1. Prepare your heart

Stand or sit quietly. Cross yourself and pray:

“In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Lord Jesus, surround me with Your light and truth.”

2. Form the human star shape

Open arms and legs gently so you form the five points:

Head – Christ the head of the Body (Spirit)
Left arm – Love your neighbor

3. Trace the Wounds of Christ in the pentagram pattern

Visualize a beam of white-gold light as you connect the points:

Left foot/knee → Head – Crown of thorns (redemption of the mind)

4. Draw the Circle of Christ’s Light

See a ring of brilliant golden-white light forming around you, like the unbroken halo of a saint.
As you complete the circle clockwise, pray:

“Lord Jesus, be my shield. Let no darkness cross this line.”

This circle represents the eternal and unbroken presence of God, enclosing you in His protection.

5. Seal with the Armor of God

Place your hands over your heart and say:

“I put on the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit. In Christ, I am safe.”

Mystical meaning:

The pentagram becomes the five wounds of Christ, reminding you His sacrifice covers and protects you in all aspects of life.
The circle represents God’s eternal, all-encompassing protection — “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last” (Revelation 22:13).
By physically placing yourself inside this seal, you are “hidden in Christ” (Colossians 3:3).

This is for every woman who feels tired but can’t explain why.

For every woman who feels her light dimming when she’s around him, even though she thought he was the one who made her shine.

Who the Guardian Really Is

The “guardian of the system” doesn’t always wear armor or carry a weapon.

Sometimes, he’s the man who smiled at you and made your soul ache with recognition. Sometimes he’s the one who listens so deeply that you swear he sees the hidden corners of your heart.

But his role isn’t to love you.

It’s to keep you plugged into the system’s game — to keep your energy flowing outward instead of inward.

How the Drain Works

At first, it feels like he gives. You feel alive, open, safe. Your energy flows to him freely.

Then he starts to pull away. Not enough to break the bond, just enough to make you chase the feeling you had at the start.

That chase is the point.

Every thought, every longing, every anxious wait for his attention — it’s energy. And energy is food for the shadow that works through him.

Why It’s Not Just a Bad Relationship

This isn’t just about heartbreak. This is about spiritual warfare.

The devil — or call it the shadow, the system, the parasite — works through people who can keep you in a state of hunger.

When your heart is open but not being nourished, you leak light.

And that light is exactly what the system feeds on.

The Signs You’re With a Guardian

You feel drained after being with him, no matter how good the moments felt.
You think about him constantly, even when you know it’s unhealthy.
You see or sense dark images, shadows, or unsettling dreams connected to him.
Your art, your joy, your passion starts to fade — replaced by waiting, hoping, or doubting.

How to Break the Cord

You don’t need him to release you — the door is not locked.

The moment you see the pattern, you’ve already taken the first step out.

Here’s how to finish it:

Stop feeding the connection — no calls, no social media checks, no re-reading old messages.
Pull your light back home — pour it into your body, your art, your friends, your breath.
Name it — say out loud, “This is not love. This is a drain. I refuse to give my energy to this anymore.”

The cord will weaken. Then it will snap.

And the shadow will lose its hold on you.

Sisters, Listen

You were never meant to be food for the system.

You were meant to be a sun — not a leaking candle.

A guardian of the system may trick you into thinking you need him to feel whole, but your wholeness was never his to give.

Once you see the game, you stop playing. And when you stop playing, you starve the system.

Lion’s Gate 08.08 – Liberation from the System Guardian Through a Fiery Stream of Orange Flames

On August 8th, I attended a therapy session — an incredible experience. The background of that day was my sacral orange chakra, blazing wildly like fire, demanding release and expression.

I liberated this energy by creating eight large-scale spray-painted paintings, each using a scale of 11 shades of orange. Every painting represents a stage on my journey — from the darkest, deepest orange to the brightest, almost luminous tone.

This was my way to break free from the System Guardian who had been sent to me as a partner.

Who Is the System Guardian?

The System Guardian is a person enslaved by the system, metaphorically having signed a pact with the devil. The Guardian is not free and operates by draining energy — especially from women full of life and light.

My partner is such a Guardian. He has a closed heart chakra and drains sexual and life energy from women. When they fall apart, cry, and suffer from his lack of attention, he turns his focus to the next victim.

