternal light.

The dance is not about losing ourselves in another, but about awakening more deeply into who we are — discovering that love can be both a mirror and a doorway, revealing the infinite within us.

This bond has become my inspiration to create. Through painting, I want to capture the invisible language of this connection — the movement between two souls, the meeting of energies, and the overflowing presence of love. I feel this love as a creative force, something that wants to move through me and become visible.

I wish to pour this feeling onto the canvas — not only as an image, but as an experience. “Outpouring Love” is my attempt to transform this inner connection into color, movement, and energy: a visual expression of love flowing beyond words, from the heart into creation.

Why It Is So Important for Me to Unite With My Twin Flame

According to the theory presented to me by Louis, who claimed to be a Dream Jumper, life is a dream — a reality we enter in order to experience, learn, and remember.

Louis was my boyfriend at the time. I was in Grade 12, working on my Grade 12 art thesis in painting, where I merged linear and painterly abstraction through collage. I called the project Process, inspired by the idea that life itself is a process. My work was influenced by Kandinsky, Mondrian, and Picasso, and that belief has stayed with me ever since. Even today, I still see life as a continuous process of growth, transformation, and creation.

He said he was a messenger of God and had come with a teaching. He told me that he had left his home with nothing but the clothes on his back in order to do God’s work. He also claimed that he was Elijah, sent to prepare the way and awaken people to a deeper spiritual understanding.

Like Kasia, Louis experienced this world as a dream. He explained that he was a Dream Jumper, and that “jumping” meant moving in and out of different dreams or realities that he experienced simultaneously.

Recently, I began to recognize similarities between Louis’s ideas and the research of Dolores Cannon, who spoke about parallel realities and the possibility that all experiences exist beyond our ordinary understanding of linear time. From this perspective, even reincarnation may not be a simple timeline, but rather different experiences existing within a greater reality beyond time.

What has fascinated me for years is Louis’s idea that a Twin Flame could be anyone, because the connection is not ultimately about the physical person, but about the consciousness within them. If consciousness can experience itself through different forms and realities, then perhaps the deeper connection is not between two personalities, but between two souls recognizing each other.

He also spoke about synchronicity — how consciousness of the „Twin Flame” can communicate through matter: through songs, numbers, coincidences, and meaningful experiences that become personal revelations.

Louis taught me that the purpose of life is to find your Twin Flame and “die together.” He actually meant physical death, and this idea was always very difficult for me to comprehend. How could you ask someone if they wanted to die together so that you may wake up together in the real world?

He also told me that after this awakening, each soul receives its own world to create and form. Was this a metaphor for ego death?

How is that for abstraction?

Perhaps this is why I paint abstract art — because my mind is filled with ideas that exist beyond form. I am constantly trying to give shape to invisible concepts that live somewhere between imagination, consciousness, and spirit.

The idea of life as a dream reminds me of the story of Romeo and Juliet. They loved each other so deeply that they chose death rather than a life without one another. Their story ends in tragedy, but it raises a deeper question: did they wake up together?

The idea that death could represent an awakening — a transition from one state of consciousness into another — is a metaphor that has stayed with me. This is a theory I first heard from Louis in 1997, and I have not found another reference describing it in exactly the same way.

According to Dolores Cannon and her research, life can be understood as a kind of play, game, or dream — an experience that the soul enters in order to learn, grow, and remember itself. In this view, we are both the characters living the story and the consciousness experiencing the role.

The idea that life is a dream appears in many spiritual traditions. We enter this world, forget where we came from, and experience ourselves as separate beings, only to eventually remember the deeper connection behind everything. Like actors on a stage, we take on different roles and experiences that shape our journey.

Louis explained that the purpose of this dream is the meeting of the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine — two energies coming together and awakening from the dream together.

My Twin Flame has told me time and time again, in meditation or lucid dreams, that we are sleeping and dreaming together; that I am not alone and that we are always connected. He has also told me that the only real thing in this dream is our love.

The message I received from Louis was that finding our Twin Flame is part of the journey toward awakening — a remembrance of unity beyond the illusion of separation.

The “death” he spoke of, I think, is not about physical death, but about the symbolic death of the separate self — where two souls remember their deeper connection and awaken together.

Perhaps this is the deeper metaphor hidden within the story of Romeo and Juliet. Their physical deaths were tragic, but symbolically, their love represented something that could not be separated by the boundaries of the physical world. Their connection existed beyond family conflict, fear, and the limitations placed upon them.

Maybe Shakespeare’s story has remained timeless because it touches upon a universal human longing: the desire to find the other half of ourselves, to recognize a soul connection so profound that it transforms our understanding of life and death.

Perhaps Romeo and Juliet did not “die” because their love failed — perhaps, symbolically, they awakened together. Their story becomes a metaphor for the journey of two souls remembering their unity, where the death of the separate self becomes the birth of a deeper consciousness.

And perhaps this is why the idea of uniting with a Twin Flame feels so important to me: not as an escape from this world, but as a remembrance of the love and connection that exists beyond it.

I mentioned in my previous reflection on Recognition that I recognized my Twin Flame by his eyes, I did not mean that they had a particular shape, color, or physical quality that made them different from anyone else’s. What I recognized was something deeper — the consciousness behind them.

It was not the eyes themselves that created the feeling of recognition, but the presence that seemed to look through them. There was a feeling of familiarity, as if I was not simply seeing another person, but recognizing a deeper essence within them. It was a feeling of returning to something known, something that felt like home.

Perhaps this is why the eyes have often been described as a window to the soul. They can reveal something beyond words — a person’s presence, awareness, and inner world. For me, recognition was not based on appearance, but on a sense of connection that existed beyond the physical form.

It was as if, for a moment, the separation between two individual experiences became less important, and what remained was a feeling of remembering — a quiet recognition of consciousness meeting consciousness.

