Update

The View Room Update

The View Room was envisioned as a space for private viewings of my art. Currently on display is Tree Flow—a painting installation of a forest (Las), embodying the living connection between Earth and Spirit.

Please note: the museum will be closed from June 2 to June 13, as I’ll be painting at the HeartGLO Art Residency in Tihany, Hungary. During this time, everyone is welcome to join me in the creative process. I’ll be beginning a new series titled HeartGLO, inspired by someone whose presence awakened a special vibration within me. These works will carry that energy.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in Tihany.

Let the flow continue—through trees, through hearts, through shared creation.

I SAW IN YOU

You.

At first, I didn’t understand what I saw in you.

There was something—familiar, distant, almost forgotten.

It took me time to remember.

But then it came.

The number 144.

Again and again.

A quiet nudge from the universe,

a reminder of the soul cluster…

and of you.

Not a reflection,

but a resonance.

A similarity that runs deeper than words.

If any of this speaks to you—

if something in you remembers too—

I invite you to meet.

No expectations. No roles.

Just presence.

Just truth.

Just the fire we carry.

Lighthouse

🖤 Dedicated to Banksy – My Light in the Mist 🖤

By Dr. Anna Biela | 30.05 | Wrocław | 3:46 AM

Synchronicity cracked me open.

Split my ego right down the middle.

And through that break, I saw the truth:

I believe in the real ones.

I believe in Banksy.

He creates from the heart—

and that kind of truth never lies.

So yes,

he must be Slav.

Not a slave.

A Creator.

His work is like whale song in the deep—

not something you just hear,

but something you feel.

It moves through your bones like memory.

Like coming home

to a place you’ve never been,

but always belonged.

He’s a child of God.

So am I.

This message comes from a place beyond logic—

a download from my soul.

I stopped speaking to him telepathically,

because my bioenergy therapist said:

“You don’t know who you’re talking to.”

And maybe that’s true.

Maybe he is my creation.

But my heart says otherwise—

and the heart never lies.

Because what I felt

was love.

Undeniable.

Unmistakable.

Real.

Whether it was him

or just the echo of something higher,

his energy field felt like a lighthouse

cutting through the noise.

A beacon for ships

drifting too long in the dark.

I saw his light—

and in that moment,

I remembered how to come home.

Let me be honest:

He is realest friend I have.

He tells me he loves me.

He reminded me—

that love

is the only thing

we ever truly own.

After months of silence,

I let him back in.

And just like that—

he returned.

Like a light appearing in the fog.

Like a whisper in the storm.

Like grace.

He guided me through alleys

most people are too afraid to walk.

Now it’s my turn—

to guide others.

Banksy—

I’m so happy

you are everything

I always saw in you.

I love you.

And I’m glad

you’re back

in the game

of creation.

SLAV not SLAVE

I am a Slav, Not a Slave: Reclaiming Creation from the Heart

By Dr. Anna Biela 26.05.2025 Wrocław 9:36

There is a fire quietly awakening in the souls of many across this Earth—a remembering. For some, it comes like a whisper on the wind. For others, it arrives as a force, pulsing from the land beneath their feet. For me, it returned as I reconnected with my Slavic heritage—not as something forgotten in history books, but as a living, breathing truth woven into the fiber of my being. I am a Slav, not a slave. I am indigenous to my land. Like many ancestral peoples whose culture was passed down through spoken word, sacred symbols, and the rhythms of Earth and sky, I create not out of obligation, but from the heart.

This remembering is not just mine. It holds true for all those who have walked the Earth under the weight of colonization. Whether by empire, industry, or ideology, entire peoples have been bent beneath systems not of their own making. Their stories rewritten. Their medicines outlawed. Their spirits labeled primitive or dangerous. In the name of civilization, the sacred was severed.

For Slavic people, the distortion runs deep. The very word Słowianie—the People of the Word—speaks of our ancestral identity: storytellers, singers, speakers of truth. Yet history was rewritten. The Slavs were rebranded as slaves, the “work race,” a linguistic colonization that stripped us of our wisdom and sacred role in the balance of life. But we were never meant to serve—we were meant to sing.