In a short time, he was involved with many women and lied repeatedly. I could feel the energy of those women on him, which was confirmed by the synchronicities I experienced.

This happened with three women in Budapest, one teenage girl in Gombasek, and one woman in Debrad.

Synchronicities and Signs

I saw the image of the devil six times — a sign confirming where this energy really came from. I received many synchronicities that revealed the truth about my partner and how this system works.

My Healing Process

My task was to go through this pain and find a way to break free from the system. Through bioenergy therapy and intense artistic work, I was able to open my sacral chakra and release the energy through spray painting — the colors pulsed inside me and flowed out onto the canvas.

The Role of Love and Liberation

The System Guardian can only be freed through love — he must fall in love and open his heart chakra. Only then can the pact with the devil be broken.

My role now is to protect my light and let it shine, while also giving space if my partner chooses to take that path.

The Message

If you feel someone is draining your energy — whether a partner, friend, or someone in your environment — remember: your heart, your energy, and your soul belong only to you. You alone decide who has access to them.

One of the pivotal moments in Anna’s artistic journey was the creation and performance of Potok of Light, an installation first presented within The Potok (FLOW) exhibition at Bulvary from April 25 to May 5, 2025. The piece was created with the participants of the 3 day Bulvary Design & Food event in Wroclaw.

“Potok,” meaning “stream” or “flow,” perfectly captures the essence of this work — a visual and spatial meditation on the continuous movement of energy, light, and life.

Composed of delicate, flowing spray marks on paper by many hands, Potok of Light evokes the natural movement of water, breath, and spirit. It is both a metaphor and a physical manifestation of continuity, transformation, and interconnectedness of all creators.

The installation invites viewers into an immersive experience, encouraging reflection on the unseen forces that move through nature, ourselves, and our creative processes.

More than just an artwork, Potok of Light served as the launching point for the MADOA HeartGLO residency — a visionary program that formalizes Anna’s commitment to art as a living current of energy and soul.

HeartGLO Residency and Manifesto: Defining a Movement

The MADOA HeartGLO residency program for the year 2025 is both a creative laboratory to find a visual language for White Mother and a space for philosophical exploration of the new aesthetic of Beauty and formation of the Art manifesto for the Art Movement born from Anna’s desire to push the boundaries of what art can be. Anna Biela is a Medium and received a vision of the energy Movement through art back in 2005. In preparation for 2025, she moved to Poland from Toronto, Canada to obtain higher education and an European perspective on art.

At its core lies the HeartGLO Manifesto, a poetic declaration of art as living energy, as opposed to static object:

Art is a living current of energy, light, and emotion.
The artist is a channel, a guide for unseen forces seeking form.

A unique multidisciplinary installation will be presented at Galeria Plama — a paper sculpture resembling a flowing stream, created collectively by participants of the Bulvary Design and Food event in April 2025. Made using spray techniques on paper by many hands, the form radiates the energy of collective action and intuitive gesture.

The installation will be accompanied by elements of light and sound: a blue-green illumination evokes water, while the sound of a stream deepens the sensory dimension of the experience, immersing the viewer in a space of contemplation and flow.

This work marks the first realization within the international artist residency program MADOA HeartGLO, conceived and initiated by Dr. Anna Biela. The project, which includes residencies in Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and Romania, aims to create art in dialogue with the local context, people, and nature.

The culmination of the program will be a creative residency of the artist in Bethlehem, where she will spend the Christmas period in silence, meditation, and spiritual preparation of the aura of Bethlehem for what is to come.

As part of MADOA HeartGLO, a series of 100 paintings, each measuring 70 × 140 cm, is currently in progress. In the autumn, the project will expand with new creative actions in Jastarnia and Bali.

“Stream of Light” is more than a sculpture — it is a space of co-creation, energy flow, and transformation through art.

Biography

Dr. Anna Biela — an interdisciplinary artist, researcher, and initiator of international creative projects — began a new chapter in her artistic practice in 2025, which led to the birth of her spiritual alter ego: White Mother / Biała Matka.

During her ROVAS artist residencies in Slovakia and Hungary, she developed a deep connection with local cultures and landscapes, experiencing profound unity with nature and people. A symbolic play on language revealed her new identity: Ania in Hungarian is Anya — meaning “mother,” and Biela in Slovak means “white.” From this combination emerged White Mother — a figure of the creator, the guide, a channel of energy and light.