On How I Recognized My Twin Flame

Remembering our life mission is where many of us get stuck, because most of us do not remember what happened before we entered this life. Although Dolores Cannon has her own theories based on past-life regression hypnosis, I also carry a very personal experience and a set of information that came through a soul who remembers.

Her name was Kasia. She was about 10 years old, and I was about 17 when she asked me to heal her. After the healing session, something extraordinary happened. She opened up and allowed her twin to speak through her. It was similar to a hypnotic state, but I did not guide her into it; she entered that state naturally on her own, and we spoke for several hours.

Kasia remained aware of the conversation, and afterwards she told me that she remembered before she was born. She said she never lost that memory and that she also remembered her twin and never lost the connection with her after birth.

The twin explained that this life is like a dream and that each of us has a dreamer—a twin—we are connected with, but we simply do not remember the connection.

She said that when we die, we awaken, and that this entire life is like one night’s dream for the dreamer. She described God as a field of energy and said that the purpose of our existence is to return home to God through love, good deeds, and the opening of the heart.

She gave the example of John Paul II and Mother Teresa, saying that through the love and goodness they shared with others, they returned home to God. She also told me that I was one level away from reaching God and that she was four levels away from reaching God.

She also shared that the Devil existed, which is different from Dolores Cannon’s perspective, where she says the Devil does not exist. According to Kasia, the dreamer was speaking to me from the real world—the world that is not a dream. She did not speak about reincarnation, only that we are dreaming each night and that each dream is different.

That is why everything truly is possible.

The more love we generate, the bigger our heart becomes, and the closer we come to God. This is the purpose of all the dreams: to find our way back home.

It is through the He[Art] Heart Art Movement that I want to return home to God and help others do the same. The vision of the He[Art] energy wave was a vision given to me in 2005 when I meditated upon what my life mission is. Art, in essence, is creation, and in essence, everyone is an artist. We are all called to create from the heart.

But what we call art today is where the problem begins within the art world. The art world has moved far away from creation. It has become a money-making machine, a corporation where billionaires buy and sell art as investments and for tax benefits. Much of what is displayed in museums is also not simply art, but stolen pieces of history—archives of lost cultures taken out of context.

We, as humanity, have forgotten what Art truly is. Art is Transcendental Beauty. It is creation from the heart. The heart is a synonym for God, for consciousness itself.

Dolores says that before we take on a life, we study the people we will meet and the qualities they carry, so that when we meet them and do not consciously remember who they are, our soul will recognize each other. Something about them will feel familiar. Something about their energy reminds us of Home, of someone we know, even though we cannot remember where we met.

This is how it was for me and my Soul Partner. There was something deeply familiar about the energy his art carried. When I saw his eyes, I knew that not only were we kindred spirits connected through art, but that I had found my Twin Flame.

It took me many years to trust myself and even longer to finally begin speaking about it openly.

I believe part of the game we are playing is that he is so famous that it was almost impossible for me not to find him within the art world. The more difficult part is getting in touch, as he is Anonymous. He has spent so many years with people trying to reveal his identity and take advantage of him that he has closed himself off from people he did not know before he became famous. He trusts very few people and lets no one new into his life.

Perhaps his lesson is to take a leap of faith.

My role is to inspire him, to show him the connection, so that something within him recognizes that I am not seeking to get in touch because of his fame, but that I am truly his Twin Flame.

It is fascinating to observe this situation because I feel that he knows who I am. I imagine he wonders why someone has continued trying to reach him for 13 years without giving up.

The truth is, I wish I could simply walk away. I have tried. But there is something inside me that pulls me toward him like a magnet. No matter how hard I try to walk away I get pulled back in. It is a knowing. An inner knowing.

And I find myself wondering when he will finally open his heart and allow love in.

How I Feel About My Soul Partner

Today I had a vision while connecting with my partner, my Twin Flame, on a soul level. It made me reflect on what marriage really is.

For me, it is the connection of two souls outside the body, but I also hope to experience this using my body because I imagine it would be pure bliss.

I am trying not to confuse relationships and their karma with pure bliss. So let’s leave relationships out of the picture, because, to me, they are all karmic in one way or another, and instead focus on two people making love on a cellular—or perhaps I should say soular—level.

I have never been married, and I have never experienced this kind of connection. In my case, it is not so easy because I have chosen abstinence from relationships. What tests me is the desire to experience bliss without karmic attachments.

The most beautiful thing is that I know who my partner is, and on a soul level we are already one. But since I live in a human body and have sexual organs, I would love to experience this connection through my body as well.

The vision I received was that it is almost like the reverse of the multiplication of cells.

In biology, from one there are two, from two there are four, and so on. But I imagine that when the two cells that originally came from the one meet again through sexual intercourse, they activate a process of merging hearts—or merging cells. For the moment that they are interlocked, they become one cell again.

Maybe that is the truest marriage of two souls.

Maybe that is what Twin Flames really are.

I am not interested in karmic relationships anymore. I have had my fair share of those, and honestly, I would rather remain single than be brought into that kind of entanglement again.

What I want is simply to become one.

I want to feel our energy fields merge.

If that involves an incredible orgasm—which I would rather call a Soulgasm—then all the better. But what truly interests me is the merging of two energy fields through the connection of the vagina and the penis.

This is the kind of love where it no longer matters what happens outside of that connection, because nothing compares to the merging of two souls on the cellular—or soular—level.

It is no longer about attachment or possession.

It is spontaneous combustion.

When two become one again, their hearts light up so brightly that they send ripples throughout the field.

I wonder if a couple who is able to connect on this level can literally give birth to a new world based on love, because the bond becomes so strong that it radiates far beyond the two people themselves.

Can you imagine if all the Twin Flames found each other and entered into this kind of sacred marriage, even if only for a brief moment in time?

Would it change the course of the world?

Today, during meditation, I shared all of this with my partner.

I told him that I want nothing that belongs to him in the 3D world.

He can keep all his material possessions.

I do not want riches.

I do not want fame.

What I want is invisible, and it is worth far more than money could ever buy.