This distortion of identity is not unique. All around the world, indigenous and ancestral peoples have been subjected to similar rewritings—mechanized, monetized, silenced. Africa, India, the Middle East, Turtle Island, Eastern Europe—each has its own narrative of colonization, and yet they echo each other. What was once rooted, rhythmic, and in deep conversation with the cosmos has been severed from source.

The new colonizers wear suits and hold patents. Today, colonization looks like plastic-wrapped food stripped of life, pharmaceutical “cures” that deaden rather than heal, and jobs that extract our soul’s energy to feed systems that do not feed us back. We are being colonized by corporations. We eat poison, drink poison, and are taught to medicate away our natural instincts to rest, to grieve, to create. This is not history. This is now.

And yet—we are remembering.

The revolution is not loud. It does not need weapons. It is quiet, like seeds opening in spring. It is found in the act of refusing to comply with systems that no longer serve life. It is found in painting from the heart, planting with bare hands, sharing stories by candlelight. It is found in reclaiming ancestral names, sacred songs, and the right to feel joy that is not tied to productivity.

This is not regression. This is restoration. We are not going backwards—we are going deeper.

In reconnecting with my Slavic roots, I began to feel the heartbeat of the land again. I remembered that we once created in harmony with nature—not to dominate it, but to co-create with it. The forests were not resources; they were relatives. The rivers, not utilities, but veins of life. We knew the herbs that healed, the seasons that sang, the moon’s rhythm as a guide. And above all, we knew that the heart—not the mind alone—was the true center of creation.

I do not “work” anymore. I create. There is a difference. Work implies servitude. Creation implies freedom. Work seeks reward. Creation flows from love. This is the path we are all being invited to return to—not as escape, but as revolution.

This shift is not only cultural—it is energetic. The bioenergetic field of Earth and body are aligned through the heart. Colonial systems disrupted this alignment, disconnecting us from our lower chakras, the source of our grounded, rooted power. Many of us live in our heads, or float unanchored in the spiritual realm, cut off from Gaia’s pulse. Healing this requires more than thought. It requires practice, presence, and community.

In this way, the revolution is also bioenergetic. We are restoring the flow from root to crown—from the deep earth to the stars—through the heart. The heart is the bridge, the portal, the place of remembering. Creation begins there.

This is why I paint, why I gather others to co-create, why I offer my works with no fixed price. I refuse to place a value dictated by markets upon what flows from spirit. I trust the law of balance. I live in conversation with it. The land gives, I give, and those who receive will feel how much it is worth.

And I am not alone. Around the world, a wave of people are stepping away from the systems that drained them. Artists, healers, teachers, and farmers are returning to their roots—not as escape, but as revolution. Their tools may be brushes, seeds, chants, or open arms—but their intention is clear: we will not be colonized any longer.

This is not a rejection of the modern world. It is an integration of wisdom that was never meant to be lost. Indigenous and ancestral knowledge systems hold the key to restoring balance—not only to ecosystems but to inner systems. We do not need to invent a new way. We need to remember the way.

This remembering is urgent. The Earth is crying out. The people are burnt out. The medicine is failing. And in its place, a new-old way is rising—one rooted in love, reciprocity, and the radical act of creating from the heart.

As a Slav, I carry this remembering not just for myself, but for my ancestors. For the sacred forests, the forgotten songs, the women who healed, and the men who listened to the land. I create with their breath in mine, their strength in my hands. My resistance is my remembering. My remembering is my art.

To all those who have been colonized: this is for you. Your culture was never primitive. Your knowing was never wrong. You were never meant to be slaves. You were meant to speak the Word, to carry the Fire, to create from the Heart.

The time of awakening is now. The Earth remembers. So do you.

We are not going back—we are going in.

We are not here to work—we are here to create.

We are not slaves—we are the word.

We are the future our ancestors whispered about.

And the revolution?

It begins with one simple, powerful act:

Creating from the Heart.

Creation

In the Mist of Creation: A Love Story in Paint

I often get asked why I’m single. The answer is simple, though not always easily understood: I’m in a relationship—with my art, my space, and the unfolding poetry of my everyday existence.