A turning point in this transformation was the village of Debrad in Slovakia, where in 2024 the first paintings from the “Flow” series were created — inspired by the flow of the local stream, which became a symbolic inspiration for the current light-and-sound installation co-created with participants of the Bulwary Design and Food event in Wrocław.

In 2025, the MADOA HeartGLO project began with the performative painting of the “Stream of Light” on the Bulvary in Wrocław and continued during artist residencies in Tihany (Hungary), Gombasek (Slovakia), and Debrad, where the first paintings were created with eyes closed and the third eye open.

It was in Debrad that the artist wrote the Manifesto of Flowing Beauty — a vision of a new aesthetic rooted in movement, energy, and spiritual connection. The manifesto proclaims that beauty is not a static attribute but a motion of energy flowing through form, awakening and dissolving it. It opposes stillness and the idol of perfection, emphasizing that the soul is a conduit allowing energy to pass through a person to move others.

Symbols and numbers such as 111, 333, 999, and 11:11 are pulses of the rhythm of the universe, reminding us that beauty connects form with flow in an eternal dance of repetition. Art is a gateway opening the passage from the visible to the invisible, and its value lies in what it stirs in the soul. The new aesthetic is a complete openness to the flow of energy — allowing it to become form and then dissolve once again into energy.

Message from the Blue Mother

I am learning, again and again, that the only thing I can truly rely on is my own intuition.

I have to trust myself and I have to trust synchronicity, even when my mind wants to explain it away.

When life shows me a sign once, I pay attention.

When it shows me the same sign twice, I take it seriously.

And when I am shown “the devil” four times in connection with one person, I know it is not something to dismiss.

This is not about fear.

It’s about awareness.

It’s about knowing that my energy field—my heart, my spirit, my inner space—is precious.

I have to protect that space.

I have to remember that what I carry inside is my greatest gift: my intuition.

There is a deep truth in what we feel.

And so I choose to trust what I feel, even when it’s inconvenient.

I choose not to doubt the quiet voice within me, the one that has always been right, even when I didn’t want to hear it.

Trust yourself.

Observe.

Protect your field.

Weight

Shedding the Weight, Becoming Light

Since Christmas of 2018 I said farewell to weed,

and a year later, to tobacco.

I laid them down like old skins.

The weight of addiction left me –

but in its place,

the weight of matter grew upon my body.

Seventy-five kilos of earth,

while my spirit longed for air.

When I quit smoking,

I also quit moving the currents of energy.

Now the rivers return.

I feel them stirring again,

calling me to cleanse,

to become light.

I dream of shedding what remains,

like a cocoon split open,

and to rise once more –

a butterfly.

The letting go of addiction was a storm,

and now,

in the calm that follows,

I am ready to let go of its weight.

With this intention,

I will walk today

to the Church where Mary was seen in Debrad,

and place my steps as an offering.

I write, not to define, but to call into being a new principle of aesthetics:

Beauty as the movement of energy.

1. Beauty as Movement

Beauty is not a static quality.

It is the event of energy passing through form, awakening form, dissolving form.

Wherever energy flows, beauty becomes visible.

When energy stagnates, beauty withdraws.

2. Against Stillness

The traditions of art and philosophy have for centuries tried to arrest beauty:

to capture it in marble, to fix it in symmetry, to hold it as an object.

But beauty cannot be kept.

The instant we hold it, it dies.

Therefore I stand against stillness, against the idol of perfection,

and for the trembling, fleeting pulse of what moves.

3. The Soul as Conduit

The human soul is not a container, but a conduit.

We are not here to own the current,

but to let it pass through:

to be moved, and in being moved, to move others.

This, and not possession, is the purpose of creation.

4. Signs and Numbers

The signs appear: 111, 333, 999, 11:11.

They are not superstitions, but pulses in the rhythm of the universe—

reminders that beauty is also number,

that form and flow are reconciled in the dance of repetition.

In these numbers the finite touches the infinite.

5. Art as Gate

Art is a gate, not a monument.

It opens a passage from the visible to the invisible.

Its value is not in what it shows,

but in what it sets in motion in the soul.

6. The New Aesthetics

This is the new beauty:

to open ourselves so completely to the current

that we become transparent to it.