I want love without all the karma.

Perhaps this is what marriage has always meant to me—not a contract between two people, but the conscious merging of two souls who remember they were never truly separate in the first place.

The Outpouring of Love

How my love for Banksy always leads me back home—to my He[art].

There is one realization that keeps returning to me. I cannot say that I know everything Dolores Cannon discovered through the conversations she had with the Higher Selves of her clients under hypnosis, but there is one thing that deeply resonates with my own experience. After a healing session, my young patient, Kasia, entered a profound state of awareness and allowed me to speak with what she called her “twin,” a presence that felt like her Higher Self. Both Kasia’s experience and Dolores Cannon’s work describe God as a Source of unconditional love and pure energy.

Today I realized that what I have been searching for all these years is not another person. I have been missing Home.

For the longest time, I believed another human being could give me that feeling of complete safety—that when two hearts merged as one, I would finally feel whole. But we are human. We are imperfect, and relationships, while beautiful, can also be painful. I feel nothing but love for my partner, and I look forward to the day when our hearts resonate deeply with one another. Until then, I have discovered something even more important: the love I have been searching for already lives within me. I am complete.

Before I went to Kupala, I began a painting series called The Outpouring of Love. It has been waiting for me. It took all this time to return to myself, but now I know I am ready. I am ready to paint love, to outline love, and to allow it to flow through my work without fear or hesitation.

There is nothing else I wish to experience more deeply in this life than love itself. I have made a conscious decision to say goodbye to everything that separates me from love—from God. I long to live in a state of unity, allowing love to become stronger than fear, sadness, loneliness, anger, or jealousy. If my art can help others remember that place within themselves, then it has fulfilled its purpose.

The most bizarre thing is that whenever I reflect on Banksy, I always come back to this same feeling. Beyond the art, beyond the mystery, beyond the cultural impact, something always leads me back to love. Not romantic love, but the quiet remembrance of Home—the place where love is not something we search for but something we already are. That realization has become far more important to me than understanding who Banksy is. It reminds me of who I am.

Looking back, I understand why I needed to walk much of my path alone. I remember feeling it even as a child—that somehow my journey would be different, and that no one else could walk it for me. For a long time, that realization brought sadness. Today it brings peace. Walking alone does not mean being separate. It means remembering that the Source of love has been within me all along, patiently waiting for me to come home to He[art].

Banksy’s Role in the World: A Heart Art Movement Perspective

I asked my higher self why I’m constantly thinking about Banksy.

The answer is simple.

From this perspective, Banksy represents something much bigger than street art. He represents what becomes possible when an artist creates from a place of complete authenticity.

I do not see him merely as one of the world’s most recognizable artists. I see him as someone whose work awakens something within people. This is not a claim that can be measured scientifically. It is my experience of his art and the way I understand creativity through the philosophy of the Heart Art Movement.

I believe that every human being carries a seed of potential. When we nurture that seed with honesty, courage, and persistence, it grows. Some seeds become flowers. Others become forests. In my view, Banksy allowed his own creative seed to grow without compromising its essence.

Because of that, his work reaches people on many different levels.

His images communicate across languages, cultures, and generations. They make people laugh, question authority, reflect, and sometimes even feel uncomfortable. To me, this is one of the greatest powers of art—not to tell people what to think, but to help them feel something deeply enough that they begin thinking for themselves.

Within the Heart Art Movement, I describe this as activation.

When we encounter someone who is fully expressing their gifts, we often feel inspired to express our own. Their authenticity gives us permission to become more authentic ourselves.

I experience Banksy’s work in this way.

His art reminds me that creativity belongs to everyone, not only to those who receive permission from institutions or the art market. He reminds me that powerful ideas can emerge from unexpected places—a wall, a bridge, an abandoned building—and still travel around the world.

I often think of this like a candle.

One flame can light thousands of others without becoming smaller itself.

That is how inspiration works.

One artist creating honestly can encourage countless others to do the same.

This is why Banksy has become such an important example within my own work. Not because I wish to imitate his style, but because he demonstrates the courage to remain true to a vision.

The Heart Art Movement is built on this same principle.

Art is not about fitting into trends.

Art is not about creating work simply because a curator, a collector, or a market demands it.

There is nothing wrong with commissioned work. Design, illustration, and commercial art all have valuable roles. They solve problems and communicate ideas for clients.

But I believe that fine art has a different responsibility.

Its first responsibility is honesty.

When artists begin creating primarily to satisfy institutions, exhibition themes, or market expectations, they risk losing the very thing that made them artists in the first place—their own voice.

Art should not begin with the question, “What do people want from me?”

It should begin with the question, “What wants to be expressed through me?”

That is the foundation of the Heart Art Movement.

Create from the heart.

Allow your inner life to shape your outer work.

Trust that authenticity carries its own power.

For me, Banksy embodies this possibility. He is not the destination, nor someone to place on a pedestal. Rather, he is a reminder of what can happen when an artist follows an authentic path with courage and consistency.

Ultimately, the Heart Art Movement is not about Banksy.

It is about every person discovering that same authentic source within themselves and allowing it to become visible through their own unique form of creation.

Inner Alignment and Outer Creation Are Not Opposites—They Are Two Expressions of the Same Flow

Discovering Potential: Uncovering the Seed Within

One of the greatest questions we ask ourselves is: What am I here to do?

We search for our purpose, our gifts, and the unique contribution we came here to make. But what if purpose is not something we find outside of ourselves? What if it begins with inner alignment?

One idea from Dolores Cannon’s perspective that resonates with me is that the body is a miraculous creation, designed with incredible intelligence. It knows how to heal, restore balance, and maintain harmony. When we live in alignment with ourselves—when we do what we love and love what we do—we allow that natural flow of energy to move through us.

I believe that when our purpose becomes aligned with our expression, something changes. We stop forcing ourselves into roles that do not fit us and begin expressing who we truly are. The question changes from “What am I supposed to do?” to “What makes me feel alive?”

