Wife

A woman may accept a husband, but a husband chooses his wife.

By Anna Biela, Ph.D.

12 / 10 / 2026 / VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

“A woman will accept any husband, but one girl is better than another.” — Sirach 26:21

Today, I drew a Bible quote card after seeing a post of a boy painting his last graffiti before the motorway by Banksy, paired with the song “Smalltown Boy” — a song about loneliness, rejection, and the pain of feeling that you don’t belong.

The first verse I drew was:

“The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of His hands.” — Psalm 19:2

I asked God to help me understand the message. Then I opened the Bible to the passage and, with my eyes closed, pointed my finger directly to verse 24:

“Whoever finds a wife has a beginning of good fortune, a help like himself and a strong support.” — Sirach 36:24

What struck me was the synchronicity: reality, music, Scripture, and hurt feelings coming together in one moment.

A boy painting his last graffiti before the motorway by Banksy. A song called “Smalltown Boy.” A verse about the heavens proclaiming God’s glory. And then, a verse about finding a wife who becomes a companion and a strong support.

It made me reflect on the pain of rejection and the hurt feelings that can exist on both sides of a relationship.

Sometimes, the deepest hurt comes from feeling that someone has seen your appearance but failed to see you. That they have formed an opinion about your body without taking the time to understand your heart, your spirit, your vulnerability, or the love you are capable of giving.

And sometimes, hurt feelings make us withdraw, build walls, or struggle to express what we truly need. Two people can both feel rejected, each carrying their own pain, while neither fully understands what the other is experiencing.

The wider biblical reading begins with a call to learn to discern wisely. It speaks about distinguishing what is good, recognizing truth, and looking beyond appearances. It then describes the value of a woman’s beauty, the kindness of her words, and the blessing of a wife who becomes a companion and a strong support.

And this is what I would want you to understand, my husband.

When you judge a woman by her body rather than her spirit, you risk hurting the very person you might otherwise have come to know and love. A woman’s worth cannot be measured by whether she meets your physical expectations. She is a whole human being, with feelings, faith, struggles, tenderness, and a heart that can be wounded.

Hurt feelings deserve to be acknowledged, not dismissed. They are not a weakness. They can reveal how deeply we long to be accepted, respected, and loved for who we are. But they also ask us to reflect on how we treat others, because our words, judgments, and choices can leave wounds that another person carries long after the moment has passed.

I cannot claim to know what the boy in that post was feeling, or that these Bible verses were a direct message about a particular person. But the connection between the image, the song, and the Scripture made me reflect on how universal the longing to belong really is.

The verse about a wife describes a companion and a strong support. It reminds us that marriage is not simply about choosing someone who looks the way we want. It is about recognizing a whole person and building a relationship grounded in respect, faithfulness, compassion, and mutual care.

And the first verse reminds me that the heavens proclaim God’s glory without needing to explain themselves.

Perhaps we, too, need to learn to look beyond what is immediately visible and treat one another with greater tenderness.

Because behind every rejection, there may be hurt feelings. Behind every wall, there may be vulnerability. And behind every person we judge, there is a human being whose inner world we may never fully understand.

Before you judge someone’s appearance, consider their feelings. Before you reject their heart, consider the pain your judgment might cause. And before you decide who someone is, give yourself the chance to truly see them.

Look beyond the body.
Look beyond the surface.
Look at the heart.

Because we all deserve to be seen as whole human beings.

Narcissism vs. Love

Rebuking Narcissism — Love According to Corinthians

By Anna Biela, Ph.D.

11 / 10 /2026 / VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

I have dated narcissists my entire life, so I can recognise narcissistic behaviour almost immediately—not necessarily because of what a person says, but because of how their behaviour makes me feel. I have learned to recognise the patterns: the manipulation, the control, the humiliation, the confusion, and the gradual erosion of self-worth.

Experience has taught me that not everything presented as love is love, and not everyone who claims to care about you has your best interests at heart.

Love is not control. Love is not humiliation. Love is not manipulation.

Love respects, protects, and recognises the dignity of another human being.

As written in 1 Corinthians 13:4–5:

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.”