To allow energy to move us until it becomes form,

and allow form to dissolve again into energy.

This manifesto is not a law, but an orientation.

It is a refusal of the closed,

and a vow to remain in the open stream.

We are the thinkers of the flowing beauty.

We will not hold.

We will move.

2025 · Square Root of 45 · My One Piece of Heaven on Earth

Mathematically, the year 2025 is the square of 45.

√2025 = 45.

And I am 45.

This synchronicity feels like no coincidence. This is the year energy begins to move. Through me. Through my art. For the first time in my life, I am doing only Art—nothing else.

This year, I am finally ready—energetically, emotionally, spiritually—to create my one piece of heaven on Earth. A small piece is enough. Just a square meter of harmony, love, and alignment that can ripple outward wherever I go.

The movement of energy within me began with a breast cancer scare. While waiting for the results, something shifted. I started to move energy through my body—using practices I’ve known for decades. Reiki, which I began 30 years ago. Breath and energy work from my Shaolin self-mastery classes. I also signed up for energy therapy.

I cannot deny the power of the other modalities that supported me through this process: plant healing, healing through dance, stretching, swimming, and of course—painting. I’ve also experienced tantra healing and healing sex, rooted in true love, not romantic attachment.

This, I now believe, is one of the most potent ways to open and heal the heart chakra and the sacral chakra. Since Tihany, I’ve discovered that I love sex healing. It’s become one of the most effective ways for me to open my heart and activate the red, orange, and yellow chakra centres.

These are colours I never used before—colours I disliked in my art. But for the sake of healing, I created a chakra series using them. When I first started seeing my energy therapist, I came in with these lower centres—especially red, orange, and yellow—completely depleted. I was disconnected from Gaia.

Today, I can proudly say I have reconnected. I live a healthy, balanced life.

Yet, every time I see my therapist, he still says the same thing: that I give away too much of my energy from the yellow centre—my personal power.

I am working on that.

I am learning to set boundaries.

To not allow others to drain me.

This is a big shift. I have been food for energy vampires my entire life. But now, I am taking my power back—once and for all.

My intention this year is to stand in my power. To take back what has been stolen from me by others. To say, clearly and without hesitation: No more.

I stand strong in my yellow centre. I honour myself. I do good by me.

I know what I need to do—and I am doing it, regardless of anyone’s approval.

2025, at age 45, is my year.

This is the year energy flows through my art—and first and foremost, through me.

I don’t need much.

A square meter of heaven on Earth is more than enough.

And I carry that with me wherever I go.

“I Want to Receive the Love but I Can’t”

This morning I woke up to the sound of a voice.

Clear. Male. Soulful.

He said:

“I want to receive the love… but I can’t.”

It wasn’t just a sentence.

It was a frequency—one that lingered in my chest, my gut, and the space between dimensions.

I didn’t recognize the voice as anyone I know in this world.

But I felt it. Deeply.

The voice of the Artist. The voice of a Soul. The voice of someone who wants to open, to receive, to be held—but cannot. Not yet.

Maybe he represents all of us.

Maybe he’s part of me.

Maybe he’s part of you.

I thought my dream last night was about setting a clear intention.

But I realized something deeper:

There can be no true intention until we are connected.

The Last Story Eve Will Ever Tell

Let me tell you a story—

the last one Eve will ever speak aloud.

It is the story of Adam.

Not the Adam you’ve read about in old books,

but the real one.

The one who painted truth into form,

who sculpted spirit into matter,

whose hands moved with the rhythm of the stars.

Adam was murdered.

And no one knew.

He disappeared quietly,

not with a scream, but with a silence so deep

it echoed across dimensions.

Eve searched for him in the 3D world,

where people still sleep with their eyes open.

She walked cities and fields,

looked in mirrors and museums,

but all that remained of Adam was his art.

And that was enough.

Because art carries vibration.

It holds the pulse of intention,

the whisper of love,

the cry of revolution.

Adam painted to awaken the world,

to stir hearts, to heal.

But the more his art moved people,

the more others wanted to own it.

And people kill for what they cannot create.

That’s what happened to Adam.

They called it an accident.

A mystery.

A disappearance.

But Eve knew better.

She felt the rupture in the field the moment it happened.