Deep inside, I feel that part of my purpose is not only in what I create, but in the energy behind my creations. I connect with the idea of being a starseed—not simply as a label, but as a reminder that we each carry a unique frequency, a unique light, and a unique contribution to this world.

Perhaps our first creation is ourselves.

Like a diamond, we do not need to imitate anything else to be valuable. A diamond shines because of its own clarity. In the same way, when we release fear, comparison, and limitation, we allow our own light to pass through.

This is where inner alignment and outer creation meet.

The Heart Art Movement comes from this understanding: beauty is not only something we see; beauty is energy flowing freely. It is authenticity expressed through art, words, spaces, and human connection. Every creation carries the energy of the creator.

This is why creation and imitation feel so different. Imitation copies what is already visible. Creation comes from something deeper—from within.

I believe we are all here to contribute something unique. Like diamonds connecting together, each person has their own light, their own frequency, and their own expression. Together, these authentic expressions create a greater field of consciousness built on creativity, love, and connection.

Maybe discovering our purpose is not about finding something new. Maybe it is about remembering what has always been inside us.

The things that bring us joy. The things that make us lose track of time. The things we would do even if nobody was watching.

These are often the clues.

Because inner alignment and outer creation are not opposites—they are two expressions of the same flow.

When we become aligned within, what we create naturally becomes a reflection of that harmony. We become the channel through which our unique light enters the world.

This is why the work of Banksy resonates so deeply with me. His art is a powerful example of how inner alignment becomes outer creation. The impact does not come only from the stencil, the wall, or the visual image itself. It comes from the intention, the message, and the energy behind it.

Banksy’s work shows that true creation is not about seeking approval or following a formula. It comes from an inner impulse—a need to express something meaningful and authentic. A simple image placed in the right moment and the right place can create a conversation, challenge perception, and awaken something within people.

This is the difference between imitation and creation.

Many people can copy a style, reproduce a technique, or recreate an appearance, but they cannot copy the consciousness behind the original expression. The true value is not only in what is created, but in the energy that flows through the creator.

Frequency cannot be imitated.

It can only be cultivated.

When we create from alignment, our work carries something beyond the physical form. It carries our intention, our experience, our truth, and our unique way of seeing the world.

Perhaps this is what every creator, artist, and human being is here to discover: not how to become a copy of something already existing, but how to reveal the unique expression that only they can bring into the world.

Beyond Form: Art as Presence

When we look at art only as image, we reduce it to surface — colour, stencil, composition, message.

But when we experience art as presence, something else happens. We begin to feel why it exists, not just what it looks like.

In this sense, art becomes less like decoration and more like transmission. It carries an energetic imprint of the consciousness behind it — intention, awareness, timing, and courage.

This is the foundation of the Heart Art Movement: art as lived frequency expressed through form.

Banksy as a Prime Example

In this context, Banksy becomes a powerful example.

Not because of the technique alone, and not because of the recognisable stencil language — but because of the effect his work consistently produces in collective awareness.

His pieces interrupt normal perception. They appear in public space without permission, without framing, without explanation — and yet they immediately activate interpretation, reflection, discomfort, humour, or recognition.

This is not just visual impact. It is perceptual disruption.

And perceptual disruption is often the beginning of awareness.

Why His Work Feels Like Frequency

What many people respond to in Banksy’s work is not only the image, but the felt shift that happens when encountering it.

A wall becomes a question.

A street becomes a message.

A moment becomes reflective.

This is where “frequency” becomes a useful way of describing it — not as something mystical or separate from reality, but as the quality of intention and clarity that carries through the work itself.

This is also where misunderstanding often happens.

Many who are inspired by Banksy replicate the visual language — the stencil style, the irony, the street placement.

But visual similarity is not the same as energetic continuity.

When the outer form is copied without the inner intention, the work becomes an echo rather than a signal.

It may look familiar, but it does not interrupt perception in the same way — because what gives it power is not the stencil itself, but the consciousness behind it.

Unwritten Rules of Creation: Street Art Etiquette for Energy and Conscious Expression

Proper creating etiquette is something I understand in a very similar way to street art—there are no official rulebooks pinned on a wall, but there are unwritten codes that everyone in the space recognizes and respects. In street art, you don’t go over someone’s work without understanding the culture. You don’t disrespect another artist’s space. You don’t turn expression into harm or domination. There is freedom, but there is also awareness, timing, and respect. Energy works in exactly the same way.

In my understanding of conscious creation, there are clear but unwritten principles that guide how we create in life and in energy. The first and most important is that you cannot bend anyone’s free will. Just like you don’t override another artist’s wall in a disrespectful way, you don’t override another person’s life path, choices, or sovereignty. Creation is not control—it is expression. Alongside that, there is a second rule that sits just as strongly: you cannot harm anybody through what you create. Whether it is thought, intention, art, or action, if it carries harm, it is out of alignment with the etiquette of creation.

At the same time, I also see creation as something that becomes powerful when it is directed toward the greater good. In street art, the most impactful pieces are often the ones that shift something in the collective space—they speak to people, awaken something, or change perception. In the same way, creation that is aligned with the greater good is not limited to the individual; it naturally extends into something that can be good for all. But that only works when the intention is clean and not ego-driven.

This is where my own work comes in, especially the Heart Art Movement. For me, it is not about personal recognition or ownership. It is about using art as a language for consciousness—raising awareness, elevating emotional frequency, and contributing something that touches people beyond words. It is a creative expression that is meant to move through the collective rather than stay attached to the individual. In that sense, it follows the same street etiquette: you don’t create just for yourself in a shared space—you create with awareness of how it lives in the environment around you.

Because of this, I see that the artist has to become a conscious creator. Just like a street artist learns respect for walls, layers, timing, and space, a conscious creator learns to be aware of their inner state, their intention, and the energetic impact of what they put into the world. What is created externally always reflects what is happening internally.