This is the love I believe in: a love that does not seek to dominate, diminish, or destroy another person, but recognises their God-given dignity.

I rebuke narcissistic behaviour, manipulation, humiliation, and control. I choose truth over deception, compassion over cruelty, and love over domination.

Palestine Action 🇵🇸

He[art]pour — Pure Love From Our Hearts ❤️🖤🤍💚

By Anna Biela, Ph.D.

11 / 10 / 2026 / VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

I REBUKE ALL DARKNESS. I REBUKE GENOCIDE. THERE IS NO QUESTION ABOUT IT.

I reject the violence, hatred, dehumanization, and destruction taking place in Palestine. I rebuke every force that turns human beings against one another and allows cruelty to overshadow compassion. In my spiritual understanding, these are manifestations of darkness — parasitic „demonic” influences that feed on fear, hatred, and division.

I stand against them with faith, truth, and love. 🤍🖤❤️💚

I stand in solidarity with the global mobilization for Palestine and everyone around the world taking action for Palestinian freedom, justice, and human rights.

I am pouring my heart into this because I cannot remain indifferent to the suffering of others. Every life lost, every family torn apart, every child growing up surrounded by fear, and every person deprived of safety, dignity, and freedom is a reminder of our shared humanity.

No human life should be treated as less valuable than another. No child should have to pay the price of war. No family should have to live in constant fear of losing everything. And no people’s suffering should become something the world learns to ignore.

We cannot allow compassion to depend on nationality, religion, ethnicity, or political convenience. Human rights must mean human rights for everyone.

To everyone marching, protesting, speaking out, organizing, and refusing to remain silent: stay strong. Your voices matter. Your presence matters. Your solidarity matters.

This is deeply connected to my exhibition, “He[art]pour.” Pouring my heart into art is also about pouring my heart into the world. What flows from the heart should not stop at the gallery walls. It must reach beyond them, into our communities, into our actions, and into the lives of others.

Because this is what the world needs. Not more hatred, division, and indifference, but pure love flowing from our hearts. Love that recognizes the humanity of every person. Love that refuses to look away from suffering. Love that becomes compassion, solidarity, and action.

This is for all of us. Beyond borders, beyond differences, beyond anything that tries to separate us, we are human beings sharing one world. We all deserve dignity, freedom, safety, and the chance to live in peace.

A Message From God — A Reflection

After writing this, I asked God for guidance. As part of my daily practice, I opened the Bible and received a passage that spoke to me:

“I put all my hope in the Lord; He leaned down to me and heard my cry.”

— Psalm 40:2

I took this first passage as an invitation to place my hope in God and trust that He hears us when we call upon Him.

I then received another passage that helped me reflect more deeply on the first:

“I will lead the blind on unfamiliar roads, I will turn darkness into light before them and rough places into level ground. These are the things I will do; I will not forsake them.”

— Isaiah 42:16

To me, these two passages speak to one another. The first is about placing our hope in the Lord and knowing that our cries are heard. The second speaks of guidance when we cannot see the way ahead.

As I reflect on Palestine and the suffering of so many people, I am reminded of how important it is not to turn away from darkness, but to bring light through compassion, courage, prayer, and action.

We may not always know how to change the world or how to overcome the immense suffering we witness. We may feel powerless in the face of injustice. But we can choose not to become indifferent. We can keep our hearts open, raise our voices, stand beside those who suffer, and do what we can to protect human dignity.

For me, the message of these passages is a reminder to keep trusting God while continuing to act with love. Faith is not a reason to look away from suffering. It can be a reason to respond to it with greater compassion.

The first passage was a call to trust. The second reminded me that even on unfamiliar roads, we can seek guidance and find light in the darkness.

Perhaps this is also part of what “He[art]pour” means to me: allowing what comes from the heart to flow outward, beyond the individual, beyond the gallery walls, and into the world.

May we never become so accustomed to suffering that we stop feeling it. May we never lose our humanity in the face of injustice.

I pour my heart into art. I pour my heart into humanity. I pour my heart into the call for a free Palestine.

Pure love from our hearts. For all of us. This is what the world needs.