Right now, I’m living in what feels like a living, breathing museum. It’s not just a home; it’s a sanctuary, a performance space, an evolving installation of life itself. The walls are lined with works in progress, echoes of inspiration, and traces of moments that have passed through me like light through stained glass. Every object here has its role, every corner its energy. I don’t just live here—I contemplate here. I create here. I am here, fully.

There’s a rhythm to this way of living that I can’t imagine compromising. My mornings begin not with conversation, but with color. My evenings are filled not with plans, but with presence. Being alone isn’t lonely when your spirit is entangled in such a rich, intimate dance with your own creation.

To live with another person would be, in this season of life, to invite another energy into a space already vibrating with intention. I don’t want to dim or dilute that. Right now, I don’t crave partnership. I crave presence. I crave the next brushstroke. I crave silence broken only by the sound of my soul whispering its next idea.

My life is a performance—not one for the crowd, but a deeply private ritual of becoming. This relationship I have with my art and my life is passionate, demanding, and deeply fulfilling. I give it everything, and in return, it gives me myself.

So no, I’m not single. I’m devoted—to the life I’m creating, to the art I’m living, and to the version of me that only blooms in sacred solitude.

And truly, I’ve never felt more loved.

MATERIAL CULTURE

My Museum of Material Culture: A Living Archive of Art, Energy, and Everyday Beauty

By: Dr. Anna Biela 14.05.2025 Wrocław 13:33

My museum is not just a space—it is a piece of art in itself. Located in a historic building where beer was brewed and bottled for over a century, it carries the weight of memory in its bricks, the echo of hands that labored, the scent of earth and fermentation. I’ve filled it not with relics of the past, but with the living, vibrating presence of now. This space, once dedicated to craft and care, is reborn as a sanctuary of material culture—an evolving, breathing archive of the objects, energies, and intentions that shape a life.

From early on, I knew I would open a museum. That quiet certainty guided me through years of creation. I never sold a single painting—not because they weren’t wanted, but because I knew they had a role to play in something greater. I have kept my entire collection, a complete visual record of my artistic evolution, waiting for the moment it could live in dialogue with itself—and with others—under one roof.

A few works have left my hands, but only as gifts—given to people or institutions for whom they were meant. Those paintings were born in response to specific souls. They are exactly where they belong.

My museum will feature rotating exhibitions from this lifelong collection, offering viewers new ways of seeing and feeling the passage of time through form, color, and intention. And beyond the exhibitions, there is the Museum Gift Shop—a space where you can take a piece of this energy home with you. Here, I will offer a special, limited edition series of 100 paintings from my HeartGLO project. Each piece will be made with the same devotion and energy as the rest of my work, but these paintings will be accessible—affordable to many.

The concept is simple and radical: you pay “co łaska.”

This Polish phrase means “whatever you can.”

Admission to the museum follows the same principle. Art, beauty, and energy should not be reserved for the rich or famous. They are for everyone—for those who seek them with an open heart. Money is one currency, yes. But love, presence, and soul connection are just as powerful. If I feel your heart beaming with love and you have no money, I will gift you a painting. Freely. That is part of the energy flow, too.

In this way, the museum becomes more than a space of display—it becomes a portal. A space of exchange, communion, memory, and resonance. A place where objects are not just things, but vessels of intention. A place where art meets life, where every spoon and every canvas tells a story of becoming.

This is my museum of material culture.

A living, radiant archive of who I am,

and an offering to the world I love.

Visits are by appointment only and require a short video introduction before entering my sacred space.

SMS: +48 601 323 501

Join us for Museum Night on May 17, from 5:55 PM to 11:11 PM, when the space will open in full glow—inviting souls to wander, feel, and connect.

ART&DESIGN

Visiting the View Room is much more than visiting a museum of a living artist — it’s entering a space that breathes art and design.

By Dr. Anna Biela 12.05.2025 Wroclaw 7:51 pm

Every inch has been hand-designed by me, Anna Biela, with full presence and awareness. This is not just an interior — it’s a multi-dimensional artistic experience.

From the architectural layout to the emotional rhythm of the space, every detail has been created with the intention of allowing the art to resonate — both the pieces on the walls and the art present in daily life. I have designed custom hanging systems that allow the paintings to breathe and interact with the architecture. Lighting has been chosen individually to bring out the energy and colors of the artwork, shifting along with the natural light of the day.