So proper creating etiquette, for me, is simple but precise: respect free will, do no harm, be mindful of influence, and align creation with the greater good. Like street art, it is not about rigid rules—it is about awareness, respect, and responsibility in a shared energetic space where everything we create becomes part of the environment we all live in.

Create

Creation Is an Act of Faith

To create in the realm of energy, you must become what people once called a witch or a wizard. Throughout history, these words have often been associated with fear, superstition, or darkness. Yet if we strip away the myths and labels, they can simply represent someone who has learned to consciously direct thought, intention, and energy.

From my perspective, magic is not about casting spells or breaking the laws of nature. It is the art of focused awareness. It is the ability to concentrate your thoughts so clearly that your energy begins to flow in one direction instead of scattering in many. Where attention goes, energy follows. When thoughts become aligned with intention, and intention is supported by action, something begins to change—not only within us, but also in the way we experience the world around us.

This is why faith is so important.

Whether we call it faith, belief, trust, or conviction, every great act of creation begins with the willingness to believe in something that does not yet exist. Before an artist paints a masterpiece, they first see it in their imagination. Before an inventor creates a new technology, they believe it is possible. Before a seed becomes a tree, its potential already exists within it.

Religion has taught this principle for thousands of years in different ways. Faith is often described as believing before seeing. In my understanding, faith is the energetic bridge between imagination and manifestation. Fear contracts that bridge. Faith expands it.

Fear is one of the greatest distractions from creation. The moment fear enters our mind, our attention shifts from what we want to create to what we want to avoid. Our thoughts become divided. Instead of directing energy toward possibility, we feed uncertainty, doubt, and limitation.

This does not mean we should ignore reality or pretend fear does not exist. Fear is a natural human emotion. The practice is not to eliminate fear but to choose faith anyway. Every creator, every visionary, every innovator has had moments of uncertainty. What separates them is not the absence of fear but the decision not to let fear become the author of their story.

The ancient image of the wizard or the witch can therefore be understood symbolically. It is someone who has learned to master their inner world before attempting to influence the outer one. They understand that their greatest tool is consciousness itself. Their thoughts become intentional. Their words become deliberate. Their actions become aligned with their vision.

Creation begins long before something becomes visible. It starts with an idea. It grows through belief. It gains momentum through focused intention. Finally, it takes form through consistent action.

The next time you want to create something—a new piece of art, a business, a relationship, a new version of yourself—and fear begins to whisper that it cannot be done, remember this: fear does not have to be your guide.

Choose faith instead.

Believe that your thoughts matter. Believe that your intentions shape the direction of your life. Believe that your actions give life to your vision.

You are not merely reacting to the world around you. You are participating in its creation through every decision you make.

In that sense, you are the ultimate content creator of your own life. Every thought is a brushstroke. Every choice is a line in the story. Every act of courage adds another chapter to the reality you are creating.

Create consciously. Create with intention. And above all, create with faith.

Parasitic Energies

Parasitic Energies and the Process of Release

Over the past few months, I went through a very intense inner process where I was diagnosed with parasitic energetic attachments, according to the vocabulary of Dolores Cannon, but in Christianity they are called demonic entities that feed on human energy. They were not the worst types, but I had 5 minor and 2 medium-strength entities attached to me. For the past 4 months, I was trying to understand why me, while living in fear that more would come if I slipped up again. I now live in abstinence from substances that alter the human mind and perception.

The other day I came across Dolores Cannon, and I really resonate with her perspective on reality. Also, in regard to my personal experience, I find her perspective aligns with what Slavic witches have told me. There is something about her eyes that makes me feel I can believe her.

From the perspective of Dolores Cannon, what I am experiencing would be described as parasitic attachments. In her explanation, these are non-physical influences that are drawn to what she calls low-vibration states, such as trauma, addiction, fear, and despair. In her view, people in these states can become more susceptible to energetic interference, and these influences are connected to emotional and energetic imbalance rather than being purely external evil forces in a religious sense.

I am also in contact with a circle of Slavic women with sight and tools to remove these influences through herbs and intention. Simple, everyday herbs that grow wild are believed to have the ability to detach entities. I am living proof of that. I am working on my mindset now, as it turns out I have been “food” for entities for nearly three decades.

Over the past 4 months, I kept asking myself why me, and in Dolores Cannon’s explanation it makes sense because it relates to low-vibration states, which are connected to trauma, addiction, and despair. For me, it was a mix of trauma, addiction, and emotional suffering. I have been a cannabis user since grade 9, and I was 13 when I first started to smoke weed. It was a normal thing in high school, and all the “cool kids” were doing it, so it felt like part of everyday life.

On top of this, I also felt a strong sense of potential and mission—that I am here to help people and contribute to humanity as a whole in raising vibration so that we can all cross over to what Dolores describes as the “New Earth.” In this understanding, the present Earth would remain as a place for those stuck in fear, hatred, jealousy, and anxiety, and what I understand as lower-vibration states, rather than specific acts of sin.

At the same time, a lot of my despair comes from the fact that I placed my hope in one man whom I have no real idea who he is or how to get his attention. I have been trying, and I realized today that I had expectations and emotional attachment placed there. I also felt that there was an energetic contract between us, made between our souls, but I tore it up today, as I had done my best to get him to hear me out. Now it feels like it is time to move forward and figure out another way to create a wave of art that will raise the consciousness of humanity so no one is left behind.

Pharmakeia, Pharmacy, Witchcraft and Conscious Awareness

Today I randomly opened the Bible and read a passage that made me stop and think about what “witchcraft” actually means in the context of sin. So I started to dig, as for me it is nothing but conscious thinking opposed to mind chatter all the time — the ability to focus your mind on what you want to think about and what you want to attract into your life. That is how this reflection began.

In the passage from Galatians (book of the Bible), the word translated as “witchcraft” comes from the Greek word pharmakeia. What struck me most is that this word is also the root of the modern word pharmacy. This immediately created a bridge in my mind between ancient language and modern systems, because both seem to point toward substances that interact directly with the human body, mind, and perception.