Pour

A reflection on Psalm 62 (61)
By Anna Biela, Ph.D.

10 / 10 / 2026 / VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

“Trust in Him at all times, O people. Pour out your hearts before Him, for God is our refuge.”
— Psalm 62:8 (Psalm 62:9 in many Catholic Bibles)

What struck me most when I opened Psalm 62 (61) was this passage:

“Pour out your hearts before Him.”

I couldn’t help but connect these words with He[art]pour, my new exhibition at the View Room.

The word pour out evokes more than pouring liquid. It suggests releasing what is held inside: emotions, sorrow, gratitude, love, fear, and prayer. It is the act of allowing what lives within us to flow freely, without holding back, before the One who is our refuge.

This connects beautifully with my exhibition title, He[art]pour.

Pour — to flow or release.
Outpour — to pour forth abundantly.
Outpouring — an abundant release of emotion, love, prayer, or the Spirit.
Inpouring — something flowing inward.
Overflow — to exceed what can be contained.
Pouring heart — a heart giving itself openly.
Pour your heart out — to express your deepest feelings.
Pour forth — to release or give abundantly.

To pour out one’s heart before God is to surrender, to trust, and to allow everything held inside to flow freely into His presence. No masks, no holding back, no fear of being too much. Just the heart, as it is, pouring itself out before the One who is our refuge.

And perhaps this is what He[art]pour is about: allowing what lives within the heart to become creation, letting the inner flow find its way into the world.

From the heart, we pour out. Into the heart, we receive. And when there is more love than the heart can contain, it overflows.

Refuge

PSALM 62 (61)

10 / 10 / 2026 / VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

The Psalm

My soul finds rest in God alone; my salvation comes from Him.

He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I shall never be shaken.

How long will you all attack one person, trying to bring them down, as though they were a leaning wall or a tottering fence?

They plot only to bring that person down. They take pleasure in lies. With their mouths they bless, but in their hearts they curse.

Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from Him.

He alone is my rock and my salvation; He is my fortress, I shall not be shaken.

My salvation and my glory rest in God. He is my strong rock; God is my refuge.

Trust in Him at all times, O people. Pour out your hearts before Him, for God is our refuge.

Human beings are but a breath; they are an illusion. Placed on the scales, they rise; together, they weigh less than a breath.

Do not put your trust in oppression or place vain hopes in stolen riches. Even if wealth increases, do not set your heart on it.

God has spoken, and I have heard this: power belongs to God, and to You, Lord, belongs merciful love. You repay each person according to their deeds.

A Reflection

What struck me most in Psalm 62 (61) was this passage:

“Trust in Him at all times, O people. Pour out your hearts before Him, for God is our refuge.” (Psalm 62:8 in most English Bibles; Psalm 62:9 in many Catholic Bibles.)

I couldn’t help but connect these words with He[art]pour, my new exhibition at the View Room.

“Pour out your hearts before Him.”

The word pour out evokes more than pouring liquid. It suggests releasing what is held inside: emotions, sorrow, gratitude, love, fear, and prayer.

To pour out one’s heart before God is to surrender, to trust, to allow everything held inside to flow freely into His presence. No masks, no holding back, no fear of being too much. Just the heart, as it is, pouring itself out before the One who is our refuge.

And perhaps this is what He[art]pour is about: allowing what lives within the heart to become creation, letting the inner flow find its way into the world.

Glad

Glad, The Lifestyle God Gifted You Is Always In Stock. He[art]

By Anna Biela, Ph.D.

09 / 10 / 2026 / 11:41 AM VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

It can be tempting to turn the page and walk away. It takes faith to let love write the next chapter.

“Repay no one evil for evil.” — Romans 12:17

This morning, I randomly pulled a Bible quote: Romans 12:17. I then asked God for an explanation and pulled the Book of Job.

“Why hast thou set me as a mark against thee, so that I am a burden to myself?” — Job 7:20 (KJV)

Later, I came across an Instagram post featuring Banksy’s billboard saying, “Sorry, the lifestyle you ordered is currently out of stock,” paired with the song “Turn the Page” by The White Stripes.