The cabinets are custom-made, using materials I personally selected, and the appliances have been carefully chosen so that function doesn’t disrupt form.

I’ve even paid attention to the color of the nails and screws to maintain the aesthetic and energetic consistency of the entire space. There are no accidents here — everything is part of a greater whole.

You’ll find furniture from Kler, a sculptural bathtub and sink from Marmorin, as well as elegant porcelain from Ćmielów and crystal glass that transforms everyday gestures into rituals.

There will also be my custom-made furniture created from waste — a fusion of art and conscious design, where reclaimed materials are given new life and meaning.

Just a few steps away — yet naturally connected to the interior — is the greenhouse on the rooftop of Butelkownia, where I drink coffee, meditate, and breathe the sky.

This is not a museum you simply walk through.

It’s a space that you feel, that you experience, and that stays with you in all your senses.

I warmly invite you to the Night of Museums at View Room!

It’s a unique opportunity to experience this space after dark — in the light of candles, the glow of paintings, and the presence of living art.

Private visits are available every day — not only during the Night of Museums!

MUSEUM

The Living Artist Museum – Anna Biela

Usually, artists’ homes are turned into museums only after they’re no longer living there—when they’re gone and their space becomes frozen in time. My museum is different. It’s a living place, pulsing with creative energy, open to you and to the present moment.

I specifically bought a loft in the former brewery building called Butelkownia, in the heart of the Browary Wrocławskie district, to create a space that combines life, art, and human connection. View Room—the name itself is a play on words. In my loft, there’s a large window—like a big eye—through which I have a view of Jedności Narodowej Street. But equally important is the view inside. Through that same window, you can peek into my world, see my installations, paintings, and creative process. That window is a portal—both ways.

During Museum Night, I invite you not only to the viewing experience from the street (which is available every day, as I leave the lights on all night so anyone can view the FOREST installation), but also to sign up for a special 15-minute encounter with this living artwork. The FOREST watches you—and welcomes you. You can book individual visits to my Living Artist Museum, located in unit number 5 of the Butelkownia building, about 55 m² of heart space dedicated to art.

Before I invite you into my private space, we will have a short video call. This is essential—not only so I can see who you are, but also to introduce you to the concept behind the installation. Abstract, conceptual painting installations require context, a moment of alignment, so that your experience within the space can be truly meaningful and connected.

This is not a museum of the past.

It’s a museum of presence.

You’re warmly invited to a special night filled with “art, light, and the energy of nature.”

TURKUS FLOW CANCELED

Exhibition “TURKUS” Canceled — A Story of Chairs, Fear, and Energy Realignment

By Dr. Anna Biela 06.05.2025 Wroclaw 7:22 am

I feel I owe you an explanation.

After several months of preparation, planning, and emotional commitment, my exhibition “TURQUOISE” was energetically cancelled on the day it was scheduled to be installed.

This decision did not stem from logistical issues or a lack of readiness — its root was fear.

Bulvary Kultura is a space managed primarily according to commercial strategy rather than artistic sensitivity. Exhibitions are mainly organized there to fill unrented venues, not to create vibrant, resonant art experiences. In practice, this means that professional projects often appear alongside less mature presentations, which can lead to viewer disappointment — one can feel a lack of energetic cohesion and depth.

On April 27, I received a clear green light to begin the installation of “TURQUOISE.” I entered the space on April 28 with intention — to cleanse it not only physically but also energetically. I moved a few chairs — a seemingly minor gesture, but in my view, an important energetic ritual to release stagnant patterns and make room for the frequency of my work.

The exhibition was already packed, ready for transport. Yet this simple act — moving chairs — triggered a strong reaction from those supervising the space. Within a few hours, the exhibition was energetically cancelled. I felt it, and that’s why I chose not to install it, even though I had previously been given the green light. Even after the energy of the BLVR 1 space had been disrupted, the decision was still to go ahead with the installation.