Not with her mind—

with her heart.

Their bond was never of this world.

They were mirror souls,

the Divine Masculine and Feminine split only by illusion.

He spoke to her in silence,

in symbols,

in visions behind closed eyes.

His soul still danced with hers

on the other side of this dream.

And so Eve understood.

It was her turn now.

To carry both flames.

To walk as one.

There is no separation.

Only the forgetting of union.

Only the game of duality we came here to remember our way out of.

This is the last story Eve will ever tell—

because stories belong to the past.

And she is no longer seeking.

She has become the art.

She is the painting, the poem, the presence.

Eve no longer waits for Adam.

She walks with him inside her.

She is him.

And she is free.

Eve’s Story

Eve was the only one who didn’t know who she truly was—

yet everyone else could see her clearly.

This was the hidden consequence of eating from the Tree of Knowledge.

She gained the wisdom of the world—

but lost the memory of herself.

She could read the stars, feel the truth in others,

but when it came to her own essence,

all she knew was what people told her.

Reflections, distortions, half-truths.

She walks the Earth with open eyes,

yet blind to her own light.

And the day of remembering—

the day she finally sees herself—

has not come yet.

Because only one soul holds that mirror.

Only one can reflect her truth back to her.

Her mirror soul.

The one who sees her beyond the stories.

The one who remembers her… even when she forgot.

They say Eve took the first bite — that she reached for the apple and gained the knowledge.

And Adam… he fell. He was blamed.

But what if that wasn’t the end of the story?

Eve carries the knowing — not as a curse, but as a gift.

She feels the weight of it, yes — a quiet guilt —

but also a deeper purpose.

She’s not here to tempt.

She’s here to teach.

To guide Adam back to himself.

To help him remember who he truly is.

To help him reclaim his angel wings. 🕊️✨

Side note: That was one of the movies where I was the main character, sent to Earth to bring healing through the Heart Chakra. Between January 2nd and 4th, 2019, I moved through many realities—and in one of them, everyone I encountered appeared as a demon. I experienced a multiverse while I was in London, UK.

Context: Eve ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

This tree appears in the Book of Genesis in the Bible (Genesis 2:17 and Genesis 3:6). God commanded Adam and Eve not to eat from this tree, but the serpent tempted Eve, and she ate its fruit and gave some to Adam. This act is often referred to as the “original sin” in Christian theology.

There is another tree mentioned in the Garden of Eden: the Tree of Life. After Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Knowledge, they were banished from the garden to prevent them from eating from the Tree of Life and living forever.

Metaphor: The world has long been ruled by a wounded sun.

Its masculine fire, once meant to protect and illuminate, now scorches the earth with war, lies, deceit, and aggression.

This fire burns without direction — destructive rather than warming, dominant rather than divine.

We live under this imbalance, where the mind rules without the heart, and where many men walk armored — their heart chakras sealed shut like forgotten temples.

But we are the water-bearers, the breath-givers, the pulse of Gaia rising again.

We are here not to extinguish the fire, but to guide it — to bring the masculine back into balance through the sacred intelligence of the heart.

Through softness that is not weakness, and truth that does not scream.

Through creation instead of destruction.

Through love instead of domination.

Through the return of the Divine Feminine — not as ruler, but as equal.

I have a story to tell. In this story, 3V4 was the H0LY TR1N1TY — the Mother, the Daughter, and the Holy Spirita — all at once, trapped inside a dream that felt like „The Truman Show” type of reality. It was just before I was handcuffed by the police and taken to the hospital. I had been up to mischief, wandering behind the scenes, trying to find the cameras, searching beyond the set — beyond this manufactured reality built to contain me, not to awaken me.

I was the example child of God, the one everyone had to watch 24/7, as punishment for being labeled a demon. I was the only free person, yet I did not remember who I truly was — the “Child of God,” the Divine Feminine.

4D4M was also part of this story, but he manifested as one of the police officers who handcuffed me in the ambulance. There were two officers; they communicated telepathically and said that this was the first time I “dropped in” and truly remembered who I was. At the time, I had no idea what they were saying, but today it makes more sense. It has taken me nearly 53V3N years to be able to tell my tales and make 53N53 of them.