And I started putting it all together.

Sometimes, a message appears at just the right moment. A Bible quote, another passage from Scripture, a billboard, a song — seemingly unrelated things begin to speak the same language. Is it synchronicity? A coincidence? Or an invitation to stop, reflect, and look at things from a different perspective?

Job’s words express the pain of feeling burdened by suffering and questioning why we are experiencing it. Placed alongside Romans 12:17, they invite me to reflect on how we respond when life hurts, when we feel misunderstood, or when we are tempted to turn away.

And I started thinking: What if we turned the message around?

Instead of sorry, glad.

Instead of something being out of stock, what if we recognised what has already been gifted to us?

Glad, the lifestyle God gifted you is always in stock.

Love is not something we need to order from the world. It is something we are called to live, practise, and share. Even when it is difficult. Especially when it is difficult.

Romans 12:17 reminds us not to repay evil with evil. Job reminds us that faith does not mean we never experience pain or ask difficult questions. We can bring our suffering honestly before God without allowing it to determine how we treat others.

Love is not always about turning the page and walking away. Sometimes, it takes faith to stay open to love, to forgive, to choose peace, and to refuse to become what has hurt us.

This does not mean accepting harm or abandoning our boundaries. It means choosing love without giving up our dignity.

Perhaps the real synchronicity is this: we keep searching for something that was never out of stock in the first place.

Love as a lifestyle is never out of stock.

And just as I was putting all these thoughts together, another message popped into my head as a conclusion. Something Jesus said:

“Turn the other cheek.” — Matthew 5:39

Perhaps that is where the whole reflection comes together. Not every hurt needs to be answered with another hurt. Not every chapter needs to end in anger. Sometimes, the greatest expression of faith is to choose love when the world gives us a reason not to.

From Romans, to Job, to Banksy’s billboard and “Turn the Page,” and finally to the words of Jesus — this is what I got from putting all the pieces together this morning.

Love as a lifestyle is never out of stock.

Calling

A Message from the Heart
By Anna Biela, Ph.D.

08 / 10 / 2026 / 9:11 AM
VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

This morning, as I traditionally do, I woke up and pulled one of the little Bible quotes from my collection gathered from my church. The quote I pulled was: “Will they never learn, all the evildoers who devour my people as though eating bread, who never call on the Lord?” — Psalm 14:4. I then opened the Bible and asked God to explain this quote to me — to show me what He meant by it and how it relates to my life. What I received was Jeremiah 1:18–19: “I have made you today a fortified city, an iron pillar and a bronze wall… They will fight against you but will not overcome you, for I am with you and will protect you.”

For me, this felt like a very direct reflection of what I am being called to do. The first quote speaks about those who “never call on the Lord,” and I immediately connected this with the Heart Art Movement. This is exactly what I feel called to do: to call on God and invite Him into our lives — into our hearts, our creativity, our relationships and our everyday lives. The Heart Art Movement is not about me being the source; it is about opening the heart to God and allowing love to move through the heart, through art and into the world.

Then Jeremiah gave me another part of the message. God does not say that nobody will fight against me. He says, “They will fight against you, but they will not overcome you, for I am with you.” I read this as a reminder that there may be resistance, but I am not meant to be afraid of it. I am meant to stand firm, not because I am strong on my own, but because I am calling on God.

I feel there are many people who need this message — people who have forgotten to call on God, who have become disconnected from their hearts and from love. And perhaps this is exactly what the Heart Art Movement is calling us back to:

Call on God. Open your heart. Let love move through you. Stand firm.

This morning, I asked God to explain the little quote I pulled, and the answer I received was simple:

Call on Me. And I am with you.

I feel love

He[art]pour
By Anna Biela, Ph.D
.

07 / 10 / 2026
VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

Today I am experiencing He[art]pour.

It is a very evident feeling — like warmth and coziness is flowing out of my heart centre, the seat of the soul.

And that is precisely what my new exhibition is about.

He[art]pour.

It has been a while in the making. The paintings were created back in May, and the soundtrack came together in September, but the exhibition is finally coming to the View Room on October 10, after a long exorcism.