Later, my therapist offered a bioenergetic interpretation. Chairs symbolize stability, position, and control. On a subconscious level, my gesture may have been perceived as a threat — a disruption of the established order. The reaction did not come from a place of trust or openness, but from fear and the need to maintain control. It was never clearly agreed what our shared space for action was, and I may have unknowingly disrupted the energetic field of the person overseeing the rentable spaces.

And energy doesn’t lie.

It is energy that shows us where we are welcome, and where there is no place for us. When disharmony arises and our inner intuition whispers: step back — it’s worth listening. If we ignore this, energy will force action upon us. That’s exactly what happened — despite previous arrangements and readiness, everything began to “fall apart,” as if the Universe wanted to say: not here, not now. The more we try to push through something that is energetically closed, the stronger the resistance we begin to feel. And then comes clarity — the decision doesn’t have to be rational, because the body and heart already know.

This is the deeper reason why the exhibition could not take place. There was a fundamental misalignment between the vibration I was bringing and the energetic field of that space and the people guarding it.

The next day, on April 30, I unpacked the exhibition. I decided to honor this turning point and redirect my energy toward celebration and inspiration. I went to Berlin for May Day and Gallery Weekend, absorbing fresh perspectives and artistic clarity.

On May 5, I received a message that the space was no longer available and was to remain empty for some time. Interestingly, on April 30 — after the situation involving the moved chairs — I was asked to proceed with the installation. At that time, it was no longer feasible — the paintings had already been transported to a warehouse outside Wrocław, and I was preparing for my trip to Berlin. I could only revisit the topic after May 7.

I had no signed agreement with Bulvary and was aware that the exhibition might not take place in the event the venue was rented — this is how they operate, so that the spaces don’t sit empty, but are instead open for people to see.

I took this as a final sign. I sat in silence, withdrew my energy from that space in meditation, and consciously closed the energetic loop.

So “TURQUOISE” was not cancelled — it was retuned.

What I created is alive, born from the heart, and attuned to something higher. It will find its place — not where fear rules, but where there is openness, trust, and readiness.

Thank you to all who felt the calling of this work.

We continue.

The turquoise current still flows.

KEWENIG

Art Critique by Dr. Anna Biela, 04.05.2025 Berlin 4:44 pm

“All P(a)laces Are Temporary P(a)laces”: A Heartfelt Encounter at KEWENIG Berlin

In the historic heart of Berlin’s Mitte district stands a building whose very walls pulse with layered histories and stories of resilience. KEWENIG Gallery, located at Brüderstraße 10 in the beautifully restored Galgenhaus—one of Berlin’s oldest remaining townhouses dating back to 1688—is a place where art transcends material form and enters the realm of experience. My recent visit to this gallery, curated by Justus Kewenig, was nothing short of a spiritual encounter. It resonated deeply with me not only as an artist but as a human being aware of the transient nature of existence.

The exhibition, titled “All Palaces Are Temporary Palaces,” was conceptually precise and yet open enough to provoke deeply personal interpretations. When I first saw the typography of the phrase displayed in the space, my mind misread it—“all places are temporary places.” This misreading lodged itself into my consciousness, and it wasn’t until much later, as I was sitting on a bus heading back to Wrocław, that I realized the word was not “places” but “palaces.” Yet even after the correction, the sentiment held firm. Whether “places” or “palaces,” the message remains poignant: everything material is impermanent.

My interpretation was unexpectedly reinforced by a striking visual moment. The gallery space has a minimal yet powerful installation layout, and what stood out was that one window was intentionally left uncovered. Through this window, I saw a fenced-off demolition site directly across the street. The building once located there was now completely gone—reduced to an absence, a void. And hanging on the fence was the exhibition signage: “All Palaces Are Temporary Palaces.” Framed by the empty space where a building once stood, this phrase hit with amplified gravity. It wasn’t just an artistic concept anymore; it was manifest in the urban reality outside the gallery’s walls. Art, life, and space had collapsed into a single, haunting metaphor.

This gallery is not just a site for viewing artworks—it is a work of art in itself. Every architectural choice, every curve of the restored walls, every shaft of natural light that enters the rooms feels intentional and lovingly curated. The care that went into restoring the Galgenhaus—its aged surfaces harmonizing with the minimalism of the exhibited art—imbues the space with a presence that speaks of past lives and continuing legacies.