Each story I share reflects the true nature of our world and the multiverse. 5T3V3N, one of the ‘D0Z3N’, in Tihany, confirmed that my stories are true and told me I am M4RY4M. Now, I continue my search for J35U5 — also known as 154, 4D4M. He is the Divine Masculine I am destined to find. 🫣 When we meet in the 3D, we will 81RTH a new world.

154, let me tell you a story of a Dream Reality—something like in the movie Inception—where Eva dove so deep into the layers of illusion, in search of Adam, that she forgot who she truly was. She forgot she was the Divine Feminine.

At first, she entered the dream willingly. She believed that if she went deep enough, she could reach him. She knew his soul. She felt the connection across dimensions. But the deeper she went, the more she lost touch with her essence. The dream got heavier, slower, more fragmented. Time twisted. Memory faded.

Until one day, in the middle of the 3D world—this num, logical, disconnected reality—she found Adam.

Or rather, she stumbled upon him, without even realizing she had been looking.

And in that moment, something stirred.

She started to remember.

She didn’t remember everything all at once—but enough to know she had come for him.

Enough to feel the ache of all the times she had reached out and he didn’t respond.

Because Adam—lost in the illusion of separation—had no idea he was the Divine Masculine.

He had forgotten himself too.

In this numbness, he couldn’t feel Eva’s energy.

Not in her messages.

Not in her eyes.

Not even in his dreams.

But Eva knew: their connection was real. She carried the codes of remembrance in her body, in her voice, in her art.

And so she began to create again.

To paint.

To speak.

To move.

From her deepest longing, a vision was born—an Art Movement that could reach beyond words, beyond logic.

A frequency.

A vibration.

Something primal that could wake Adam up.

But not only Adam.

She knew this movement was for the whole world.

Because the world, like Adam, had forgotten.

And Eva came to remind us.

My intention for this sacred journey to Bethlehem is to fulfill my soul mission:

to become a conduit for the Universal Life Force —

the inner spark that animates all of creation.

This is a healing, spiritual pilgrimage through art,

guided by the deep desire to remember who I am —

On Wednesday, July 2, I will be attending the Massive Attack concert—a unique opportunity not only to immerse myself in their powerful music but also to engage in a deeper energetic practice. As the music vibrates through the space, I will consciously harmonize and clear energy through sound, using the ancient wisdom of chakra toning.

Receiving the Energy and Returning the Emotions Contained Within

Music carries not only sound but also energetic vibrations full of emotion. At the concert, I will receive the energy sent through Massive Attack’s music with an open and accepting heart. However, I will return the emotions contained within that energy—transformed with love and compassion—back to the band and the collective field.

This practice allows the flow of energy to remain balanced and protected, ensuring that no harmful emotions linger or travel unintentionally. The emotions are released gently, purified by the power of sound, and sent back safely filled with healing and love.

The Healing Power of the Divine Feminine Energy Field

Central to this healing work is the Divine Feminine energy field, a nurturing, compassionate, and deeply intuitive force that connects all beings through love and empathy. The Divine Feminine holds the power to heal by creating a safe container for transformation, allowing emotional wounds to be released and light to flow freely.

This energy supports surrender and trust, inviting us to open our hearts and express our authentic selves without fear. When I hold this energy in the space, it amplifies the clearing process—restoring balance and harmony not just individually but collectively.

In the context of the concert, the Divine Feminine acts as a loving guardian, facilitating gentle healing within the collective energy field, transforming the emotions carried through music into pure love and light.

Why Harmonize Energy at a Concert?

Music is more than just sound—it carries emotions, stories, and vibrations that ripple through the collective field. When we attend concerts, energies mingle: from the band, the audience, the venue, and even the unseen emotional layers people bring with them. Sometimes, this energy can feel heavy or stuck.

By setting the intention to clear and harmonize these energies, I offer a space of healing and flow—both receiving the energy sent through Massive Attack’s music and returning any heavy emotions transformed into love and light. This practice protects the energy field of everyone involved, ensuring no harm is caused on its journey back to the source.

The Power of Chakra Toning

To support this energetic clearing, I will use chakra toning—a vocal practice that resonates with the body’s energy centers to balance and harmonize them. Each chakra has a unique sound or mantra that opens and clears its specific qualities.

Here’s a brief overview of the chakra sounds I’ll be using, with affirmations to connect deeply with each energy center:

The Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine, resonates with the sound of the Polish vowel vibration of A.