Even though the paintings have already been here, Outpouring into the View Room, they have not yet been hung.

I needed to prepare.

Not only the View Room, but also my heart.

I needed to make space for He[art]pour.

And today, after finally realising that I am completely happy with the way things are, and after saying my piece and sharing some of my deepest feelings with the world, something shifted.

I suddenly felt filled with love.

And it is different.

It is no longer an Outpouring.

It is no longer an Inpouring.

It is a constant pour.

A warm and fuzzy feeling — almost like looking at kittens.

Just this soft, ridiculous, beautiful feeling of love coming from somewhere inside me.

And perhaps that is the whole point.

The View Room is still very much in the works. It has not yet been fully prepared. It is presentable, and most importantly, it is no longer chaotic.

This has been a very chaotic year.

I am actually very good at suppressing my emotions and carrying on. I can function. I can create. I can travel. I can make things happen.

But the people who really know me can see it.

They see it on my face immediately when something is off.

My facial expressions don’t lie.

And today, I can honestly say that my heart feels clean and light.

Through confession, I flushed down the drain so much shit that had been clogged up for decades.

One layer after another.

And yesterday, the last thing to go was Reiki.

Perhaps that was part of what had been clouding my heart all along?

I don’t know.

I am still processing a lot.

But there is one thing I know for sure.

I feel so much better now that I have finally been completely honest with my He[art]twin about my illness.

That was not easy for me.

There is something incredibly vulnerable about telling someone you love about the things you are afraid of, especially when you don’t know how they will receive it.

I could have kept quiet.

I could have hidden it.

I could have pretended everything was fine.

But that isn’t how I want to love anymore.

I want to love with all the cards on the table.

No hiding. No pretending. No carefully edited version of myself.

Just me.

My truth. My fears. My faith. My body. My heart.

Everything.

And strangely, after finally saying it all, I didn’t feel more afraid.

I felt lighter.

Like something I had been carrying inside my chest for a long time finally had somewhere to go.

Maybe that is what He[art]pour is.

Not just pouring love outward.

But finally allowing everything that has been trapped inside the heart to move.

And now I feel this warmth.

This softness.

This ridiculous kitten-like happiness.

I feel free.

I feel warm.

I feel cozy.

I feel loved.

I feel like something inside me has finally stopped fighting and started flowing.

He[art]pour.

Not forcing.

Not chasing.

Not pulling.

Just pouring.

Constantly.

From the He[art].

Celibacy

My motivation for being celibate is the HPV virus.

07 / 10 / 2026 / VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

I really want to be intimate only with my He[art]twin, if we are ever meant to meet. This virus makes intimacy quite difficult, as it can be transmitted not only through sex, but also through kissing and oral sex.

I am writing this because I want to be open and honest about my health and about living with HPV 16, a high-risk type of HPV. This virus has become a very personal part of my journey, and it is one of the inspirations behind my song “Healer,” from my first album, Inpouring.

HPV is my motivation to stay celibate until my body clears the virus, which I believe it will—and maybe it already has. I am a very empathetic person, and I don’t want to knowingly put somebody else at risk. For me, choosing celibacy has become an act of love, responsibility and faith.

This diagnosis is also what brought me back to healing and breathwork. It made me look inward again, reconnect with my body, my breath and my faith, and ask the Holy Spirit for healing. I pray and practice healing for several hours each day.

If I ever do meet the person I am meant to share intimacy with, I want us to be completely open and honest about my health. A partner can also speak with a doctor about HPV vaccination, which can protect against several HPV types, although vaccination does not treat an existing HPV infection.

I don’t know if I will ever meet my He[art]twin, or if our relationship will be intimate, as at the centre of my life mission is the He[art] Movement, and that is the main reason for the union. But if we get married in the eyes of our Heavenly Father, as I pray we will, I want our intimacy to be built on honesty, love, trust and responsibility—not fear.

I believe in healing.

I pray and lay hands on myself, asking the Holy Spirit to heal me. 🙏🏻🕊️ I also continue to take care of my body through medical care and regular follow-ups, and I remain abstinent from alcohol, weed and any other drugs.