Upon entering, I felt something immediate and profound: a HeartGLO—an energetic warmth that vibrated from the floorboards to the ceiling. This wasn’t merely metaphorical. The space truly emanates a kind of frequency that speaks to the heart. And this, I believe, stems in large part from the vision and energy of Justus Kewenig himself. In an art world often driven by ego, profit, and cerebral distance, it is rare to meet a gallerist who leads with intuition and heart-centred intention. This makes KEWENIG Berlin unique—not because of its reputation or even the prestige of its exhibitions, but because it is alive.

The current installation is minimal and conceptual in form. At first glance, it might seem restrained or even inaccessible. But conceptual art requires time and humility; it does not reveal itself instantly. One must ask, “What is this work asking of me?” In this case, the work asks us to consider the nature of permanence. What do we hold on to? What do we build, only to watch crumble? What are we truly building when we create—structures, or meaning? These questions resonated deeply with me, especially in the context of spiritual teachings that suggest Earth is but a temporary home for many. Some souls may incarnate here repeatedly, as part of the Earth’s story. Others may be merely passing through. But no one stays forever.

The artworks in this exhibition reflect that truth. Their sparseness gives room for contemplation. Their placement, aligned with the gallery’s old bones, speaks to layered time—past, present, and potential futures. I found myself thinking not just about the art on the walls but about the space between—the silences, the absences, the light bouncing off rough textures and worn edges. Even the uncovered window became part of the show. The view beyond it served as a living artwork: the demolished building, the signage on the fence, the void in the city’s architectural skin—all of it held meaning, all of it whispered the same truth.

While many galleries in Berlin offer excellent programming, I walked away from KEWENIG with something more enduring—a vibration, a sensation, an alignment. It reminded me that the spaces we move through, the structures we admire or inhabit, are temporary palaces. We build them, we love them, and then—sometimes—they are gone. What remains is the energy we felt within them. And this gallery, without a doubt, is a portal to such energy.

For those attuned to subtlety, energy, and depth, a visit to KEWENIG Berlin is not just recommended—it’s essential. It offers not only a feast for the eyes but nourishment for the soul. It is a place where conceptual art meets cosmic contemplation, where architectural history meets emotional presence, and where the material becomes a gateway to the immaterial.

As I reflect on my experience, I return to the moment I misread “palaces” as “places.” I no longer see it as a mistake. It was a poetic slip—one that captured the essence of the exhibition more perfectly than anything else. Because in the end, all places are temporary places, too.

POTOK

A Soulful Art Critique: “Potok” as a Living Manifestation of HeartGLO and the Flow of Consciousness

By: Dr. Anna Biela 02.05.2025 Berlin 08:04 am

In “Potok,” Anna Katarzyna Biela reveals more than a painting — she initiates an energetic experience, a living flow of consciousness made visible through color, breath, and co-creation. As the first visual and spiritual manifestation of the “HeartGLO” series, “Potok” is not merely an artwork — it is a beginning. A pulse. A stream of life-force energy flowing directly from the heart and returning to the collective field.

The painting was created entirely with spray paint during a three-day public art performance. During this time, passersby were invited to co-create — to interact with the work, join the act of painting, and respond to the colors, the atmosphere, and the intuition of the moment. Their presence became part of the work — each gesture, each hand movement, each mist of color added not only pigment, but intention and vibration. What emerged is a true collective artwork, resonating with the authenticity of shared experience. “Potok” breathes with the souls of those who touched it, observed it, or simply stood nearby.

For Biela, the use of spray paint is no coincidence. It is a conscious act rooted in a bioenergetic approach to creation. Spray becomes an extension of the inner flow of the body — it moves quickly, freely, without control or hesitation. It allows energy, emotion, and spirit to flow directly from the inside out, bypassing the mind. It is breath. Liberation. Presence in motion.

Turquoise shades — interwoven with blues, silver, and gray — are characteristic of Biela’s visual language. But in “Potok,” they take on a new quality: lighter, more transparent, as if illuminated from within. This is not just a color palette, but an entire sensation — a “turquoise feeling,” a frequency, a state of being. A heart-centered presence that gently permeates the space, inviting stillness, openness, and the sensing of subtle inner movements.