The original meaning of pharmakeia referred to substances, potions, and mixtures used to alter consciousness, perception, or physical state. It carried associations with herbal preparations, mind or body-altering substances, and practices involving influence through chemistry or mixtures. Over time, this linguistic root evolved into the modern concept of pharmacy — the structured medical system that uses chemical substances to treat and influence the human body and mind. So what was once a term connected to ancient preparations and altered states of awareness has become the foundation of modern pharmaceutical language.

When I reflect on this, I also think about how, in ancient and pre-modern times, many women who worked with healing were labeled as witches. In reality, many of them were herbalists, midwives, and healers working with plants, roots, natural remedies, and intention. Their medicine was based on observation, experience, and a deep relationship with nature rather than synthetic chemistry. Over time, as systems of authority and knowledge changed, this type of healing was often misunderstood, feared, or redefined, and the word “witch” became associated with danger rather than care or healing.

In contrast, modern pharmacy is based on synthesized chemical compounds, controlled dosages, and structured systems of medical treatment. It can be life-saving and deeply important, but it also represents a shift from natural, plant-based understanding toward highly engineered chemical intervention in the body and brain. In that sense, both ancient pharmakeia and modern pharmacy share a core idea: the use of substances to influence human biology and consciousness, even though the methods and frameworks are very different.

For me, the deeper reflection still comes back to consciousness itself. Conscious thinking feels like the ability to direct awareness intentionally, to observe thoughts, and to choose focus. Mind chatter, on the other hand, feels like fragmentation — constant noise, reaction, and automatic thinking. The ability to focus your mind on what you want to think about and what you want to attract into your life feels like alignment, not control over reality, but control over attention, because attention shapes experience.

In Galatians (book of the Bible), Paul writes about the “works of the flesh,” listing behaviors such as adultery, fornication, uncleanness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, jealousy, anger, and excess. Within this list, “witchcraft” is translated from pharmakeia, which connects back to substances, perception, and influence. What stands out is that this is not only a moral list, but also a description of states of consciousness — states of separation, fragmentation, and lack of inner clarity.

What I see through all of this is not just religion or morality, but a deeper map of awareness. Pharmakeia becomes more than an ancient word; it becomes a reflection on how substances and systems influence perception. When I connect ancient herbal medicine women, often labeled as witches, with modern pharmacy and the evolution of medicine, I see a continuous thread of humanity trying to understand and influence the body and mind through nature and chemistry. These women worked with herbs, plants, and intention, while modern systems often work with synthesized compounds and clinical frameworks. Both are part of the same human search for healing, balance, and influence over suffering and consciousness.

But beyond all systems and interpretations, the central question remains personal: what is influencing my awareness right now? Because whether through herbs, chemistry, or thought itself, consciousness is always being shaped. And the real practice becomes learning how to stay present enough to observe it clearly, without losing awareness in the noise.

Strawberry Moon in Capricorn Intention

Under the light of the Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn, I set this intention.

This Moon carries the energy of grounding dreams into reality. Capricorn speaks of devotion, discipline, responsibility, and building something lasting in the world. It reminds us that what is aligned in spirit must also take form through steady action.

In this energy, I call in the release of every block surrounding the visibility and sale of my artwork. May my creations reach the people they are meant to touch, be seen, valued, and received in full alignment with their true worth. May abundance flow into my life so I can continue creating freely and without limitation.

May God guide my path and use me as an instrument of love, truth, beauty, and the Holy Spirit. May my art become a bridge—awakening hearts and reminding people of their connection to life, spirit, and one another.

I pray for a world where goodness overcomes fear, where war dissolves into peace, and where humanity returns to compassion, kindness, and unity.

May we also return to deep respect for nature, recognizing the Earth not as something separate from us, but as our living home. May ancient wisdom be remembered, including the Slavic roots of living in harmony with the seasons, energy, and soul—not as religion, but as a way of life in balance with nature.

May I walk in discipline, clarity, and purpose. May my work become structured, visible, and supported in the material world, fully aligned with my spiritual calling.

And may everything unfold according to divine will and for the highest good of all beings.

Peace as a Measure of Truth: What I Learned About Inner Calm

I went through a period in my life that deeply affected my inner stability. For about three months, I was carrying a heavy sense of fear and uncertainty after hearing interpretations about myself that made me question my wellbeing. It made me very cautious in how I lived, almost like I was “walking on eggshells,” constantly monitoring myself and my energy.

During that time, I also had experiences in Slavic spiritual circles, including during Kupala Night, where I was told again that there might be “something attached” to me. In the moment, I took it seriously, but something inside me didn’t fully resonate with it.

Because of the emotional weight it created, I eventually decided to seek a second, third and fourth opinion outside of those interpretations. What I found brought me relief: there was nothing objectively wrong with me.

That moment changed something important. I realized how powerful suggestion and interpretation can be, especially when it touches fear. It can shape your entire state of being if you let it.

Instead of continuing to live in fear or caution, I made a conscious choice to return to myself. To stop walking on eggshells. To stop giving authority to fear-based narratives. And to begin trusting inner clarity and peace again.

In this process, I also spoke with a Catholic priest an exorcist about my experience. What stayed with me from those conversations was a very simple but profound idea: the human mind can be deeply affected by words, and not everything that is said needs to become part of your inner truth.

I learned to recognize a simple internal compass:

When something brings peace, it brings clarity.
When something creates fear and anxiety, it is a signal to pause and not let it take over my inner world.

No matter what life brings — and everyone goes through challenges — the most important thing is to protect inner peace. Anxiety and fear can distort perception and weaken a person from within. Peace, on the other hand, restores balance.

In the Christian tradition, Jesus says:

“Peace be with you.” (John 20:19)

This idea is also reflected in the Islamic greeting:

As-salamu alaykum — “Peace be upon you.”