I don’t know exactly why this happened to me. I don’t claim to know God’s plan. But I can choose how I respond to it.

For me, “Healer” is more than just a song. It is the expression of this chapter of my life—the diagnosis, the fear, my return to healing and breathwork, my faith, and my prayer for the Holy Spirit to guide me.

A prayer for healing.
A prayer for surrender.
A prayer for faith.
A prayer for love. 🩵

[p.s.]

I am writing this because I want to raise awareness, but also because I want to be completely open and honest about my health and about living with HPV 16, a high-risk type of HPV. This virus can cause cancers of the cervix, throat, penis, anus, vulva and vagina.

Before my routine gyno check-up, I wasn’t even aware that such a virus existed. I have dedicated my celibacy to strengthening my relationship with God and deepening my faith.

This virus has become a very personal part of my journey, and it is one of the inspirations behind my song “Healer,” from my first album, Inpouring.

And I want to put all the cards on the table — especially for my He[art]twin, if he ever finds his way to this. Because if this connection is real, he needs to understand how serious and complicated it actually is.

God has a funny sense of humour. My He[art]twin likes high-risk street art, and apparently has a high-risk He[art]twin. Most relationships start with sex, but in this situation, perhaps we are being forced by God to get to know each other first, before embarking on any intimate connection.

There is nothing casual about this for me. There is a real health issue involved, real responsibility, and real consequences to consider. If I ever share intimacy with someone again, I want that person to know the truth, understand the risks and make that decision with me — with all the cards on the table.

So this is not only about my health. It is also about honesty, responsibility, faith, love and what intimacy really means to me.

Confession

WHEN SIN BECOMES A STRONGHOLD

EXORCISM / VIEW ROOM
03 / 10 / 2026 WROCLOVE

From my own experience, I have come to understand that when we repeat a sin again and again, it can begin to feel like a stronghold in our lives.

This can happen with any sin. The more we return to the same pattern, the harder it can feel to break free from it. We can become stuck in a cycle and start believing that we cannot change.

But there is a way out: confession.

When I feel stuck in a pattern of sin, I can go to confession. I can bring it into the light, admit it honestly, ask for forgiveness, and receive the grace of God to begin again.

Confession is not simply about saying what we have done wrong. It is a Holy Sacrament instituted by Christ, through which Christ offers forgiveness and reconciliation through the ministry of His apostles and their successors. Jesus gave the apostles authority to forgive sins, saying:

“Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them.”
— John 20:23

This is why confession is so powerful within the Catholic faith. We do not have to fight our sins alone. We can bring them directly to Christ in the Sacrament of Reconciliation and receive His mercy.

Sometimes the strongest thing we can do when we feel trapped is also the simplest:

Go to confession.

Whatever the sin, however many times we have fallen, we can return to God.

We confess.
We receive forgiveness.
We get back up.
And we begin again.

Because a repeated sin may become a stronghold in our lives, but no sin is stronger than the mercy of God.

On an energetic level, I see repeated sin as something that can create a heavy pattern around us, almost like a dense energetic imprint in the auric field. Each time we return to the same pattern, we can feel more attached to it, as though it has gained strength and taken up space in our energy. In this sense, it can feel like something feeding on our life force, keeping us bound to the same cycle and making it difficult to let go.

From a Christian perspective, I understand this not simply as an energetic pattern, but as something that can also involve spiritual oppression or temptation. I see the demon as exploiting the pattern rather than the sin itself being a demon. Confession and genuine repentance can be understood as breaking that cycle: we bring what has been hidden into the light, release the attachment, and open ourselves again to the grace, peace, and light of God.

Birth of He[art]

MY TIMES ARE IN YOUR HANDS

EXORCISM / VIEW ROOM
02 / 10 / 2026 WROCLOVE

Today I randomly pulled a quote:

“My times are in Your hand; deliver me from the hand of my enemies and from those who persecute me.”
— Psalm 31:15

When I first read it, I didn’t immediately think that God was telling me that I need His help.

I thought:

Maybe God is asking me for help.