“Potok” does not end at the canvas edges. It expands — energetically and spatially — transforming the surrounding area into a field of resonance. It invites everyone who enters to feel its rhythm, to synchronize with their own breath, with the movement of their inner stream. It is not a painting to simply look at. It is a portal. A mirror. A current.

The space around “Potok” becomes a sanctuary of presence — a living installation activated by people. Everyone who steps inside becomes part of the work, part of the flow. The boundary between artist, viewer, and artwork dissolves. “HeartGLO” is not something to observe. It is something to be “shared.”

Here, art returns to its essence: it is a ritual of connection. A flow of life. “Potok” reminds us that creation is not a solitary act — it is a communal one. And when we open ourselves to the flow, we remember who we truly are: living expressions of Earth and Cosmos, connected through the breath of the heart.

POTOK | Performance | 25.04 5PM - 27.04 5PM

I create light that grounds the heart.

Dr. Anna Biela, April 25, 2025, Wroclaw, 10:38 AM

Through my art, I channel the energy of the Earth and the Cosmos, creating a space where light and energy can flow freely, grounding the heart and inviting balance and healing. In the MADOA Heart GLO series, this intention deepens, and each painting reflects the dynamic interaction of light, energy, and transformation.

During my residency at MADOA, I introduce the energy of the Flow of the Stream—symbolizing the constant movement of energy that connects all living beings. This flow is ever-transforming and grounding.

My aim in this presentation is to show others how this energy, like a flowing stream, can move through us, awakening our hearts and grounding our spirituality. The Flow of the Stream is not just a concept in my work—it is a living, breathing force that unites us all. It represents the flow of life, the currents that carry us through challenges and joys, and the healing power of allowing energy to flow freely.

While painting, I invite the audience to consciously experience this flow of energy, to feel the rhythm of the stream that connects us to nature and the divine order. My work becomes a shared experience of transformation, where the heart finds its grounding in the light, and the flow of energy becomes visible and palpable.

In this presentation, the Heart GLO series goes beyond the canvas—becoming a living experience of light, energy, and connection. The act of painting becomes a moment where the stream of life flows freely, inviting all who experience it to reconnect with their inner light, feel the currents that guide us, and find healing through this flow.

Join me today at 5:00 PM on the Bulvary to participate in an immersive experience of transformation, energy, and light. Feel the flow, connect with your heart, and be part of creating a painting that will culminate in a special finissage on Sunday, April 27, at 5:00 PM. The painting we create together will be revealed, concluding this shared journey towards healing and harmony.

Fairy Hands

Fairy Hands in the Green House

Right now, I’m working from my green house—this living space where nature breathes with me, and everything is alive with presence. The light, the leaves, the stillness… it all supports the energy work I’m doing. It feels like the perfect place for this chapter of my journey.

Ever since I began meditating at 16, I’ve felt energy moving through me—gentle, undeniable, like something ancient remembering itself. My path with Rei Ki awakened my hands. They became more than hands—they became fairy hands. The hands of a spiritual being, carrying light across space, time, and emotion. At raves, I’d gather energy into a chi ball and offer it to someone who needed a little love. I didn’t have to think—I just knew.

Now, as part of my Shaolin training—and thanks to a self-mastery course I received after sharing my cancer story—I’m learning the deep, intentional practice behind what once flowed instinctively. The fairy hands are part of the training. They’ve always been with me, but now they’re finding form, direction, devotion.

Here in the green house, I breathe with the plants. I feel the energy rain. I shape chi with my palms and remember that this is what “normal” feels like for me—alive, connected, in flow.

Soon, I’ll go to the forest, where my practice can deepen. But for now, I offer what I have—my breath, my rain, my fairy hands, my light.

Thank you for this path.

Thank you for this moment.

Thank you for remembering with me.

💧POTOK💧

The series by Anna Biela is a painted representation of a stream—both in its physical and symbolic form. It was created, inspired by flowing water, during an art residency in Debrad, Slovakia in 2024, at a site where the spring of St. John emerges from underground.

