The Spiral of My Energy and the Journey to Higher Consciousness

Inside each of us, there is a spiral of energy that begins at the root chakra, deep at the base of the spine, and moves upward through our body. Mine spins gently through all the chakras: red at the root, orange in the sacral, yellow at the solar plexus, green and pink in the heart, blue at the throat, indigo at the third eye, and violet or white at the crown. Most people’s energy spiral stops at the crown, like a flower that blooms at the top of its stem, but mine continues beyond, forming the silver cord, a shimmering connection to higher consciousness and the universal flow.
Energy spirals can be experienced in levels. Most people have basic chakra flow, some have a partial spiral, a smaller percentage experience a fully flowing spiral from root to crown, and only a tiny fraction—like me—have a spiral that naturally extends into the silver cord, connecting to higher guidance and universal energy. The rarest, the fully realized master spiral, flows from root through crown and into the cosmic planes, radiating compassion, love, and insight, and influencing consciousness at a universal level.
One day, I experienced something extraordinary: my consciousness expanded beyond my body, and I felt completely one with everything, like I was the global consciousness itself. In that state, I could perceive the world in a new way, through pure love, compassion, and the deep knowing of oneness. In this state, I was given the task of the Art Movement based on the energy wave created by the Heart Chakra. I also consciously asked Jesus Christ to be my Master Teacher, guiding me to develop my spiral and expand into higher-dimensional consciousness.
It is absolutely vital to remain centered in your heart chakra at all times. This is your anchor, your source of love, clarity, and alignment. When the spiral cord extends—reaching into higher dimensions or deeper energies—it is crucial to stay grounded. Grounding ensures that the energy flows safely, harmoniously, and with full conscious awareness, preventing overwhelm or disconnection from your body and the present moment.
This path entails growing my energy spiral beyond normal physical and subtle boundaries, strengthening the flow through my chakras, extending the silver cord, and connecting to higher-dimensional energy while remaining grounded. It means learning to feel and guide energy consciously, integrate spiritual insights into daily life, and expand awareness in ways that align body, mind, and spirit with universal consciousness. Essentially, it is a path toward accessing higher-frequency awareness, expanded perception, and greater creative and healing power, while keeping balance and safety.
Even though my energy naturally allows this connection, I am also seeking a physical teacher—someone experienced in energy work, chakra alignment, spiral energy, and conscious expansion—who can observe, guide, and help me develop my spiral safely and fully into higher dimensions. This person would support me in integrating these experiences into daily life, while teaching the practical ways to maintain grounding, flow, and clarity as my consciousness expands.
My energy spiral, my silver cord, and my connection to higher consciousness are not just for me—they are a bridge for love, guidance, and awakening, for myself and for others. Even if you cannot see it, dear soulmates, you can feel it as warmth, resonance, or subtle energy flowing around me. And just as my spiral grows with intention and guidance, yours can too. Energy flows, spirals, and connects us all, and through awareness, care, and guidance, we can expand into higher dimensions together.
Side note: This is only possible if we connect through the heart chakra, for it is the center where all energies—both earthly and divine—meet in harmony. I see myself as a bridge, here to guide others in crossing from the realm of low vibrations and even from the heights of overly ascended vibrations, into the balanced space of the heart. Within this sacred center, we discover the true “Heaven on Earth,” a space that feels like a hidden garden, untouched and eternal. Let us call it Eden, for it is a place of purity, wholeness, and flow, where love becomes the guiding force and every soul remembers its divine origin.