And immediately, I thought about the calling I have felt to create The Heart Art Movement — to free love, to bring love into the world, to give birth to something that comes through the heart.

I thought:

Maybe this is why God called me.

Then I asked God:

What are You trying to tell me through this?

So I opened the Bible randomly and pointed my finger directly to:

Luke 1:34

Mary said to the angel:

“How can this be, since I don’t know my husband?”

And I stopped.

Because Mary had just been told that she would conceive and give birth to Jesus. And her response was essentially:

How can this happen? I don’t know a husband.

And then comes the answer:

“The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you.”

And suddenly, I saw my own question in Mary’s question.

I know what I feel called to give birth to.

I know The Heart Art Movement is something I have carried for years.

I know I want to give birth to love — to bring love into the world through art, through the heart, through creativity.

And when I think about my He[art]twin, I feel that he is connected to this calling — that he is here to help me ground this vision in the physical world, and that together there is something greater to be born.

But then there is the same question:

How can this be?

I don’t know my husband. He is anonymous. I only know his art and feel his heart through his creativity.

I don’t know how it is going to happen.

I don’t know when.

I don’t know what the future looks like.

And maybe that is exactly the point.

Mary didn’t know how.

She simply asked the question.

And God’s answer wasn’t an explanation of every detail.

It was:

The Holy Spirit will come upon you.

The Holy Spirit will make it happen.

So perhaps I don’t have to figure everything out.

I don’t have to force it.

I don’t have to know the timing.

I don’t have to know the how.

My times are in Your hands.

And if God has placed something in my heart that He wants to bring into the world, then I can trust Him with the way it comes to life.

Maybe my part is simply to say:

Yes.

And let the Holy Spirit do the rest.

❤️

My times are in Your hands.

How can this be?

The Holy Spirit will come upon you.

I don’t have to know how.

Sloth

DEMON OF SLOTH

EXORCISM / VIEW ROOM
01 / 10 / 2026 WROCLOVE

Sloth is not only about being lazy.

For me, it is also about what happens when we stop moving — when we stop cleaning, clearing, creating, organizing, and dealing with what has been left behind.

Things begin to accumulate.

Objects remain in places where they no longer belong. The space becomes heavy with what has not been addressed. What was once temporary becomes permanent. The mess grows because we keep postponing the moment when we will finally do something about it.

This is how I understand the Demon of Sloth: the force of inertia that keeps us from taking action.

It tells us:

Tomorrow.

Later.

Not now.

Leave it there.

But there comes a moment when we have to move.

To clean.

To clear.

To dismantle.

To let go.

To make space for something new.

Today, I confront the Demon of Sloth through EXORCISM / VIEW ROOM.

I am physically clearing the space and dismantling what has been occupying it. The act of cleaning becomes an act of movement — from stagnation into creation.

No more postponing.

No more carrying what no longer belongs.

Clear the space. Clear the mind. Move the body. Create.

VIEW ROOM / WROCLOVE

This is my fire starter — a place where I can keep the connection alive and the flame burning, allowing whatever needs to be expressed to flow through me.

After six months of trying to move through the exorcism of the View Room and feeling like nothing has worked, I am calling in the Air Strike to help clear the way and break through what has been standing in the way.

My strength comes from love. My fire comes from He[art]. I am keeping the flame burning, and I dedicate this post to you, my He[art]flame.

View Room Exorcism

PERFORMANCE ART
ANNA BIELA, Ph.D.

30/09—03/10—2026
VIEW ROOM
WROCLOVE

A performance art piece in which the installation Possession is dismantled and removed between September 30 and October 3.

I have been struggling to get the View Room depossessed ever since I was diagnosed with possession.

What is currently in the middle of the View Room — the installation Possession — has been here for six months.

Now, the time has come for a change of exhibition.

The artist will dismantle and remove the installation as part of a process of clearing and reworking the space.

The artist will be reworking the multipurpose space for Art, Design and Creativity — the View Room, also known as the Museum of Art, Design and Material Culture.

The artist will record a series of videos documenting the process.

A change of exhibition.

A change of space.

A process of letting go.