Different languages, different traditions, but the same core principle: peace as a foundation of human experience.

What I take from all of this is simple. I choose peace over fear. I choose clarity over suggestion. And I choose to live my life without constantly questioning whether something is “wrong” with me when there is no evidence of it.

Peace is the measure I trust now.

Night of Kupala, Sowilo, and the Courage to Carry the Light

This weekend, I spent time in a circle of women who gathered to honor the Night of Kupala.

We came together around the fire, sharing stories, wisdom, laughter, and presence. There was something ancient in the experience—something that reminded me that long before modern life became so loud, human beings gathered in circles to remember who they were.

During one of the ceremonies, I asked a simple question:

What is my potential?

The answer came in the form of the rune Sowilo (Sigel)—the rune of the Sun, illumination, truth, and victory through light.

At first, I simply appreciated the beauty of the symbol.

But the more I sat with it, the more I realized that its message was much deeper than I initially understood.

Sowilo is light.

Not merely physical sunlight, but the light that reveals.

The light that illuminates what was hidden.

The light that allows us to see clearly.

And suddenly I saw how beautifully this symbolism connects two worlds that many people consider separate: Slavic spirituality and Christianity.

Both speak the language of light.

In Slavic tradition, fire is sacred. It purifies, transforms, and illuminates.

In Christianity, God is often described through the language of light. Jesus is called the Light of the World. The Holy Spirit is described as a living presence that guides, inspires, and brings life.

At their deepest level, both traditions point toward the same mystery.

What is God if not Truth?

What is God if not Goodness?

What is God if not Love?

And what better symbol exists for truth, goodness, and love than light itself?

Light reveals.

Light guides.

Light makes visible what was hidden.

The more I reflected on Sowilo, the more I understood that the rune was not showing me power.

It was showing me purpose.

And then another message arrived.

One simple word:

Courage.

Not power.

Not certainty.

Not control.

Courage.

Because courage is required when we begin speaking about experiences that many people dismiss or ridicule.

For much of my life, I questioned my own experiences.

I wondered whether what I sensed was real.

Whether spiritual realities were merely stories, myths, or religious dogma.

Whether I was imagining things that others could not see.

But after nearly three decades of searching, questioning, and experiencing, I can no longer deny what I have encountered.

I understand that many people will interpret these experiences differently.

Some will see them psychologically.

Some symbolically.

Some scientifically.

And that is their right.

But my own experience has taught me that reality is far more mysterious and multidimensional than we often assume.

I believe there are forces moving through creation that are not limited to the physical world.

I believe there are energies and intelligences that influence human life.

And I believe that the spiritual dimension is just as real as the material one, even if it is less obvious to our physical senses.

Most of us have been trained to trust only what we can measure.

Yet human beings have always sensed that there is more.

A subtle layer of existence.

A spiritual current moving beneath the surface of ordinary life.

Some call it spirit.

Some call it consciousness.

Some call it energy.

Some call it God.

The names matter less than the experience itself.

Because whether we acknowledge it or not, we all encounter darkness.

We encounter it through fear.

Through suffering.

Through illness.

Through grief.

Through hatred.

Through violence.

Through war.

Through everything that destroys life and separates us from love.

Darkness is not merely an abstract concept.

It is something every human being experiences.

And yet the lesson of light is not fear.

The lesson of light is courage.

Light does not need to become darkness in order to fight darkness.

It simply shines.

And when light shines, what was hidden becomes visible.

What was confused becomes clear.

What was distorted can be seen for what it truly is.

This is what I believe Sowilo was showing me.

Not a path of domination.

Not a path of power.

But a path of illumination.

A path of truth.

A path of becoming transparent to the light itself.

Perhaps this is why courage was the second message.

Because carrying light requires courage.

Speaking truth requires courage.

Choosing love in a world that often chooses fear requires courage.

Remaining open-hearted after pain requires courage.

Trusting what your soul knows, even when others do not understand, requires courage.

As I sat by the fire during the Night of Kupala, surrounded by women sharing their wisdom, strength, and stories, I realized that the greatest gift of the weekend was not the rune itself.

It was the reminder that light is not something we seek outside ourselves.

It is something we are called to embody.

And perhaps that is the true meaning of Sowilo.

To become a bearer of light.

To reveal truth.

To choose love over fear.

To illuminate rather than condemn.

And to have the courage to let that light shine, even when the path ahead is not yet fully visible.

Because sometimes the smallest flame is enough to guide the way.

Kupala Night Prayer

June 21, 2026

On this sacred night, I release all thoughts, fears, and beliefs that separate me from God.

I let go of everything that blocks the expression of my true self and my highest potential. I open my heart to divine guidance, wisdom, and love. I am ready to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit and allow them to flow freely through my life, my work, my creativity, and my relationships.

May the light within me grow stronger than any doubt.
May my spirit be guided by faith rather than fear.
May I walk in alignment with God’s purpose for my life and share His love with the world.

Tonight, I surrender what no longer serves me and welcome the blessings, grace, and abundance that are meant for me,

Amen.

New Moon, New Love

As I prepare and clear the energy for painting with the new moon, I set the intention to release my full potential—the soul that came to this Earth with many talents and gifts from the Holy Spirit.

I feel that I am now learning to maintain a state of freedom from negative influences, learning to keep my boundaries strong and my fortress on lockdown at all times. It has even been a good week when it comes to sleep, as you may have noticed—no bags under my eyes.

I have spent the past couple of weeks, after the outpouring, doing a deep clean at the View Room. As you may have noticed, I did not make it to Tihany.

I was stopped by my angels.

When they give signs, I listen.

There are too many details to go into, but I experienced a series of car issues, including crashing into an entrance gate and needing my entire door replaced. I lost my driving permit and other important documents, had to replace my car battery, dealt with a squeaky wheel, and encountered a million signs and synchronicities telling me not to go to summer camp.

So I stayed and did a deep clean at the View Room.