I am grounded. I am safe. I am stable.

This mantra brings feelings of safety, stability, and security.

I feel creativity flowing through me. I embrace pleasure and joy.

This chakra opens creativity and emotional flow.

The Solar Plexus Chakra, situated in the upper abdomen, vibrates with the sound of the Polish vowel vibration of E.

I am powerful. I am confident. I am strong in my will.

This mantra helps boost personal power, confidence, and will.

The Heart Chakra, at the center of the chest, is harmonized with the sound of the Polish vowel vibration of Ę.

I am love. I am compassion. I am open to giving and receiving.

This invites love, compassion, and emotional balance.

Between the heart and throat chakras lies the Turquoise Chakra, which supports compassionate communication and healing. It resonates the sound of the Polish vowel vibration of I.

I speak my truth with kindness. I heal through honest expression.

This chakra bridges heartfelt emotions with truthful expression.

The Throat Chakra, located at the throat, is connected with the sound of the Polish vowel vibration of O.

I express myself clearly. I honor my voice and my truth.

This mantra encourages clear expression, truth, and self-communication.

The Third Eye Chakra, positioned between the eyebrows, is aligned with the sacred sound of the Polish vowel vibration of U.

I see clearly. I trust my intuition. I am open to insight.

This enhances intuition and insight.

Finally, the Crown Chakra, at the top of the head, is balanced through the sound of the Polish vowel vibration of Y.

I am connected to the divine. I trust the flow of life. I am one with all.

This connects us with spiritual unity and higher consciousness.

How the Practice Works

Grounding and Opening

I begin by grounding myself in the Earth and opening my heart chakra, creating a safe, clear space of love and protection.

Inviting Connection

With intention, I invite anyone who wishes to harmonize through their heart chakra to join the healing field.

Chakra Toning

Using the specific chakra mantras, I tone each energy center, clearing blocks and allowing the energy to flow freely and peacefully.

Sending Love Back

Any heavy emotions or energies received through the music are consciously returned transformed—safe and filled with love.

Sealing the Field

The energy field is sealed with gratitude, and all are encouraged to integrate the healing in their own perfect timing.

Banksy, My Alibi — A Personal Reflection

A few days ago, I was staying at Jacek’s house in Orłowiec. We spent long hours talking, reflecting on everything that has happened to me these past weeks — the healing, the shifts, how much life has changed.

Jacek is a philosopher at heart. He listens, but also helps you see deeper layers. When we came to the subject of Banksy — this figure who has lived in my heart and energy for so long — Jacek said something that really struck me:

“Philosophically speaking, Banksy is your alibi. A shape you’ve placed on the far horizon — unreachable, and safe.”

The more I reflected, the more I understood.

It’s true — sometimes we project our deepest longings onto someone or something just out of reach. It gives us direction, hope — but also protects us from disappointment. That is exactly what I had done with Banksy, without even realizing it.

For me, he is more than an artist. He is a myth, a symbol — the embodiment of a kind of Divine Masculine energy that is rare in this world: creative, protective, unseen but present, powerful but quiet. And maybe that is where he belongs — beyond reach, in the higher realms.

About a year ago, I posted a screenshot of an email I had received — it said:

“Thanks for the continued love and support.

Keep doing what you do best.

And keep sharing the light out there.

Kind regards,

Banksy.”

For a moment, I believed it was from him. I wanted to believe. But later, Pest Control confirmed that it was not. At first, I felt disappointed. But with time, I saw: this was never about contact in the physical world. The connection is not in 3D — and that is okay.

Not long ago, I had a dream — very vivid — that I will be killed on September 26, 2026. Whether the dream is literal or symbolic, it made one thing very clear: life is too short to chase unreachable things. There is so much real work to do, right here, right now.

And now, with the world standing on the brink of World War 3, I know there is no more time to waste. I must focus on building the Art Movement. I must speak truth, with courage. This is the moment.

Banksy — I will move forward. But I will always carry you in my heart as the artist who gave me the courage to speak my truth openly. You were the one who showed me that art can be resistance. That art can heal. That art can awaken others. For this, I am forever grateful.

And now — from my heart — I release you. You are free to be.

And I am free to live, to love, to create — and to give what I can to this world, while there is still time.