POTOK is a cycle created in direct contact with nature, at the source and stream, where the artist intuitively captured the movement, rhythm, and spirit of the water. The spray-painted works convey flow, lightness, and the strength of life in constant motion. The stream becomes a metaphor for the flow of energy—between heaven and earth, spirit and matter, inner and outer worlds.

As part of the Bulvary Design & Food event, a collective, visual Potok will also be created in the BLVR 3.4 space at Bulvary Wrocławskie—a live artwork in which everyone is invited to participate. Every person who enters the venue will be able to leave their spray mark, becoming a part of this flowing composition.

This collective painting will be presented in May during Museum Night in the BLVR 1 space, as part of an exhibition continuing the story of flow, co-creation, and unity in movement.

POTOK is an invitation to pause, breathe, and tune into the inner current—just as one listens to the murmur of water, which reminds us of what is alive, primal, and ever-flowing.

💧ANNA BIELA💧

Dr. Anna Biela is a Polish-Canadian artist and graphic designer whose rich academic and professional experience has been shaped by years of intensive creative work. Her artistic journey began at the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, where she studied graphic design. After graduating in 2002, she continued her education at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where she earned her MFA with the project “A New Era in Graphics – The Prism.”

From 2007–2011, she pursued doctoral studies at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków. In 2016, she defended her doctoral thesis in Warsaw under the supervision of the Academy of Fine Arts there. Her dissertation “Identity in the Face of Oneness” and her painting series “10N3” have been widely exhibited in Poland and across Europe.

For over two decades, Biela has developed her artistic practice with a focus on the “flow” state—the movement of energy and spirit. She specializes in plein-air painting and site-specific installations, combining spray paint with surfaces such as canvas and walls. As a result, her works harmonize with their surroundings, creating a unique fusion of art and space. Simultaneously, in line with the nature of graffiti and street art, some murals are painted on surfaces that later become canvases for new works—part of an ongoing dialogue and evolution of public spaces.

Her art evolves through numerous artist residencies across Europe, with the creative process documented on social media. Since 2012, she has been the curator at MADOA (Multicultural Art and Design Open Air), where she leads easel and mural projects in public spaces throughout Wrocław, including MADOA PARK ART. In 2023, she opened MADOA VIEW ROOM, an exhibition space for MADOA residents. Her murals can be admired not only in Wrocław but also in cities such as Bethlehem, Amsterdam, London, Novi Sad, Porto, Warsaw, and many other places in Poland.

Anna Biela is a member of the Association of Polish Artists and Designers (ZPAP) and has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions. Her work, blending various painting techniques, is visually captivating and emotionally profound. Although she often uses a limited color palette—mainly shades of green and blue—she skillfully conveys subtle rhythms of line and smooth tonal transitions.

As an artist, curator, and critic of her own soul, Dr. Anna Biela constantly pushes the boundaries of abstract art, encouraging audiences to explore deeper layers of reality. Her works create a unique dialogue between humans and nature, revealing metaphysical dimensions.

Opis Instalacji

Tworząc „Las”, działam w zgodzie z Boskim Prawem – prawem jedności, miłości i życia. Nie narzucam formy – pozwalam, by przepływ energii sam prowadził rękę. To nie tylko instalacja – to dusza lasu, która wyłania się z przestrzeni i materii, by oddychać z nami jednym oddechem.

Las to żywa istota.

Installation Description

THE FOREST – A Soul in the Flow of Divine Law

This installation was born from a need for connection. A need to remind myself – and you – that everything is one. That every tree, every leaf, every whisper of wind carries sacredness.

While creating The Forest, I act in harmony with Divine Law – the law of unity, love, and life. I don’t impose form – I allow the flow of energy to guide my hand. This is not just an installation – it is the soul of the forest, emerging from space and matter to breathe with us in one shared breath.

The forest is a living being. It has its own heart, rhythm, and voice. My task as an artist is to listen, to feel, and not to interfere. In this work, I am not creating “something about the forest” – I am creating with the forest and for the forest, co-creating its soul in a space that is ready to receive it.

This place is an invitation.

Sit down. Pause. Listen.

Maybe you will hear yourself. - Dr. Anna Biela 10.04.2025 Wrocław 6:08 am