This morning, I had the most amazing dream. I was with my partner. He was very tall, and we decided to be a couple—to go through life as one, although he had the face of my previous partner, it was not him. This union of two souls is my inspiration. My heart lights up when I think of you. I long for this kind of connection in physical form, and the new moon has inspired me to paint what I feel so deeply: “love.” Love for life and love for my partner. I believe this love is part of my potential at play.

I will try to paint what I feel for the partner I wish to unite with, though I have no idea how. So here is to us, my love.

Outpouring Art

Ten spray-painted canvases measuring 180 × 120 cm present the outpouring of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The work is inspired by the artist’s recent Baptism in the Holy Spirit as part of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal movement. Conceived as a single artwork spread across ten canvases, it is executed in a gestural spray-paint technique using the artist’s signature turquoise colour palette.

An integral part of the project is a site-specific installation in which the artist incorporates trees as easels and uses the interplay of light and shadow cast by branches and leaves as part of the painting, documentation, and presentation of the installation. The artwork reveals both an emotional state and the charismatic experience associated with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, capturing the moment of Pentecost on May 24, 2026.

Biography

Anna Biela “Aner” is a visual artist. She holds a Doctor of Fine Arts degree from the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. She also holds a diploma in Graphic Design from OCAD University (formerly the Ontario College of Art and Design).

In her artistic practice, she works with painting and site-specific installations, often operating in urban environments and natural landscapes, painting on both walls and canvases. Her work combines the charism of healing with the creation of artworks inspired by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit into the world.

At the turn of the year, she undertook an artistic residency in Bethlehem during the Christmas season, where she created murals in dialogue with existing works by the artist Banksy on the separation wall between Palestine and Israel. She stayed at the Walled Off Hotel for twenty-two nights. During the residency, she created three murals referring to the Holy Trinity: He[art], representing God; Dove, representing the Holy Spirit; and Issa, representing Jesus.

The previous year, in 2025, she created one hundred He[art]Glo paintings, which inspired the gestural spray-painting style that characterizes her current artistic practice.

The Outpouring of the Holy Spirit — My Journey from Pentecost into Renewal

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit, known as Pentecost, is not only something written in history — for me it has become something deeply personal and alive.

It is understood in Christianity that this outpouring happens 50 days after Easter, when the disciples of Jesus were gathered in prayer and suddenly received the Holy Spirit. That moment, described in the Book of Acts (Acts 2), is seen as the birth of the Church — but also as the beginning of something that continues through every generation.

A Personal Experience of Outpouring

Yesterday, I experienced something I can only describe as an inner outpouring — a movement of peace, presence, and inspiration that felt like a gentle but powerful awakening within me. It was not loud or dramatic, but it was real in a way that shifted something inside my heart.

It felt like a reminder that the same Spirit that was present at Pentecost is not distant in time. It is alive, present, and still moving — not only in history, but in personal experience.

Walking the 50 Days

From today until the 50th day — until Pentecost itself — I feel called to a kind of journey. A space of openness, listening, and expression. I do not want to rush through it or reduce it to ideas. I want to live it.

During this time, I intend to pour out what I receive through painting, through prayer, and through singing.

Painting becomes my language of vision — where light, movement, and color become a response to what is unfolding inside. Prayer becomes my grounding — the place where I listen, surrender, and stay connected. Singing becomes my breath — the way what is inside moves outward into sound, into vibration, into offering.

This feels like my own small echo of Pentecost: not imitation, but participation.

The 1967 Renewal and Today

In modern times, many people also speak about moments of renewal, such as the 1967 Catholic Charismatic Renewal at Duquesne University. There, students prayed for a deeper experience of the Holy Spirit, and something shifted — prayer became alive, faith became personal, and many reported renewed spiritual gifts and transformation.

For me, this connects to something simple but profound: that the Spirit is not locked in the past. Whether in Jerusalem, in 1967, or today — renewal can happen wherever there is openness.

Pentecost as a Living Invitation

Pentecost, which in 2026 falls on 24 May, is not only a date on a calendar. It is a reminder of something ongoing — that life can be filled again, renewed again, and poured out again.

So I am entering this time with intention. Not just waiting for a moment, but walking toward it.

A time between now and Pentecost.

A time of painting what I see, praying what I feel, and singing what moves through me.

A time of allowing the outpouring to continue — through life, through expression, and through presence.

Because maybe Pentecost is not only something we remember…
but something we learn to live again.

A Voice Like Paint on Canvas

During my Baptism in the Holy Spirit, as I was being prayed over by two intercessors, one of them suddenly asked me, out of the blue, “Do you like to sing?” I said I do, but I don’t know how. She said that God will show me how.

I told her that as a little girl I wanted to be a singer—that was my first desire of being an artist.

Moments later, when I was speaking with my new friend from the seminar, he asked if they told me anything. I said no, nothing… and then I remembered and said, actually, she asked me a bizarre question—if I like to sing.

He said, “Well, this is your opportunity to sing—we were all singing as we were praising God and praying through music.”

I said that this is the thing I am most terrified to do, because I sing out of tune. I don’t know how to repeat a rhythm or remember words. And he said, “Maybe you will sing in tongues.”

I said that would be perfect, because it would just pour out—like my paint on canvas.

So here I am today, reflecting on yesterday, which didn’t feel like anything extraordinary, and I wonder… will the outpouring of the Spirit happen through singing? Am I a singer trying to be a painter and healer?

A few years back I took a singing course, but I was so ashamed of my lack of ability to copy and repeat the songs we chose for a concert setting that I ended up lip-syncing.

I tried to join a choir twice in my life, and I got discouraged, because they would always isolate my vocals, and I thought it was because I was out of key.

That is the thing I am most terrified to do.

But I love singing in the sense of making sounds come out that don’t resemble any songs I’ve heard before. The only words I truly remember are prayers, and the only songs I sing are the Hail Mary and the Our Father, almost like a mantra.
